I thought I have to install the Asian pack again, but it was installed during the Vista installation.
So I have go to Control Panel to select Clock, Language and Region. Select Change display language. Select Change Keyboard button. Then I can add all my Chinese input language on here, just like the Windows XP.
Have to do some setting then I can use Chinese input.
