Went to quick walk at OGDC

Went to quick walk at OGDC this afternoon at 4:36pm. Took about 1 hour to do this quick walk, a bit tired, not so tierd, just okay.

I remembered the health information said that exercise should take long time NOT take intense exercise. The first 10 minutes is just for burning our body sugar only, from 11 minutes then it stat to burn our body fat. It should take longer time to do exercise, not too intense exercise. This is the good way of doing exercise.

They also mention lady like to do shopping always can slim down as they always can walk more than 20,000 steps while do shopping. So we need to walk at least 10,000 steps daily. We really drive too much!
