What is this regarding? Wrong posting? Wrong data entry? DST group will not tell you and informed you anything until you do the complain. Why they cannot do something, even do a sms sending that they did the wrong data entry?

I did read Borneo Bulletin lately and found there was a reader complained regarding this matter.
