Now is 11:03 in Brunei time.
I don't kown whether I will wait until the new year is arrive.
As Brunei Government announce not celebrate this new year(may be my sentence got something wrong, the official news will be different writing and saying)cannot gather more than 10 person, so better stay at home.

Just stay at home and watch TV.
Then went into room to do so surfing.
Just read some forum and check emails.
Send some greeting card and hope the card is send by me as I found the e-card name is not me, never mind just sending 7 only, not much. Too tired to send to all the friends.

The end of the year

Today is the end of the year 2006.
Wake up and called Xing called him today need to work or not. He plan go to KB for breakfast. Asked him to fetch me go. He agreed. His home telephone have some problem so I have to called him three time then confirmed.

Just waiting for him and write this blog for the end of the year 2006.
Goodbye to the end of this year 2006.
No much big incident happen, no much happen, no much sadness. Just calm year.

No much planning for year 2007. Just pray for it's arrival!

Holiday starting

Hey Holiday starting from today.
I have at least 3 days holiday, but didn't plan go to anywhere to clelebrate. May be stay in home watching TV is the best way to celebrate. May be will gathering with friend when I am free or they will find me to go out to have a drink.

Strange arrangement

Strange arragement of my trip.
Yerterday call the person who arrange and ask confirm our trip starting date and ask for the dinner arrangement, he said all the person go will arrange for the dinner, good.

Then he mention I have to fax our travel document to the travel agent. So I called to the chapter to find the person who checking the money for checking our banked in money they received or not, she mention they have to wait quite severla day to process as I sent using Brunei Dollars. Then I ask for the travel agent telephone number, so she mention it was the travel agent person I knew.

So I quickly sms to the Vivian travel agent person I knew.
She reply quickly saying that she need our name for booking the air ticket.
Strange, as Xing and me already fax all the full detail document to the person who arrange this trip(not the travel agent). He have to pass all our infor this the travel agent to do all the arrangement. I just wonder why he did not do his NORMAL job and pass the document to Vivian. Very very strange to me and canot think a reason why he can do like that!

Anyway, after I sent the sms to Vivian, she didn't say anting, then it should be okay.

I really hope and pray anything is okay for this important trip to me, after the booking air ticket incident. I hope no more other trouble things happen to us again. Thanks and pray for Buddha to do the enlightment to us!

Tranfer money

Tranfet the rest of the money to PAHT, the travel point in this afternoon.
Hope they received as the bank charge me B$25.10 already for each tranfer.
Oh yes, I just internet banking transfer. Easy.

I miss the appointment yesterday

I miss the appointment yesterday or have to say miss the appointment on last Saturday 23rd Dec, 2006. It was the dental appointment.

After I first visit the Government dental department, they checked and filling in the temporary stage. Then give a appointment for the permanent filling. So I wrote it down on my desktop calendar on 28th then draw a arrow to 23rd. It was on October 2006. Finally I was thought the appointment should be on 28th, not 23rd anymore. I even did see any arrow! So I missed the appointment finally, then after the miss appointed, I found the arrow after back to office and checked my desktop calendar.

I have to pay B$3.00 to get another appointment on 21st Feb, 2007. The dentist have full and busy appointment!

Firefox is the best?

Somtime I found firefox is the best broswer.
Tonight I try to surf to airaisa.com to check my credit card status. Login to member site and checked. The IE6 and avnat broswer always surf very fast and give me the error pages.

Tried severl times still the same.
So I finally use this Mozilla firefox broswer version 1.5.08.
It's worked, so I checked my status, the system is confirm they received my booking this afternoon. Good!

So firefox is the best, who know. Sometime I like it so much, but the thing is we have to try severla broswer then we can get the result we wanted.

Brunet back to services

Brunet finally back to services on last night at around 9:00pm.
I suddenly can surf to Yahoo.com and finally can checked my emails.

Then this morning I still got the email from them saying the internet may cause by the Taiwan earthquake, but I found everything is okay from now.

So just what I think. Thanks Buddha it's back to services.

Mad Travel booking

Have to write this story.
Xing and me have planed go to KL on next year Jan 12, backed on 14th. So strating to plan and finally booked the ticket on airasia.com, and luckily (or unlucky) to get the cheapest return ticket at RM$19.99.

Then something happen, we have to go to Taiwan for urgent travel. Then the tour starting at 12th at KL, just the same date we went to KL. The best or worst thing is the time between is too little, only 3 hour. Just that Xing and me more confirmed not to change the date although the time so little. Then we have to throw away the ticket we back, as we backed from Taiwan is 16th, NOT 14th. The first lost!

I checked and found I even cannot surf and have a look of the booked ticket. Tried so many times, still cannot, other flight info can view in complate. Just this booking cannot. Then my nephew told me that as it is the cheapest flight ticket, so cannot change anything. NOT just that I can change the return cheaptest date, the non cheapest arriving KL I even view, as I book the ticket is with return, as it included this cheapest fight ticket, so I cannot do anything.

So I have to book a new return ticket at 16th January, 2007. Cheapt too at RM$25.00 but the tax is about RM$65.00 each person. The tax is expensive than the air fare!

Then two Dharma brother back from KL yesterday. The travelling using airaisa too, but unlucky than they have to wait for 5 hour for delay. 5 hours...oh my Buddha, then our time is ony just 3 hour. Then Xing's mind starting to worry, he called when he received this Dharma brother call. I didn't say anything, just say no need to change.

Then I wake up at 3:50am and cannot sleep again, thinking and thinking of if we delay for 2 hours, then we may miss the Taiwan trip. Oh, no no no, it is the most important in our life. Cannot miss. My mind also started unstable, thinking the most negative thing. All negative thinking all over my mind. Cannot sleep well until morning.

So I wake up at 7:00am(can be late wakeup as today I have a doctor appointment), but I cannot wait to calll up Xing to have the tea break with me to discuss this matter.

Then he finally agreed to change.
So I checked(already checked throught when I wake up at 4:00am something) again.
I called Xing again, then he finally mention it's better to travel from BSB. Most cheapter. The right time for him as he have to fetch his wife on 11th Jan on that morning.
The flight is on 18:00. The total amount is B$78.00

So I make the decision to book. Ehhhrrr...why the system say error when it verified my credit card? My credit card is valid and I can buy a mobile phone for my office stuff this afternoon. So tried again, this time the Visa secured paid is appear, then I finally pass through it. But the next page is saying the system have some error? Puzzle on my mind, why it gave me the secure paid page then still got error. Nevermind, I can book again.

Then I login to airasia.com to recheck. My flight info is still there, then I checked, the paid status is CONFIRMED! Good news, good news at least it not said on PENDING. If Pending mean that the system is not accept my booking. So my jumping heart is cool down. I finally book the flight I wanted. So called Xing quickly to tell him this story! What a day!

Brunet is very very slow

Brunet is very very slow today.
Even I cannot surf to yahoo.com, believe or not, believed it!
To poor than I cannot login to my Yahoo email account.
No emails for today!

I also try to use the dial up at my office today.
Same thing happen and cannot surf to Yahoo.com and Yahoo email login page.

I though the espeed can help, but NOT. Cannot surf into it! Just received their email this morning(on brunet account)said that their "Links" is okay already, but not seem after the Taiwan earthquake, then all links are broken again?

Strange, only can surf to this blogger.com page! Lucky that I can write blog today...

Getting Fat these day

These days eating too much.Going eat and eat and eat.Before Christmas, our home starting to have a big dinner.Then on Christmas day, we have big dinner again.Thena fter Christmas, our home have someone birthday, then eat big again.So I am getting fat again.Have to think a way to reduce fat!If getting fat then I felt I getting heavier!

My travel document travel backed

Finally my travel document travel backed from KL.Good, cost B$125.00.Then I have chance go to Taiwan.Then we have to do the Malaysia visa again.Pass the two photo to travel agent for doing the visa in the afternoon.

Not doing anything

Today is Saturday.
No planning to go anywhere.
Knew there is a pc fair in Bandar, plan to go, but no mood to go. Plus now it's raining, so getting no mood to go up there.

Yahoo email inbox folder still 56627 inbox, cannot solve the problem. That day saw no even one email on inbox, just after click in, still got emails there, refresh, then the 56627 inbox message still there.

Already sent emails to Yahoo, but no reply. Disappointed!

Yahoo email inbox problem

Login to Yahoo mail tonight and found the inbox folder became only 1 email. Happy to click in, then found there is several new emails, not only one email.

Then try to detele some of the spam emails, refresh, then the old problem came back again.
It shod 65531 emails not open again.

Alreadey sent complain email to yahoo support, but no reply. A bit disappointed!

Several things

He still delay the payment until today. That day he sent sms said he will pay on Thursday, I really pray that he will kept his promise, but he don't.

Until I sms him again then he reply, just give him some more days. He still the same, didn't keep his promise. I just worried he will wait until another mature date. So just keep sending him sms to chase him.

I finally got this blogger.com merge to the beta blogger.com. So now I have to use the gmail accoun to log in.

The beta blogger since better, and it really merge to my another blogger.com account I create before.

Tonight we back to Tamu place for practicing QiGong.
After two month on Chung Hwa school.
We will keep practicing Qigong from here now.

Went to Miri on Saturday to check the skin doctor.
Attend the QiGong course for the new students. Started at 10:00am, end at 6:00pm.

May be there is no ceremony on CNY, 2007. Everything is no confirm yet.

Virus attacked

That day I tried to access a website and try to install something.
The web site is too bad to install something I don't want then I got this virus burst program installed and always show the virus detected message.

I tried several days and finally manage to kill the virus warning.

Saturday Life

Saturday always feel lazy.
So late wakeup this morning.

Just watch a movie until lunch time.
Took a snap after that.

Wakeup again at 2:00 something, tea break with Xing and sent back the car to him.

感冒不吃藥自療法

一、熱鹹檸檬茶
　　用新鮮檸檬切一、二片薄片，放些鹽巴約一公克，再沖熱開水一杯，並趁熱喝。
趁熱喝非常好喝，如放久了就會變苦。熱鹹檸檬茶能順氣化痰、消除疲勞，飯前飯後都可以喝，不會傷胃。
每一杯可沖三次，第二、三回沖時，不需再加鹽巴，注意不可沖冷開水。
在感冒剛開始時每天多喝幾杯，就不至於惡化，而且好得很快。

　　檸檬經熱開水加熱後，會產生一種天然的化合物---羥苯甲基氨基乙醇，這種物質是一種類似天然的類固醇，
能解除感冒、身體循環淤阻充血的症狀。而鹽巴可平衡體液，中和疲勞引起的痠痛，
就好比打點滴一樣。而兩者相加，更有特殊的順氣調整身體機能的療效。

二、蔥花稀飯
　　稀飯煮熟，加一大匙蔥花，每餐吃一、二碗，熱呼呼的蔥花稀飯一下肚，身體馬上溫暖起來，
然後再蓋個厚被子，出身熱汗，感冒自然就減輕了。

※吃生蔥可以殺死口腔中的病菌，因為蔥的表皮細胞中含有大量的揮發性油（蔥蒜辣素），
因而，在感冒流行時，吃點蔥大有幫助※

三、紅糖薑湯
　　三公分長的生薑二、三塊，拍碎，加二大匙紅砂糖，煎湯，每天早晚飯後喝一杯。
或到超市便利商店買可隨沖之薑茶包來泡，一樣有效果。

※生薑可逼出寒氣，紅糖富含鐵質，補血補充力氣，對付病毒※

四、熱番石榴茶
　　兩個平常吃的台灣小番石榴，或一個泰國大芭樂，每個切成四片，加入七碗的水，
煮開後再再以小火煮五分鐘，去渣當茶喝。

※熱番石榴茶有清熱、解毒、利尿和消炎的作用，尿尿次數增多，感冒病毒就會隨小便清出去※

五、薏米扁豆粥
　　至米店買薏米及扁豆，以薏米及扁豆各半碗煮成粥，每天早晚飯前吃一碗，喝到好為止。

※薏米扁豆強健脾胃去濕氣，能加強腸胃吸收能力，胃腸吸收能力好，自然有體力來對抗感冒病毒※

六、地瓜薑湯
　　以一個大地瓜削皮後切成小塊，一塊生薑切成薄片，加水六碗煮熟後，再加五大匙紅糖，
每天早晚飯後喝一杯，地瓜補充營養，生薑可去寒，一定很有幫助。

七、薄荷茶
　　至市場或青草店買新鮮薄荷葉，每次用一兩沖熱開水喝，每天早晚飯後喝一杯，
適合口乾、喉嘴痛、沒有痰或痰黃黑的熱感冒，喝到好為止。

※薄荷，味辛苦，性溫，含薄荷精及單寧酸等，能發汗、退熱和殺菌，可治傷風頭痛、
支氣管炎、防止痙攣、宿食不消、健胃及通利關節等※

八、紫蘇茶
　　至市場青草店買紫蘇葉，每次用手抓一把，加水五碗，煮滾再煮三分鐘，每天早晚飯後喝一杯，
喝到好為止。紫蘇，味辛，性溫，常用於發汗袪寒、降氣化痰、肺氣喘急、心腹脹滿、安胎及魚蟹中毒。

九、熱梅茶
　　每次用五個醃漬蘇梅或紅鹽梅（可到大超市購買），沖熱開水一大杯，攪拌五分鐘再喝，
早餐與晚餐各喝一杯，喝到好為止。

※梅子內含蘋果酸、枸櫞酸、琥珀酸等，有顯著的抗菌作用，對於各種細菌如大腸桿菌、
痢疾桿菌、傷寒桿菌等，均有抑制的作用。因此，對感冒有一定的效果※

十、檸檬汁
　　用半個檸檬榨汁，加一小匙蜂蜜，三餐飯後沖一杯冷開水喝，喝到好為止。

Plan my trip to KL

I already book tickets to KL next year.
Plan to book the hotel.
The flight charge is a bit chapter compare usual price.

To KL is RM$89.99 and back to Miri is RM$19.99, tax is RM$65.00 for each trip.
So the total price for the trip is about B$119.00 and I added the insurance for this trip so it about RM$15.00, add B$7.00 + B$119 = B$126.00. Very cheap if you compare the price in Brunei.

I did check that day from Brunei RBA, checked today for next year June 2007, it's cost B$622.00 is cost about B$570.00 and Malaysia Airline will be B$50.00 cheaper, about B$478.00. So AirAsia airline still cheaper to KL.

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an Exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the US that he termed as 20-20-20 ." It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, Looking at the computer screen.
I Thought I'd share it with you. 20-20-20

Step I :-

After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your Head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This Changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II :-

Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III :-

Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes Of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

Wake up

I thought I can wake up a bit earlier today as I sleep at 10:00pm last night.
I also thought my cannot sleep well problem raise up again but it was not.
I just can sleep quite well these days again after the ceremony.
I didn't practice QiGong for 3 days, cannot be like that, but I did practice the simple routine during surfing computer.

I hope I can wake up a bit earlier tomorrow.
He is still not pay again. I don't like that!

Back from Bandar

Back from Bandar at around 7:20pm.
I drove a bit fast and starting our back journey at around 6:15pm.
Took about 1 hour journey.

Afternoon ceremony last for 2 hour 30 minutes.
Raining in between but will not interrupt it's running.
Good fire, big fire.

Everyone seem very hard work for this ceremony anyway. Good and nice placing and decoration.

We all took our lunch and dinner next door. Very simple lunch but very delirious foods for dinner. I ate quite a lot although I always told myself not to eat too many. Too delicious some I cannot stop.

I tried to find Xing but finally knew he was left before me, but we meet on the road finally. I drove too fast and I don't think he can caught me.

Anyway, drove safe back to Seria. Good experience and good day for today.

BruNet on and off again this morning, but mostly off. I even cannot sing in to msn. I tried more than 10 times to sign in, still cannot. I really don't know what happen. Something wrong with my PCs. I don't think so, really disappointed for this Brunet broadband services!

Clearing all the emails

I use to clear all my emails on every Friday night.
Last night clear all the emails again and found why so many emails that cannot be category. Finally tried to make it to all the folders.

I just don't know if I go holidays and will have how many emails I will unread.
Just cannot too worry for this matter, just let them in and I will clear all when I am back.

Lunch with M

Went to go this morning normally. Went to Chapter at 11:00am. They have stuffs to do there and I meet several brothers and sisters.

M finished her work at around 12:40pm. So we went to have lunch at Rock Garden. M ordered all the dished, nice and delicious dishes anyway. We finished our lunch at around 1:40pm.

I sent Xing, Qing and Lily to Chapter.
Then I drove back to Hotel to meet M. They were still there, so I went up to check M and FS okay or not. Then I helped them to bring down some luagge.

Ching, Ming and his friend went up to find M, but we were downstair already. We just wait for one minutes then they came down already.

So we helped M to put all her luagge to Ching's car. They went to BSB. M mention his best friend will book a room at Empire for her to stay. So good friend. He promised last time then her friend kept his promise this time.

We will met again M on this coming Sunday.

Wait until 7:45 then Lai came.
We do a bit preparation then back home at 10:35pm.
Xing always like to wasting time here and there when back from Chapter. This is his style.

He even called Ai Lian before back home.
M and Kong brought by OJ boss which I don't know when. They are good friend and old classmates, heard from Wong.

I like to take cloud photos so I took lot of cloud photos.
I think I will post it here.
Everyday will have different cloud, some of them is very beautiful and some of them is not so beautiful. I just like to shoot the beautiful one. Morning sky cloud and others sky cloud will be different. Sometime the morning sky cloud with sunshine will create a very beautiful scenery. Anyway, I will post it here after I download the photos.

Wong will teach 5th routine tonight

Tonight Mr. Wong will teach the 5th routine. I mean the QiGong lesson.
He mention he will teach very fast for this 5th routine.

I will reported it after his teaching.
The 4th teaching teacher may talking too much, this is his second time teaching but the first time teaching 4th routine. So all of four teacher have to discuss for what we have teach.

We will have meeting after this 5th teaching.

Hari Raya visiting

Went with niece this afternoon for the first time Hari Raya visiting this afternoon. We planned to go on 2:00pm. I have my snap at 12:30pm then waked up at 1:55pm, just the right time to go.

I decided to use my car to go. Ang and me drove the car to post office, wait for Ying and Lo. They arrived after 10 minutes.

We went to Jalan Dipa Negara, Mumong for visiting.
Lot of nice food. Laksa, vegetables and some satty source with bread and rice.
We visited for about 45 minutes then back home.

Oh yes, the person we visiting was my niece's calleuge.

Talk to Xing Lian

Called Xing, he was working today.
So I talk to Lian. Suddenly I just want Lian knew that thing happen to Ying thees days.

I asked her it is Ying a bit strange thse days. She said yes. So she mention why I didn't visit her thse days. As I told her as her sister did called and scold me on June. I just wonder why she will do like that. As from that day started, I didn't went to visit Ying anymore until I did saw her with Zen on the road that day.

I just hesistate whether I want to talk to her, but finally I decided to turn down my car windows glass and talked to her. She acted just like normal, not much strange things happen.

So I just wonder it was his siter problem or her problem, or both or them got problme.

Never mind, after that day then I manage to talk to her, then everything should be okay. I just want to forgot the "scold" stuff. Tried to get rid of it. It's not really easy. Time can change everything.

After talked this incident with Xing Lian, then I felt more comfortable again. Better than the day I talked to Xing.

Good stuff happen for today.

What I knew that this feeds is just a bookmarks you can create the link in your blog and it will update automatically.

Still exploring this feeds, and it always related with rss term. So when you see this rss and try to click this rss then you will have the URL then you copy and paste this URL link to your blog or web pages.

On and off broadband

Tonight BruNet broadband is on and off.
Sometime even cannot surf to the page.
Disappointed, but luckily I lived in Seria, better than the user lived in Temburong who complain for one month and no one entertained the user, so poor.

When Talikom became TelBru, how much it changed? I really don't know, just that we can paid our bill on Friday? Just that only, we really need the best services we paid!

Went to KB today

Got Wong call this morning at around 8:00am something. Promised him went to Kuala Belait at 9:00am.

I surfed and watched TV. Blogging, checked emails and surfing until 8:45am.
Arrived KB at 9:05am, Wong called me while I drove toward KB.

He waited outside the house. We have our breakfast at KB noodle store. Met Kok Ming and Len Cai. Just back to Wong's house. Copy one MP3 for his daughter which I promised her I will do it when I came to her house. Accidently found that WMP can ripped audio music. I flet happy I knew how to use this function although it may already used by so many people out there.

It ripped to .wma file format but after I rename the folder, I cannot found this ripped wma files anymore. Strange! I got this strange feeling these days, but still can find my folders, but I coun't find this time.

I login to BruNet to update AVG antivirus for this PIII PC. Then it was about 12 noon. Wong invited me to have lunch at one of the QiGong's friend's food store, but the whole food store buildding was closed today. I didn't notice this food store building have closed or not as I didn't to this food store for quite sometime.

So I went to Protet Restaurant. Then my sister with her kids appeared suddenly, we sat together. Our orders arrived a bit late. My sister paid the bill, use my credit card. Oh, yes, I managed to replace my HSBC credit to new one, this time it can be use with no error anymore.

So We went to get my Healthy machine at Kok Ming's house. Went to Er Dharma sister house to fill in the forms. Then I went back home at around 1:15pm.

Chatted with Singapore's friend after back home. Teached her to download Free AVG antivirus program. Oh what a terrible experience to teach her using Yahoo chatting program. Finally she manage to download the file. I don't know she can installed it successfully or not. Hope she will.

Took snap until 3:56pm. Took a tea break, still expired white bread with coffee.
Watched TV until 4:30pm. Blogging, surfing and emiling time again.

Met some friends at Yahoo 360

I started to invite friends from all over the world these day at Yahoo 360. As I joined in a friend group and post a message there said I like to meet friends all over the world, nor matter how old they are, what races they are.

Then I got 12 emails mostly from USA. So I starting to communicated with them and they starting to post some comments to my Yahoo 360. Some of them starting to send messages to me and one of them I just got his teaching to upload my mp3 to play on Yahoo 360. So good intrustion, I really met some good friend.

One of the BeiJing friend writing was so pesimistic. Saying may go to suicide and felt no mean of his life, but then he found a good job. So net friend encourage him not to give up so fast. lucky him to change his mind to a bit more positive.

So I spent more times over there but I will not stopping writing my main blog here. Yahoo 360 will be a bit different from here. Different blog have their own features.

Finally my friend paid the interest.
Then he have the request, may be I misunderstanding his meaning, as I wrote a very strong legal thing to him.

He reply in strong action. Too many reason he have then I already express my feeling to him.

I totally NOT agreed with that! It's a BIG different to me to pay earlier or later.
Earlier and later payment is IMPORTANT to me.

I just cannot stand to wait and wait from 9th to the end of the month.
When you agree to pay on xth and after I 100 times chasing, then you pay on 31st of the month. I totally get very very very tired!

It's really a BIG different to me you pay on time or NOT on time. That's my own feeling.

Nor matter what happen to you. You agree pay on xth then you have to do it.
Just keep your promise. It really a simple thing.

I really felt tired!

Disappointed by Friend

I really disappointed by a friend who owe me money.

He came severa month ago and prusude me to borrow him some money. He told a very good story that this money was not for himself, it's for his female friend. He brought me to his car, drove around and around. He really have a good presuation. So I agreed to borrow money with interest. The amount was B$2,000.00

The first month interest was pass by his friend, also my friend as this friend owed him money too. He sold a PDA to this friend. So I got the first month interest easily. The second month seem a bit delay but I finally got it after the several days. The third seem I really forgot, I think he also tried to forget it and didn't pay me any money at all. The fourth then I remember to remind him, he pretend so pitty, mention this and that. He also didn't mention the last time due. He pretend only pay that money interest. I kept send sms to him, he sometime reply and sometime ignore it. Mention I used internet sms sending make me confused and sent it wrongly to the sms provider. I still kept sending sms to him and chase him. He have some many reason to dely the payment. Like "I did sms to you saying that I will delay a bit for your payment"; "I will pay you tomorrow"; "I am dealing with bank now and try to make a loan from bank, then I can seldom your total payment"; Okay, he sent Cash, but NOT full amount to my house. Then sms to me that he will settle the rest of the amount on few days times.


Until the firth month I didn't saw the rest of the interest payment. I sms again, asked him to settle the left B$40 at first. He reply: " relax , I already have plan to clear u off. So I able to clear u off. But give md this few day to clear urinterest. Thanks. I totally broke n waiting for pay." "I will pay you these few day"; "Give me your bank account, I will bank in for you"; "what is your account numnber? I lost it", I sent again. No bank transaction at all after few days.

Yesterday I sms him when he can pay. He sms back say:" Huh? I already bank in last nite la. Check again n gve me ur acc number 2 double check". I checked and found no money bank it. My bank system is so good then if you bank it or out money, then the bank system will sms me instantly. Very fast and effection. So I didn't received any bank sms and I also checked with bank, NO any sign of his payment at all.

I really disappointed by this kind of friend. I don't know can call him friend or not like this. I knew him for more than 10 years I think, but for B$2,000.00 I really saw his real face. How can I trust a friend like this. He really make me angry and cannot trust him anymore.

Disappointed, disappointed and disappointed.

We teach the 4th rountine

We teach the 4th rountine last night, just approsimely use 40 minutes to finished this rountine teaching. The movement is easy, just that how to do it nicely and perfectly is not easy.

Hope all the QiGong brother and sister can keep practicing it to perfect!

Burn "photo"

I got the idea last night thinking that when I use "burn" photos, some people may think I really burn all my photos. Sorry for my careless, ha ha. What I mean is I save all my photos to DVD disc. Too long not doing this backup, I scare to lost all my photos I have taken. Too many, now I think it more than 10,000 photos I have. Still continue to take some more.

As I did go to travel these days, so no much abroad photos. So I have to concentrate to take some beautiful scenery in Brunei.

Burn all the photos

Today have the mood to burn all the photos from P4 PC. About 500 Mbytes. Still have to burn photos from another AMD PC. That's really not good to have too many PC as sometime you don't know where is your files located.

Quite long time didn't burn PC's photos on DVD. Finally today decided to do it. Good job for my self. We really have to backup all our important documents, especially photos, some of them really cannot be taken anymore!

Yesterday activities

Called Xing at 8:00am and he just waked up. He mention he will came to fetch me at 8:45am. Wong called me and they already at Seria noodle food store.

I told him that Xing will fetched me later and asked him to wait and don't go too fast.

I surf and watched TV simultaneily, but 70% surfing and 30% listening to TV, not watching.

Xing and his family came at 8:55am. He was a "late" man, always came late when he have time to waste. He told me why not informed him Wong was waiting there.

I just want to see when he came. Wong still there and they just eating. Mei, and Mrs. Wong also there. Kai and his wife joined us later.

We chatted happily and talked laughly here as no one will care about you. It was a big hall in Seria.

At around 10:00am something, Dharma sister also came to have their breakfast. I went there to chat with them. She was with his husband, also our Dharma brother. We talked quite a lot and left Wong group until we left. Wong group and Dharma group will talked different topics.

I have to go as we would go to Tang to fax the urgent letter. Mrs. Xing advice go to KB hospital to visit a friend.

We done all our plan. Back home at 1:30pm. Took a rest and I have to Xing's house to checked his P3 PC. I configured the Chinese input IME for Taiwan and PRC, teached him some tips for input the Chinese characters.

Then I checked his daughter's PC. Installed the Asian fonts. Restart PC and login to BruNet to surf to TBS newspaper. We read the news and I felt hungry at 4:00pm.

We went to have our lunch + dinner. I ordered the B$3.00 dish and Xing just have his drinks with biscuit. He have to have his dinner at his mum's house.

Back home at 5:00pm.

在平面停车场及立体停车场的几个注意事项：


A. Be aware: look around you; look into your car, at the passenger
side floor, and in the back seat. (And check out under the car as you
approach.)

B.If you're parked next to a big van you should enter your car from
the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.

Dinner with ex-colleuges

Dinner with ex-colleuge last night. We only planned for 3 days only, Robin was informed on Friday morning. He promised to invite his brother Lawrence and Tan.

I arrived WYWY at around 7:00pm, Henry came first. Then Fred came after 5~10 minutes.
I ordered my food urgently as I felt hunry already. Fred have to wait for 10 minutes then can make his ordered as no one serve him.

Then we flet Robin and the rest will not come. They appeared finally at around 8:00 someting, I didn't notice what time it was. Tobin and Lawrence came, not with Tan as he was sicked lat night, Lwarence told us that.

We palced their order. Lawrence have to wait his food to came for more than 20 minutes, and his prown was a wired taste which have the shampoo smell. He called the captain to have a test ate. Qiang, the caption also felt strange taste of that prown.

So he brought the dish back to kitchen and asked Lawrence to order a simple one.
He ordered ginger meat with fly rice.

He got his food after 10 minutes.

We chatted happy and we always ask the questoin: "what are you do these days?" Lawrence even don't know where I worked now. I didn't tell him directly. I knew Robin and Henry no job, Lawrence is working at Lumut(?) not sure and Fred is work in the same, Garrison.

Francis is not coming although I do invite him to come. He told me that he will go to Church with his wife tonight.

Lawrence have two kid and Tan have one, oh yes I think Tan is working at Wisma. Terence will be work for 1 year plus at Wisma too as he bonded several times, the best thing he got is he attend lot of lession and exam. Wish he good luck.

We end the dinner at 9:43pm.
Tired and slept into sleep shortly.

Why worry?

I am not sure why my friend will worried about the blog I post for our community. I just wrote something which is clear and direct forward. Will not include anything effect the rest.

I didn't post any lession there as it was been by teacher that cannot post anything related with the lession as it was teacher property, NOT our.

So I just post photos which related to the articles.
He called and mention who can view that blog. I mention if I didn't pass around the address, no one will read that blog as there was billion blog out there. No much blogger and public will like to read the blog unless they felt interest on it. I just said don't too worry about it. I did do anything wrong on that blog. All is position articles!

Cannot surf to Brunet Blog

I really not sure for this problem. I just cannot surf to Brunet Blog since yesterday and this morning.

I try to surf at office this morning, also give me some error.

I try it now, then okay?
BruNet didn't manage to provide a good services for their Blog. You may say it is a free feature, but I thin if you provide the service, you have to do it the best and have a good management.

As their is no message saying it under maintenance or anything. Just give you the error page which can't tell nothing.

I found cannot login to Blogger.com this morning at around 6:45am as they doing the regular maintenance.

So didn’t blogger this morning. A bit strange feeling as it just like a routine for me to write my blog daily especially in the morning.

I checked my emails normally. Surf to QiGong blog and need to ask something. Found have to registered then can post something, so I registered and accidentally got another China Blog. The web site is: http://www.sina.com.cn, quite famous in China, I think.

You have to compare different blog and you will find every blog have this own special feature. I like this blog as can change the displace photo banner daily. I will try to explore it as much as possible.

The best thing is it is easy to use.

The important thing is you have to have a gmail account. If you don't have one, let me know than I can invite you to have one.

I found google.com is getting more and more useful. They adding more and more function. I starting to love this google.com.

Breakfast with QiGong teacher

Breakfast with QiGong teacher today. SMS to Wong to get some info first thing in the morning. He sms back mention he will also have breakfast with QiGong teacher and they will be a bit late. They are chatted again until 1:00pm something after we left last night.

I arrived Nam Hua cafe first on 8:43am. They were no arrived yet and Mr. Wong told me that I have to wait there first. I wait for 5~10 minutes, still not saw them so I called Mrs. Wong and she mention she will arrived soon. Then Mr. Wong elder brother was appeared in the sudden.

We ate and chatted again for about one hour. They left and went to Bandar to visit Sultan Palace. Calvin finally gave me his real name card as he gave the rest of QiGong student not so real name card which make them laugh!

I also got Mrs. Lo mobile phone number as I planned to let her for sending me all the photo she taken in Brunei. I will sms her my email address anyway.

We have dinner last night

We have "potluck" dinner last night at Mrs.Wong house.
She invited QiGong student who have completed the five rountine. Sure tha main guest is our Kuala Lumpur QiGong teacher, Kelvin.

I just want to drive my car there at 6:45pm and found my car was drove my niece.
So I called Mrs. Wong to get her to fetch. She was with Mr. Yong.

They arrived after 10 minutes. I brought my cocktail frust salad. My dish for tonight. Got ready my Pentax Digital Camera and brought another two extra battereies.

Arrived Mr. Wong house around 7:00pm. We are the first one to come. Then some others arrived. The last one who came in was Mr. Wong who just off duty and drove back to KB for changing his shirt.

We ate and chatted happily. Mr. Wong house kitchen a bit small, cannot fit al the people, so some of them just sit outside the kitchen.



We got lot of food and it was delicioous:


It took about one hour for the dinner. Then the important talk arrived. We all expecting that. Kelvin sharing his QiGong experience to us and teached us some new idea and turning some minor movement. Very good feeling.

I met Ying last night

Finally I met last night at Seria QiGong place.

She just called me QiGong teacher, "why you come here" as she did heard rumour that I will went to Seria QiGong place anymore. I just told her no such thing, I can come here anytime. I am not a QiGong teacher in Seria.

So good to see Ying's brother in law also there.

We just talked normally. No quarrel at all and it seem nothing happen before.
QiGong teacher came and we practiced five rountine just like previous time.
After the five rountine, she shaked hand with QiGong teacher and back home.

Late back from KB

I worked yesterday. A busy working day in the morning. Went here and there. Including brought SPY to Borneo Clinic for visit doctor.

I went back home at 12:00 noon.

I went direct to Tamu place which we practice QiGong place. Wong told me to wait there to meet QiGong teacher from KL.

I fetched Fiona first before I went to Tamu.
I met Kelvin at 1:35pm. We didn't ate there as Lai Fah was not open on Monday. Four person came from KL, the only QiGong teacher is Kelvin, the rest is: Mrs. How, Mr. and Mrs. Lo.

We went to Lai Fah's sister food store to have our lunch. Actually I had my lunch at home already but still ate something with KL teacher. Wong ordered quite a lot of food. I only ordered fry chikcen wings which cost B$5.00. We finished all the food.

We went to Chung Hwa Middle School to do the QiGong place survey. To let our QiGong teacher to feel the atmosphere of this place. He mention this place is better than the Tamu. We have to think about it as this QiGong practice place is not free, it cost B$100.00 monthly.

Wong mention they will went back to Seria. I went back to office to make sure there was no work for this afternoon. I left office at 3:00pm. Back home and took a snap until 3:40pm.

Wong fetched me to his wife house.
We chatted and learn something at Mrs. Wong house. Then we went to have tea break at 5:00pm. Back to Mrs. Wong house until 7:25pm. We all went to Seria QiGong practice place.

Kelvin chatted with us at middle of the road, Kampong Baru, Seria.



Kelvin only made about 10 minutes speak. He asked QiGong students have any question or not. Only one student asked on question. Then we practice 5 rountines. Kelvin stayed for 10 minutes, then QiGong students starting to ask him question. He answered and we got no time for Seria QiGong student as we need rushed to KB QiGong place.

We arrived KB at around 9:00pm.
They practice the last rountine. Mrs. Wong announted welcome note for Kelvin. Kelvin starting to give his speak and teach the first rountine. Answer some QiGong students qustions. Time pass too fast and it was 11:15pm. Luckily today is holiday so only one or two student left during Kelvin's teaching.

I went back home directly as I felt a bit tired and didn't went to eat at WYWY. We ate until 1:00am something last night at WYWY restaurant.

I slept at 12:00 mid night last night. Have a very good sleep anyway.

Ying is not appear

Ying finally is not appear.

At first, I though Xing was doing the call. He mention he did the call and Lian answered that she was not in, busy.

Wong also want to know what happen to Ying. He acting a bit angry. I sms Wong saying tried not to angry with anyone. She may be busy.

Then I received Wong's call. Mention Ying was going to Miri already.

May be we all are too sensitive for this case.
We really cannot just guess here and there, thinking too negative.

Will meet Ying again?

Will meet Ying again after Lian telephone scolded at me on June?
I am not sure. That day met Ying suddenly on the road and she was with Zhen that time.
I just drove my car beside them and said hi to her.

She acting like normal style and said:"Long long didn't see you, you didn't buy me a drink".

As I was busy at that time, so I just mention I have to go and will talked to her next time. I should talk to her 1 more minutes and invite her to morning tea break. I called Wang and he asked me to invite her. Then we all can have morining breakfast together.

So I try to called Ying yesterday but she was not in.
Wong passed the message to Xing and let Xing inviste her to go this morning.
I really hope I can see her this morning.

Back from Miri

QG:1~5 No SM

Back from Miri. I felt tired althoght I only drove to Miri, then after Miri I pass to Lo to drive.

We, Spy, Lo and Me went to breakfast at Miri town area.
Then I visit the Chinese Acunpunture. Not opened yet, so we all went to near by shopping center. It's 9:06am.

I went to visit Yong's Acunpunture again after I went to wash room.
Opened, a bit crowded people, I took No.13.
Wait for about half a hour, then my turn. Same problem again, my body getting "heat".
Same liquid and capsulte medicine. RM$15.00, same price.

I went to the same shopping center again, just doing my window shopping.
I called Spy and they also at the same shopping center. I went to meet them.

We went to have our lunch at "ZhuBa". I paid B$10.00 and Lo paid the rest.

Then we went to do some shopping again on two shopping center. The last one is e-mark. We done our dinner there. Lo paid the bill.

Back to Brunei at around 7:45pm. The main thing was done in Miri, good. Two other things not done, cannot find my LG mobile phone cover and duplicate key was not fix yet. Never mind then I have reason to go down to Miri again.

Oh, yes, I called Ying but she was not in, a bit disappointed. So I sms Wong to call to have breakfast tomorrow morning at Seria. Just what we planned yesterday.

Wake up a bit earlier

Today wake up a bit earlier but felt okay. These few days was getting on and off.
Decided to wake up and doing my daily Dharma Practice. Finished at 5:24am.

Internet hour after the Dharma practice.
Today will got to Miri to visit the acunpunture. Have to find out what happen these days sickness(a bit strange sickness).

This phone taken at 6:09am, Seria morning sun or previous night moon? I forgot already.

Home TV back

My house 25" SONY TV back two days before.
Repaired charge B$65.00

Strange thing was when I sent this TV for repair, the shop helper didn't ask what wrong for this TV. Need to repair where problem. I just told him to check the speaker. He also didn't wrote it down on the slip.

My nephew who with me that time just fill in his name and home telephone number.
I ask when it can be taken. He mention he will call after repaired.
They didn't call. I just went to checked after 2 days. It's repaired and I just wondered why they don't want to call, as we sure that will come and paid what they have done.

Anyway, we brought back our TV and it okay until now. Oh, yes I did test it before I brought back.

Late back home last night(from work)

I type the Chapter namelist for Seattle until 7pm something. I was not really sure for what time it was.

Just felt a bit hungry when drove back home.
Luckily there was something to eat. Food prepaired by my old mother.
After dinner, I surf to the net and drink my favorite coffee.

After 9:00pm, after watchin the TV which I waited, I called Wong to have tea break.
He agreed and I also call Xing, just told him to come out. He just said yes, yes, yes!

Wong came afte 15 minutes althought he mention he came right away. He was with his wife. Xing didn't appear lately, so I called him and he mention he would not coming.

We chatted happily until 10:02pm, back home. They would go to Bandar tomorrow earlier in the morning, fetch their son for schooling in BSB. I didn't mange to go with them as I have someting to do today.

Strange Morning activies

I waked up so early today but didn't feel any problem.
After practive QiGong and it was 6:30am. Do my daily Dharma practive.
I called Wong at 7:00am. He was on his way back home, Kuala Belait. I asked him to have breakfast at Seria. He invited me go to KB to have the breakfast. So I decided not to find Xing this morning and went direct to KB.

Arrived KB at 7:30am. Wong was waiting for me. He needed to fetch his daughter to Seria. So we went to Seria noodle store. I travelled from Seria to KB, then now from KB to Seria. A bit wasting my time, but luckily it's a bit earlier in the morning. Oh, yes, I found this morning haze was very terrible. I only can view half of the Seria twin tower.

I called Xing before went back to Seria. As last night didn't reply several calls from Xing, so today when I met Xing at Seria noodle store, he told me there was very important thing have to tell me last night, so he made lot of call last night.

I have to check internet to confirm some important news. I mention I will check for him when I back to office.

Me. Wong, Mrs. Wong, Xing and me have the quite long breakfast. I didn't notice what time it was when we left Seria and back to KB.

I called office when I arrived Wong's house as my car left at his house.
The 3G B Mobile signal is very weak when I called back to office, then I have to use Wong house phone to call back to office. Office also told me she cannot called back to me. When I knew I have to left Wong's house at 9:20am.

Back to office at 9:40am. Starting to check the info. Yes, confirmed the news and let Xing knew it.

So I was very busy after this confirmed news. I have to do some paper work.

Delete Windows Vista Beta

My nephew finally deleted Windows Vista Beta RC1 last night.

We both found this Vista cause quite a number of problems after installed.

He found the IE7 always hanged and give error, cannot contunue to use IE7.
Windows Defender NOT working properly at all as it cannot detected any spywares at all.

Windows Media Player not working properly as we always need to configure the sound under control panel.

Real player loading too slow(may cause by my 512 MBttes ram only) with no sound at all.

No Microsoft office 2007 (now only beta version which need a little money when we need to test it!)and we have to download the Open Office which is free.

So, say goodbye to Vista beta...

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF HEALTH PROBLEMS AS A RESULT OF EXPOSURE TO THE HAZE?

The effects of continuous exposure to the haze include:-

• Itchy sensation in the throat, and coughing, increased phlegm
• Difficulty in breathing (wheeze) or nose block
• Pain, irritation, red and watery eyes
• Itchy skin rashes

If above symptoms persist, get advice and treatment at the nearest clinic.

PREVENTION OF HAZE-RELATED ILLNESSES

• Close all windows and doors to your bedroom. Boil a kettle (electric) of water in the room and allow the steam to fill the room. Allow 10 – 15 minutes for the fine water vapor (steam) to collect the pollutants / particles in the air and settle down. After this the room should contain healthier air.
• Surgical masks are of no use and if not regularly changed they can act as a base for bacteria to grow and result in other infections. Only very close fitting masks that do not allow air to enter through the sides of the mask are effective.
• Limit all outdoor activity as far as possible e.g avoid outdoor sport or physical activities.
• Always wash / bathe as soon as you return from outdoors. This will minimize eye / skin irritation. For minor eye irritation try using over the counter eye drops e.g Eye Mo.
• Use your car air-conditioner when traveling in the car.
• Drink a lot of water.
• Smokers are advised to quit smoking.
• Those who suffer from diseases such as flu, bronchitis, asthma, conjunctivitis, heart diseases or chronic lung diseases should seek immediate treatment at the clinic or hospital if their condition worsens.

Upload some photos to webshot

Today is my brithday but no one know including myself, I found today is my birthday after I read webshot sending me the e-birthday card.

So just went to webshot web site to upload some sky and cloud photo there, upload 8 photos. Then I found webshot.com is updating their web site, getting useful and beutiful.

I didn't install webshot program on any of my PCs.
I like their scenery photos so much. I don't like it allocating some memory on task bar.

Mobile repair story 2

I send the mobile for repair again, but this shop owener is not in.

The mobile phone still the same and become worse again. The previous faulty is it will off by itself, now it cannot on any more. The technician mention they replace a power IC.

Another thing, regarding the 512 MB SIMM memory, I asked my nephew already. He mention he did checked the ram and found it was his original ram, so may be my suspicious is wrong!

Bring TV for repair

Finally brought the 25" SONY TV for repaired.
We banged this TV for more than two month, then today have the idea have to bring this TV for repair.

Hope it will okay by tomorrow.
The techinician mention he will call if okay. I think I will call them before he called, but I hope they can call us earlier mean it can be repair and easy to repair.
