Qi Gong

I hve been pratice QiGong for about 2 year(1st Novermber will be 2 year anniversary).

The very first good thing regarding this Qi Gong improve my sleeping manner. I get (isonia) before I pratice this 鹤翔庄混元气功 Qi Gong. Sometime also getting sleep well. After I pratice this exercise for several month, then it really improve, I can sleep well and felt much better on sleeping. This is the most important thing to me. As if you cannot sleep well, then you cannot do any good thing, effect all your jobs, work and even entertainment.
