Decided to visit doctor at Miri this morning. I cannot stand the itch of my both hand in morning and two days ago.
It happened before and after I visit Miri skin specialist, then okay.
This time have to visit him again.
Called to book first at 11:00pm, start my journey at 9:24am.
Arrived Miri at 10:10am. Went to Boulevard Department store first. Bought a health magazine cost B$8.50 regarding what type of blood eat different kind of foods, fruits.
Admit doctor at 11:05am something. Took not more than 5 minutes. Blood pressure at 130/80 very good condition. This time althought a bit exited, using QiGong visulise method, successed.
Doctor charge RM$95.00.
Search the key maker. Finally done the two key. Long long time have to make these two keys. Cost RM$10.00 only. Cheap.
Test the car key, okay. Need to test other key.
Went to Sin Liang Department to buy a greed tea and whloe grain solid wheat.
Went to Bintang Jaya for my lunch, 3 vegetable cost RM$3.50.
Have to go to book store, bought a book regarding a doctor fighting with cancer. Cost $RM4.99.
Bought a Moncha coffee with ice cream, cost RM$3.30 with tax.
Went to toilet and ready back home. Oh, the parking charge RM$1.00.
