Today lunch is Pizza, oh, it may spoil my keep fit schedule, but no choice, it is my only lunch for today!
I loved Pizza anyway, so, just need a longest walk for today exercise. I set it to at least one hour in order to keep my weight to 79.90 Kgs. Haha, have to lower a bit to 77.00 Kgs, it was my next target.
