Just back from Singapore-Johore-Miri. Arrived home around 8:30pm. A bit earlier than I expected, good feeling when back earlier. As I thought it may took me back home at 9~10pm. Good that everyone not feeling so hungry as we did ate our lunch at Johore Senai airport, and have snack on board.It was not a very tired trip.
A excited and good feeling trip.
A very short and fulfill trip.
Not bought lot of stuff, but full of happiness in my heart.
Just like to finished one big project.
I like the "Thanks Guru" lunch.
Make me felt great and some parts of the programs touch my heart.
Will tried to post photos on here.
Just download all the photos to my notebook and backup one set to my one TBytes hard drive.

Feeling okay today after taken the medicine I use to take last night.

Today also my father pass away anniversary day. May go back to do some praying.
The most important thing today is traveling from Miri for my flight to Singapore.

明天要飞了
明天要飞了。
今天终于把行李整理好。
今天早上确认了在柔佛的德士。心中踏实了许多。
不像前几天那样担心了。
工作回家后，在把行李整理好， 那在心理就更踏实多。
虽然时常都有旅行， 但这一次好像有太多的心理负担。
可能想得太多了。
不去想了。
不再想了。
让我好好的睡一个好觉吧！

Late back home last night, should be morning at around 1:50am.
Tired but exited, wake up at normal hour.
Although not enought sleep, but today work still okay.
Managed to arrange the trip from Johore to Singapore.
Got all the phones list on hand and printed this time. Not like last time I type all the data but did not print.
This trip make me a bit tired, may be I thinking too much.
Still need to check all the stuff. Hope no miss anything.
Although I always travelling, but this time seem a bit tough.
After confirmed the taxi in Johore Bahru, and Mr. Xing confirmed to be the driver of going down from Brunei to Miri. Seem everything going smoothly.
AiLian called asking who will go to Bandar tomorrow morning. I really not sure but still gave her a Dharma brother's name. May be he can help. I really not sure.
Called Qing asking her about her tomorrow trip. She mention she will followed M Fang son's car which will be 6 person in one car, so that's why AiLian think it may be too crowded.
Left office at around 4:10pm. Told one of the staff that I was on leave starting tomorrow.
Not in the very good traveling mood, may be not slept very well last night.
Mind was very clear that I have to finished today's job.
Final checking for my luggage. Should be everything okay.
I pray again and do the "smoke offering" tonight. Pray everything going smoothly for tomorrow trip.

M Fang back to Brunei

Met MFang and Qing yesterday afternoon.
Finally met MFang again although she traveled a very long journey starting from Edmonton. Stay one night at Vancouver, then fly to KL-LCCT, KL-Brunei. In between then, she have to carry her two big bag which was over weight and charged by AirAsia. She did not told me how much AirAsia charged her for the over weight. She was too tired and have to ask the taxi help her to carry the two bag to KL-LCCT when she touched down at KLIA.
Arrived KL-LCCT, back to Brunei at night on Sunday.
Met MFang and Qing yesterday afternoon.

ATM machine awareness!

Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine.
There was an old man looking at me and suddenly called me. He said he doesn't know how to read, so he gave me an ATM card and asked me to help him take money from the ATM machine.
I answered him 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.
' Then he said 'never mind..' and just continue to find other people to help him...
REMEMBER: ATM machines have CCTV. If you help him, and later he says you have robbed him or stole his ATM card, or even his ATM card wasn't his too. So please be careful for these frauds.

當電梯突然斷電

誰也不知道意外何時發生 , 發生時也或許會慌亂忘記 , 不過多點知識也不錯噢！

有一天搭乘電梯，就遇上了電梯突然斷電，雖然緊急供電系統幾秒後就開始作用， 可是電梯還是從 13 樓迅速往下墬。還好當時記起曾經看過電視教的， 趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下，好在電梯在五樓終於停止了 ,.. 真的有 撿回一條命的感覺！
當你面臨生死一線間時，當下的你所做的每一個動作將決定你的生死與否。生活 中，難免會坐到電梯，但是！萬一遇到電梯發生事故，迅速往下墜落時，你可能只有一個念頭 ：「站在電梯裡準死定了！.... 」
可是今天 .....
我在電視的一個外國頻道看到一個非常好的節目。其中，他們還請了專家示範電梯下墜時保護自己的最 佳動作：
第一、 ( 不論有幾層樓 )
趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下。
第二、如果電梯有手把 ，一隻手緊握手把。
第三、整個背部跟頭部緊貼電梯內牆，呈一直線。
第四、膝蓋呈彎曲姿勢。
說明：因為電梯下墜時，你不會知道它會何時著地，且墜落時很可能會全身骨折而死。
所以：
第一點 -是當緊急電源啟動時，電梯可以馬上停止繼續下墜。
第二點 -- 是為了要固定你人所在的位子，以致於你不會因為重心不穩而摔傷。
第三點 -- 是為了要運用電梯牆壁作為脊椎的防護。
第四點 --是最重要的是因為韌帶是唯一人體富含彈性的一個組織，所以借用膝蓋彎曲來承受重擊壓力，比骨頭來承受壓力來的大。
這個資訊絕不虛構，我個人覺得相當重要，想讓大家都知道，以防萬一。

This photo was taken by the time we having the break on 15 Nov 2008 at 10:49am, the authority gave us little time to take this photo, a bit rush. So one of the new teacher was not in this photo.

Sunday and Monday

It was a tired Sunday yesterday night. Back from BSB around 7:30pm although I am not the one who drove up and down from Seria.
Bought some vegetable and fruits for myself. Cost B$26.25.
After bath, slept at 9:30pm after reading my favorite book.
Feel like a busy day on Monday.
No computing in the morning before work. It was not a normal action to me.
Boss not in, I am the first one who arrived the office. Felt great.
Doing the routine stuff.
Felt busy but actually it was not.
Get some healthy drink during work, so have a late lunch which done by myself, no oil at all. Vegetable, vermicelli with some unhealthy fish roll.
Help friend to install his Chinese input device which I bought for him for six month before.
Easy to install with the device which have to plug in when installation.
Tested okay, and I install some special Chinese fonts for him.
Updated AVG antivirus for his poor notebook...

有一位「楊異」的小孩，天生就是一副「呆相」，如同「白癡」一般。
年紀已六歲了，連話也說不清楚，家長教他什麼，他都不會。
表面上看不出來，但事實上是低能兒，他什麼事均忘記。
從一到一百，也不會數。
加減乘除均不會。
食、衣、住、行均要人服侍。穿衣、吃飯都不會。
六歲了，連上廁所也不會。把屎尿拉在褲子裡。
父母急了，帶他來找我，我翻開《通天之書》一看，竟然是「洗腦」二個字。

我出了「幻身」。
到「楊異」的夢中，他夢見盧師尊把他帶到天河。
把他的頭殼打開。
用天河的水，拼命的沖洗，洗掉很多骯髒的東西，又把腦子裡打結的，一一解開。
最後再把頭殼縫好。
然後盧師尊從「天河」再把「楊異」送回夢中。他一直在夢中。
說也奇怪。
「楊異」自從做了此夢，一切記憶完全恢復，說話清楚了，一切事情自己能料理，食、衣、住、行，一一正常。
交代任何事，均記住。
上廁所，不用人教。
功課一學都會。
六歲的「楊異」竟成了「天才兒童」一般。
書只看一遍。
全部記得。
「楊異」的父母原本煩憂這位低能的孩童，但，如今卻憂愁一掃而空，比正常的小孩更優異。
我告訴楊異的父母：
「此子全憑天河的聖水洗淨其腦部，而聖水的由來，是觀世音菩薩淨瓶所流出，你們當感念觀世音菩薩，虔誠誦心經，念大明六字真言，或虔誦觀音聖號。」
「楊異」的父母照辦。
此事轟動全台。被讚為神醫。
曾經有一位僧人，也是如此，讀經旋記旋忘，永遠也記不住。
夢中見盧師尊至。
帶他去天河「洗腦」。
夢醒後，一目十行，一一記得牢牢的，整本經，全記得住。
如此奇異之事，僧人特別來感恩我的幫助。
人間有「洗腦」。
天上亦有天河「洗腦」。
聽到這些真實傳聞的，對盧師尊的「天河」洗腦，莫不肅然起敬。
詩曰：
天河可洗腦。
世上實駭聞。
確實有此事。
光明入丹墀。

1.0 TB Buffalo Drive Station - External USB 2.0 Hard Drive
Bought a new 1 Tera Bytes external HardDrive on KL trip. It was in the rush as the shop was going closed at 9:30pm. The first shop assistant told me that they only 320 Gbytes exernal harddrive which cost RM$240.00. He mention it was the largest harddrive available, but my target is at least 500 Gbytes. So went to second shop and found this Buffalo Drive Station.
Test tonight and found it was very easy to install. Just plug in the USB cable and the power, that's it. My desktop PC found the harddrive.
The price for this harddrive is RM$499.00, I asked for discount and I got a very good price which at RM$450.00.

It was a enrichment two and a half day course for me. Learn a lot and tried to get to knew new QiGong friends from West Malaysia.
Some students have to travel 3 hours from Jahore Bahru to attend this course.
Back from Kuala Lumpur last night at around 10:10pm, a bit tired but still have a bath before bed. Clear out all the dirty shirts. Went to sleep around 10:30pm.

《真佛論劍》
鄭武光是蓮僧上師的父親。
他因為「椎間盤」異位，嚴重到無法行動。醫師建議需要開刀並安置鋼釘於脊椎中固定之。
這種開刀也算是大手術吧！
鄭武光請蓮僧上師轉告盧師尊，祈求盧師尊加持開刀順利，手術成功。
鄭武光是在八月二十二日手術。
地點是屏東市寶健醫院。
我聽了鄭武光的祈求，於是修了一壇「蓮花童子相應法」。
我進入蓮花童子的心。
與蓮花童子合體。
變身為蓮花童子。
當我變身為蓮花童子時，由心中發出了「嗡。古魯。蓮生。悉地。吽。」的咒音。
這是「咒自在」的音。
十方如來悉知。
此咒能於十方摩頂加持。
這即是楞嚴經云：「心持咒印，顧盼雄毅了。」
我入定。
咒音傳千萬里。
這時，鄭武光在開刀的前一天，他整天都聽到根本上師心咒的咒音。
「嗡。古魯。蓮生。悉地。吽。」

我說「蓮花童子心咒」，有含「大輪金剛咒」、「日光菩薩咒」、「摩利支天咒」等等。
大輪──即古魯。
日光──即蓮生。
摩利支──即悉地。
尤其是「悉地」二字，是成就了七種功德的：
一、加持施主成就。
二、加持信根成就。
三、加持戒德成就。
四、加持聞德成就。
五、加持物色成就。
六、加持法味成就。
七、加持香光成就。
我這咒音，是能加持聖弟子的，聖弟子有何厄難，自持咒、他持咒、盧師尊持咒，皆有七大加持的能力。
聖弟子聽到滿天咒音，就已經得到了加持力。看見盧師尊，便得加持。聽見咒音，便得加持。感應心知，便得加持。
等等等等。
為什麼「蓮花童子心咒」，只這幾音，便是超級大法力？
「嗡」──宇宙之大能。
「古魯」──大法力的持有者。
「蓮生」──蓮花化生之無量光、無量壽。
「悉地」──加持、護持、擁戴、佛國。
「吽」──一切成就。
我告訴大家：
只要持此咒，咒行圓滿，一定往生摩訶雙蓮池淨土。

Toyota Vios vs Nissan Latio

Just finished upload all my DC's photos for Alex and Estella yesterday.
Managed to copy the video into DVD with help of Mr. Loo on Friday night. A bit blur and I think the result still okay as it was my first video taking.
This morning will tea break with Dharma brother and will test the Nissan Latio. As his son want to test drive before buy Toyota Vios or Nissan Latio.
My nephew told me the pron and con for this Vios and Latio.
Vios is assembly in Thailand and Latio is made in Japan. Both price is very close. About B$21,000.00
Vios is more lighter than Latio which Vios will hear a very noisy engine when drive very fast, but Latio is more quiet than Vios.
Latio have a good feature of it's automatic gear. I forgot the technical team for this gear feature.
Latio is more solid than Vios so Vios can pick up very fast. Latio will be a bit slower.

Keep the skin of cucumbers near the place or ant hole.
To get pure and clean ice:
Boil water first before freezing.
To make the mirror shine:
Clean with spirit
To remove chewing gum from clothes:
Keep the cloth in the freezer for an hour.
To whiten white clothes
Soak white clothes in hot water with a slice of lemon for 10 minutes
To give a shine to hair:
Add one teaspoon of vinegar to hair, then wash hair.
To get maximum juice out of lemons:
Soak lemons in hot water for one hour, and then juice them.
To avoid smell of cabbage while cooking:
Keep a piece of bread on the cabbage in the vessel while cooking.
To rid the smell of fish from your hands:
Wash your hands with a little apple vinegar.
To avoid tears while cutting
onions:
Chew gum.
To boil potatoes quickly:
Skin one potato from one side only before boiling.
To boil eggs quickly:
Add salt to the water and boil.
To check freshness of fish:
Put it in a bowl of cold water. If the fish floats, it's fresh.
To check freshness of eggs:
Put the egg in water. If it becomes horizontal, it's fresh. If it becomes slanting, its 3-4 days old. If it becomes vertical, its 10 days old. If it floats, it's stale.
To remove ink from clothes:
Put toothpaste on the ink spots generously and let it dry completely,
then wash.
To skin sweet potatoes quickly:
Soak in cold water immediately after boiling.
To get rid of mice or rats:
Sprinkle black pepper in places where you find mice or rats. They will run away.

Alex Lo and S.P.Y.'s Wedding
Yeterday is a BIG day for S.P.Y. as her marriage. She is my niece and she is married to Mr. Alex Lo.I took quite a photos and I think the total number of yesterday photos will be more than 500.
I uploaded some as I took for more than 270 photos.
Yesterday I took half day off in order than I can took the photos. Last night wedding dinner last until 10:30pm. The bride and groom back home at around 11:30pm as I think they took many many photos and have fun with their friends at Seria Jing Hua restaurant.

Wedding day for Mr. Alex Lo and Estella Sim Pui Ying

Today is a special day for my niece as her wedding day.
Our family will start our happy journey at 7:45am.
Her husband waked up early today as he have to get the flower for the shop. He got the flower back home at 7:18am. The time I also put up the red cloth in the main door with help of my nephew Loong.
I chanted so mantra for putting up this red cloth. The red cloth which put up in the main door is a kind of Chinese traditional mean that there is one of the family member who is getting marry today.
I will try my best to take lot of photos for this special wedding day.

「不可說」之說

「學佛覺有情、度生非虛名、不捨一眾生、這是真性靈。」這首詩道盡蓮生活佛盧勝彥對待眾生並無分別心，也無差異性，而是一律平等度化。所以皈依活佛的真 佛弟子中不但三教九流有之、貧富貴賤有之、且死囚罪犯有之、精神異常亦有之。然而，因堅持救度沒有分別，所以在良莠不齊的眾生中，偶會有一二叛逆、造謠者 是無法避免的。
蓮生活佛面對那些造謠、誹謗的攻擊，一向未曾主動去澄清，因為他不僅「知世如夢無所求」，更深知一旦出面澄清，攤出證據，受害的反而是造謠、誹謗的弟 子。所以，面對謠言、誹謗，其均基於維護弟子名譽，以「不可說」的態度，毫無怨尤的「如如不動」、「無動於衷」。甚且曾說：「不管讚嘆我的，亦或是誹謗我 的，都是跟我有緣；我最怕的就是不認識我，跟我沒有緣分的人。因為沒有緣分，就無法度化。」可知他不在意眾生對他如何，他只在意能否抓住機會去度化擦身而 過的每個眾生。
今〈二○○八〉年五月三日蓮生活佛因返台弘法，同月七日又再度遭逢某媒體誹謗。雖然大多數真佛弟子對蓮生活佛信心堅定，護師心切、群情憤慨，莫不對媒 體大加撻伐。但卻也有少數缺乏理性判斷的弟子，以及外界﹝包括媒體記者﹞不了解蓮生活佛者，因該篇報導之消息來源而持有偏見，進而擴散謠言。
筆者從事法律實務工作二十餘年，同時亦為真佛宗皈依弟子。於此誹謗事件發生後，總會去思考如果我不是真佛宗弟子，對於被指控者又一直保持「不可說」的 態度下，將又如何去判斷事件的真相與是非。為此，我於今年兩度走訪西雅圖雷藏寺，分別了解媒體報導所述，即一九九七年當時之人、事、時、地、物後；我決意 褪去皈依弟子身分的外衣，摒除感性、情緒上的主觀用語，戴上我法律的眼鏡，從客觀角度出發，而為此文─「『不可說』之說」，在可說、不可說之間，且看我如 何說。
一、先說法律上對事件判斷的原則 | |
| 一般法律案件上，在指控者言之鑿鑿，而被指控者始終保持沉默下，其效果並不是如一般人認為當然所謂的「默認」。而是必須先審究指控者所提出之證據、資 料，對應所述事實的可信性度有多少。若可信度高，被指控者就要提出反證，以推翻指控事實；反之，若毫無可信度或可信度低，即便被指控者繼續保持沉默，指控 事實仍是無法成立。所以基於此一推理原則，接下來就可判斷週刊媒體所報導之張女事件，其可信度有幾何了。 | |

This was the second time I visited him. before visited him, I did visited another acupuncture which I always visited him before, but this acupuncture cannot solved my problem again although my problem still the same. So I have a find a new one which can help me.
What I found the second acupuncture is okay as it really help.
This time still the same medicine but it will reduce two capsule to one, it will be a 30 days course.
I really hope this new acupuncture can help me anyway.

吃維他命不如吃咖哩

不少人每天補充維他命來保健，但美國「新科學家」雜誌卻報導，維他命吃多不但無益健康，反而可能倒是許多人愛吃的咖哩，天然美味，還能預防心血管疾病、阿茲海默症與癌症。
蕃茄咖哩、烏賊咖哩、印度咖哩、日式咖哩、洋蔥咖哩等，街上新開了許多咖哩餐飲店。即使不是專賣咖哩，其他餐飲店也不希望在這波咖哩熱中缺席，知名的甜甜圈 專賣店，發明咖哩口味甜甜圈給客人嚐鮮；便利超商提供咖哩飯、藍帶咖哩三明治等熟食供消費者選擇；火鍋店也有提供咖哩湯頭；便當店也跟著趕時髦，門口特別 標示「咖哩飯」……似乎只要在食物裡加點咖哩，就容易得到消費者的青睞。
咖哩並不是新口味，近來這麼熱門的原因之一，應該是拜醫學研究之賜，有的說可以預防心臟病、有的說可以預防失智症、有的說具消炎作用、有的甚至說可以抑制癌細胞增生……咖哩真有這麼神嗎？
咖哩在預防醫學上的3大捷報
在印度和中醫的臨床治療上，咖哩早就占有一席之地。咖哩成分之一是薑黃，薑黃所含的薑黃素，在印度和傳統中醫是常見的處方之一，外敷用來治療膿腫創傷；內服通常針對肚子脹氣、黃疸、胃痛等症狀。
只是以上療效可能還不足以說服消費者多吃咖哩，因為這些症狀不能算大問題，即使沒有咖哩，還有許多替代方案可以治療，咖哩會紅成這樣，是因為相繼有醫學研究發現，它在預防心血管疾病、失智症（阿茲海默症）、還有癌症等棘手疾病上，可以扮演重要的角色。
捷報1》降低膽固醇，減少動脈硬化
陽明大學醫學院藥理學研究所副教授陳惠文所領導的研究團隊，在針對心血管疾病進行研究時，意外發現咖哩的妙用。包括減少血栓、減少動脈硬化、降低脂肪酸、降低膽固醇等4大問題，咖哩都有很好的預防效果，國內外也都有論文支持這樣的論點。
捷報2》預防阿茲海默症
陳惠文解釋：「薑黃素可減少變性蛋白在我們腦中神經間的沉積，避免神經細胞受損所造成的記憶力喪失和混亂。」因而可預防阿茲海默症。
捷報3》抑制癌細胞增生和轉移
現 在醫學界也針對「咖哩可否減少癌症」作了許多研究，其中咖哩可預防癌症的研究較多，而咖哩會致癌的研究相對少很多。陳惠文分析：「癌症是不正常細胞過度增 生，薑黃素本身就可以抑制不正常細胞過度增生；第二，薑黃素可減少癌症轉移的機會；第三，在癌症標靶療法上，薑黃素會抑制癌細胞特別的一些酵素，這些酵素 會造成細胞的增生和轉移。」
關於咖哩的好處還不只這些，咖哩有「印度黃金」的美名，相關的研究包括：可以治療青春痘、不正常搔癢、皮膚病、不正常出血、氣喘、喉嚨發炎、咳嗽；改善腦貧血症狀、肝膽疾病、糖尿病、眼疾……還有人在化妝品裡加入咖哩成分，可見熱門程度。
哪些人不適合吃咖哩
雖然世界各國作過不少關於咖哩的研究，說明吃咖哩好處多多，不過，陳惠文指出，多數是「預防醫學的範圍」，在西醫的臨床用藥上，咖哩還沒有被普遍當作處方，原因之一是劑量與人體吸收的問題。
如果是用在預防心血管疾病、阿茲海默症，他說：「1、2週吃一次，偶一為之也就夠了，天天都吃咖哩也受不了。」要提醒的是，咖哩的功效是「預防」阿茲海默症，已出現症狀的人，吃再多也沒有用。
如果用在預防癌症方面，劑量就比較高。美國癌症醫學中心就有專家建議，「給癌症病人一天吃5～7克 的薑黃素」（在美國一般超市可買到顆粒狀的萃取薑黃素），效果還沒有明確結論，不過，根據台大醫院先前所做的第一期臨床試驗發現，就算連續幾個月吃這麼 多，也還沒出現明顯的副作用，陳惠文表示：「目前為止，還沒有『吃太多薑黃素不好』的報導，不過，還是提醒大家『再好的東西』，吃過量都是不好的。」
事實上，也有一些人不適合吃咖哩，耕莘醫院永和分院營養師薛安栗提醒：「1.咖哩通常加了辣椒、胡椒，對於腸胃炎、胃潰瘍的人會造成刺激；2.會促進子宮收縮，婦女懷孕期間要節制；3.會刺激膽囊收縮，膽結石患者不適合多吃；4.咖哩還會抑制血小板凝結，罹患血液凝結疾病的人最好避免。」
不愛咖哩味 可改吃什麼來防癌？
對於喜歡咖哩口味的人，聽到「吃多了也無妨」當然很高興﹔可是，還有另一部分的人，並不是那麼喜歡咖哩的味道，該用什麼食材來取代？
薛安栗說：「薑和黃芥茉當中，也都含有薑黃素，所以，烹調食物時加點薑，或是吃東西時沾點黃芥茉醬，都可攝取到相同的營養素。」還有就是黃咖哩和綠咖哩所含的薑黃素，不會因顏色而有差異，她指出：「咖哩一般是黃色，如果加了青椒這類綠色材料，就會變綠咖哩。」
搭配哪些食材 營養價值更高
如果沒有以上問題，多數人都可安心享受美味咖哩料理，為了讓咖哩具備更多健康食物的條件，薛安栗建議：「搭配抗氧化的食材更好，像是花椰菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、 蕃茄等，既美味又健康。」如果以主食類來說，「加點牛肉，含鐵量高，抗氧化功能較好；如果擔心膽固醇問題，那就選擇雞肉和海鮮。」
一般人煮咖哩都會煮一大鍋，在冰箱分2、3天食用，薛安栗認為：「如果加了蔬果，就不要放過夜；或是蔬果先不要加進去，等要吃的時候再加，比較符合健康飲食原則。」
弄清楚咖哩的功效，也瞭解如何搭配食材，就可更放心享受一頓咖哩大餐囉！

雖然世界各國作過不少關於咖哩的研究，說明吃咖哩好處多多，不過，陳惠文指出，多數是「預防醫學的範圍」，在西醫的臨床用藥上，咖哩還沒有被普遍當作處方，原因之一是劑量與人體吸收的問題。
如果是用在預防心血管疾病、阿茲海默症，他說：「1、2週吃一次，偶一為之也就夠了，天天都吃咖哩也受不了。」要提醒的是，咖哩的功效是「預防」阿茲海默症，已出現症狀的人，吃再多也沒有用。
如果用在預防癌症方面，劑量就比較高。美國癌症醫學中心就有專家建議，「給癌症病人一天吃5～7克 的薑黃素」（在美國一般超市可買到顆粒狀的萃取薑黃素），效果還沒有明確結論，不過，根據台大醫院先前所做的第一期臨床試驗發現，就算連續幾個月吃這麼 多，也還沒出現明顯的副作用，陳惠文表示：「目前為止，還沒有『吃太多薑黃素不好』的報導，不過，還是提醒大家『再好的東西』，吃過量都是不好的。」
事實上，也有一些人不適合吃咖哩，耕莘醫院永和分院營養師薛安栗提醒：「1.咖哩通常加了辣椒、胡椒，對於腸胃炎、胃潰瘍的人會造成刺激；2.會促進子宮收縮，婦女懷孕期間要節制；3.會刺激膽囊收縮，膽結石患者不適合多吃；4.咖哩還會抑制血小板凝結，罹患血液凝結疾病的人最好避免。」
不愛咖哩味 可改吃什麼來防癌？
對於喜歡咖哩口味的人，聽到「吃多了也無妨」當然很高興﹔可是，還有另一部分的人，並不是那麼喜歡咖哩的味道，該用什麼食材來取代？
薛安栗說：「薑和黃芥茉當中，也都含有薑黃素，所以，烹調食物時加點薑，或是吃東西時沾點黃芥茉醬，都可攝取到相同的營養素。」還有就是黃咖哩和綠咖哩所含的薑黃素，不會因顏色而有差異，她指出：「咖哩一般是黃色，如果加了青椒這類綠色材料，就會變綠咖哩。」
搭配哪些食材 營養價值更高
如果沒有以上問題，多數人都可安心享受美味咖哩料理，為了讓咖哩具備更多健康食物的條件，薛安栗建議：「搭配抗氧化的食材更好，像是花椰菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、 蕃茄等，既美味又健康。」如果以主食類來說，「加點牛肉，含鐵量高，抗氧化功能較好；如果擔心膽固醇問題，那就選擇雞肉和海鮮。」
一般人煮咖哩都會煮一大鍋，在冰箱分2、3天食用，薛安栗認為：「如果加了蔬果，就不要放過夜；或是蔬果先不要加進去，等要吃的時候再加，比較符合健康飲食原則。」

Saturday, feeling good!

Wakeup early as usual. Doing my daily Dharma practice. May be yesterday's Miri trip causing too tired, so I went to sleep at around 9:30pm last night.
Yes, I went to Miri for seeking the acupuncture again. Same price RM$15.00 with the same medicine I use to take every time; one bottle of medicine to clear out my body heat and after this bottle of medicine then eat the tablet medicine, always three day medicines.
Back to Mumong, Kuala Belait around 6:30pm, felt so tired and hungry.
Went to bath and have my heavy dinner; I did not have this type of eating style for quite some time. Ate too much if I am too hungry. Cannot control myself. Usually I ate 70%~80% full, but yesterday I think I ate 100% full, it's really not too healthy to me.
Today is Saturday and I am feeling good, although I still wake up earlier as usual.
Still a bit headache but may be it's a not working day, so feeling good.
Will meet Qing later and will back to home at around 11:30pm as plan.
This morning also found a good online translation web site. This one is from Google.com. I think I knew where this Google is getting better and better as, as they hearing from their clients. I also keep a eye on this company and found it really "keep improve" company. I use lot of Googles's products like Gmail, Bloggers and now it's online translation page. I like it and will throw away Yahoo online translation which I use it quite long time.

Beware Of Paper On The Back Window Of Your Vehicle

Warning....!!!!Just last weekend on Friday night we parked in a public parking area. As we drove away I noticed a sticker on the rear window of the car.
When I took it off after I got home, it was a receipt for gas. Luckily my friend told me not to stop as it could be someone waiting for me to get out of the car.
Then we received this email yesterday: WARNING FROM POLICE - BEWARE OF PAPER ON THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE - NEW WAY TO DO CAR PACKINGS Heads up everyone!
Please, keep this circulating... You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into Reverse. When you look into the rear view mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window.
So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is)that is obstructing your view. When you reach the back of your car, that is when the carjackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.
They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car. And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car. So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!
BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED. If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this e-mail. I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women. A purse contains all kinds of; personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands. Please keep this going.

Reincarnation - we will rebirth again?

Today no QiGong class, so felt a bit relax after work.
Raining in the afternoon and I like raining day, but not at working hour. I like raining at night. I like the feeling, do not know why I like raining at night. May be it's a last life memory causing.
Regarding the last life. I believed it. As sometime when we meet someone, our feeling is different. Sometime you will like this man or women, and sometime you will dislike this man or women without any reason.
Last life can explain lot of things that we cannot expected. Like some case why a father dislike his son without reason, every time he saw his son, will angry and scold him with a minor mistake. For the rest of the brothers and sister, this father's action will not like that. So this can recall to this relation to last life reincarnation. So I believed the theory of reincarnation.
As this reincarnation can explain why you love this man/women and married with him/her.
I seem lot of the example around. There is proof of reincarnation of some books I read. I tried to find reincarnation on the net, there is 20,700,000 results. So I think more and more people believed reincarnation.

My birthday today
Still wake up very early in the morning. Raining day, not heavy rain.
Still doing my daily Dharma practice and QG practice for 4 routine.
Will go to meet and have breakfast with Dharma brothers and sister in Seria later.

Birthday today
Birthday today and felt very busy as so many things have to do, so not related with my birthday but some related.
Only invited 3 Dharma brothers and one sister came for my birthday.
Do the cultivation in the earlier morning for this birthday especially praying for my mum as Buddhist's thought is birthday is "Mother's disaster" day as it was the most dangerous day for a mother.
I will tried to post some photos and video(taken by my niece) when I am free by tomorrow.

No electricity last night
I just back from QiGong practice and not yet shower, try to arrange the visa form for QiGong students who will go to KL on 13th for upgrading, there was no light at all, black out in the sudden.
So first thing I have to find is my switched off mobile which I switched it off when back from QiGong practiced, as I do not want anyone to disturbed me when I going to sleep.
So after I found my mobile, switch it on and came out from my room. The family seem not so scared but even the street light were all off.
SPY called King and asking for the electricity status and she mention there is NO light at all. So luckily we have the torch. Have to find the candles and lighter. After done all these things, it's almost 9:40pm, then Shao have to wait for his second son back from the Karate. He was backed and mention he will drove back to Seria and may come back if there was electricity again.
I felt a bit tired and did not sleep very well last night, but still went to take my shower. After the shower, I felt really tired and went to sleep. It was a good sleep anyway although I wake up at around 5:25pm, it was consider a good sleep to me.
What a black out night!

How safe is our plastic bottle?
I asked this question myself, and also ask the internet in http://www.lexxe.com/, but the answer is NOT 100% sure how safe is our plastic bottle. The answer still got dispute. So here the result I found in lexxe.com:I think there is lot of argument for this topics.
The reason why I concern is we all use plastic bottle daily, especially the reuse of plastic water.
I received a forwarded email said that DO NOT use plastic bottle at all. So can I reuse my plastic bottle, the answer is : I don't know. Depend how you believe the information they given.

1WU:6:30am QG:1~5Felt quite exited and happy yesterday as doing some Dharma practice.
Very good feeling after listening the Dharma talk. Especially interaction with Dharma brothers and sisters.
I think I more like "mind" 心靈matter, not material's stuff. I consider money is a way of life, and money is neutral stuff. If you use in the good way, then it can help lot of human beings, if not, you can see the newspaper money related crimes is all around.
I think cultivation is very important to me although I did not do the cultivation daily recently as I just moved. I hope I can find a very good way to get back all my cultivation action. I have to pray a lot and chanting a lot too in order to recall back all my daily cultivation.

Espeed slow again?
Last night did not went QiGong class as some activities I have to attend.
SMS to Wong but he did not reply anything, just wonder DST sms system is delayed again or not.
Although there is several mobile provider, but I think they have the competitive but after awhile, they stop the racing. Price drop was the BIG change I think, but I hope the main thing is not ONLY the price dropped. I really hope their servicing is getting better and better.
The first good impression I got is Espeed is getting real 512 Kbps which is matching what we subscribed, not like previouly is only have 248 Kbps or 321 Kbps, never go up to 512 Kbps, sometime I even checked and found that their speed is a bit over 512 Kbps. That's really good improvement. The sad thing is I still always heard the complain of their speed. My Dharma sister mention why their dial up still very slow, I mention to her, it cannot compare with 512 Kbps speed, but she mention the dial up speed sometime is slower than normally surfing. Anothing thing is my office kids also complain why yesterday surfing and online gaming is so slow, although reset the modem, still the same problem.
I am not sure it was cuase by the online gaming server or not, but what I surf in the morning, is still okay.

Seiketsu Demo
My Seiketsu upline Yin came with KL demo person came to my new home for the demo.
This time mainly on Seiketsu cooking demo.
She really have the very good experience of introduce the product, I like the way she presenting.
I just listened carefully what she said and forgot to take any of the photos, so mean that her introduction is very attracting me.
I also got surprised my niece also get attraction with her talk and decisided to buy one of the product. I think mainly is for her mum. Actually I also like Seiketsu products but I have to select the one just right to me.

I also got surprised my niece also get attraction with her talk and decisided to buy one of the product. I think mainly is for her mum. Actually I also like Seiketsu products but I have to select the one just right to me.

Toolbar error

Found the following error message while I want to install the Yahoo toolbar and Google toolbar in FireFox broswer.
Strange that both Yahoo toolbar and Google toolbar got the almost same error message. Both of them cannot be installed. I think I have to clear out all the temp files and try it again.

New born baby
This morning got a good message from Qing, her daughter finally got a new born baby boy.
Not really waiting for this good news, but still got good feeling when got this news.
Don't know when I can see this new born baby, hope will be soon.

我跟我先生之前在洗衣工廠工作，他會接觸到乾洗劑，結果做快一年身體變得很虛弱 (變成奧少年)，檢查的結果是肝臟有問題離職後調養了好幾年，才慢慢好起來。

在法國一位 2 歲男童，因為家長將床單、窗簾等等全部送乾洗，上頭還殘留有毒的乾洗有機溶劑，導致小男童在睡夢中窒息送命，是全球罕見的致死案例！
因此醫師特別提醒，乾洗衣物一定要擺到沒有味道後再穿、再收藏比較安全。
衣服送乾洗後，上頭一定會有股化學味道，相信很多民眾都很熟悉，只是沒想到洗得乾乾淨淨的衣物，上面殘留的氣味卻成了殺人兇手，在法國就奪走一位 2歲男童的性命。
元兇就是致命的乾洗劑、四氯乙烯，而這種乾洗劑在國內還有 1百多家店正在使用。
林口長庚毒物科主任林杰樑指出，四氯乙烯恐怕會造成肝腎傷害，有致癌的疑慮，且濃度高的話還可能麻痺呼吸，致人於死！至於大部分乾洗店用的石油矽，也還是具有肝毒性。
怎麼知道自己是不是置身於致命環境中，林杰樑表示，其實只要聞得到化學氣味，就代表濃度已經超過100PPM，絕對不能逗留超過 15 分鐘。
至於拿回家的乾洗衣物，一定要先拿掉防塵塑膠套，擺到沒有氣味後再收藏、再穿，才不會對身體有害。

Today felt not like Saturday

Today felt not like Saturday as I have several holiday.
Yesterday Miri trip felt a bit tired but bought lot of necessary stuffs for family and for myself. Very satisfactorily trip.
Today got no much plan to go anywhere. May be it's time for me to do a real rest for today. Read some books and watch the unfinished HK drama series. May be go to visit friend, still got no any plan yet.

Go to Miri today
1WU:6:15 QG:1~5Suppose the drive should come earlier at 7:00pm but he mention the alarm was no ringing him up.
So We have to wait until 8:50am. There was not so long queue at Brunei and Miri custom(but what I heard there was long queue at around 10:00am, we are lucky anyway).
First thing in Miri was the breakfast although it was a bit late. 4 person contributed RM$15.00 for our breakfast, just enough for 5 of us. Tim Sum was the main course. I also ordered noodle. (The photo showed the Tim Sam we ordered and the driver. )
Shopping took several hours. Spy, Lo and me have to watch the movie "Stranger" as the driver and his GF will have their facial treatment for two hours.
"Stranger" this movie was not so nice film anyway, not worth to watch as I don't like the very simple stories although it was a bit scary. I will give only Grade D!
Back from Miri at 8:30pm.
Buy Shoe, Queen bed sheet, book etc. Spent about few hundread RM$.

First day of Hari Raya, doing trivia stuffs

First day of Hari Raya, no planning to go anywhere.
Still surfing to the net in the morning after QiGong practice. Checking and doing my finance transaction at my WalletProof.com. Quite sometime did not update my expenses. Checking my bank balance online and found this month spent quite a lot.
New bed, new mattress for new room is the most expensive expense for this month.

No working today
When I arrived office this morning and found no one is working. Today should be a working day but no one appeared. Never mind, may be they will arrived a bit late.
So I switched on my two PCs and starting to begin my work.
I switched on the new Hi-Fi system and tried to do the preset of the radio station, read the manual and finally done several preset radio stations.
Make a coffee for myself and surf to the net.
Still no one appear, so I tried to call my boss.
My boss mention she did not informed me today is off day although today suppose to be a working day.
So felt free and called Xing. Then I closed the office and to went to Seria to check the TV LCD price with Xing.
The shop owner told us our chapter's notebook only can use the normal vga output which may cause the display a bit blur, but he did not have the vga cable so cannot test. Have to wait until tonight see whether can get the cable from his brother.

Hari Raya Eve
1WU:3:02 2WU:528 3WU:6:10Today suppose is a Muslim Hari Raya but they did not manage to view the "new moon" so their Hari Raya will fall on tomorrow; mean that the two days holiday starting by tomorrow.
No much plan for this two days holiday, but already promise Dharma brother to check the price of the LCD or Plasma TV at Seria.
Yersterday there was crownded of people queue up at petrol station, luckily I did not on that queue although I planned to fill up my fuel too. Today should be a good time for me to fill up my half tank fuel.
Just link a Hari Raya photo from someone else, hope he don't mind.
