在「大乘佛教」興起之後，「小乘佛教」就被批判了，被貶為：
自了漢。
小乘即外道。
小乘外道二十種。
外道論師。
批判小乘者，說「阿羅漢果」與「辟支佛果」，雖有淺深之別，然皆為灰身滅智歸於空寂涅槃之悟，不可取也，故是外道。
我個人讀了許多大乘行者的書，他們對於阿羅漢果及辟支佛果是：
不屑。
嗤之以鼻。
滅有之空理，小空耳。
二乘。
「俱舍」、「成實」及「律」，是佛隨小機者說，以調下劣根性之人也。
小根。
小聖。
總之，大乘行者對小乘佛教是極端的排斥，謂其自私自利，如同凡夫及小人一般。

小乘在先，大乘在後，自從大乘經典流布之後，大乘佛教就興起了《華嚴經》、《般若經》、《解深密經》、《楞伽經》等等等等。
在印度有：
中觀。
瑜伽。
是大乘宗。
在中國，中觀是「三論宗」，瑜伽是「法相宗」。
佛法演變成「大乘」，大乘自然貶低小乘，大乘的教法依《華嚴》、《般若》、《法華》等大乘經典之教化，滿六度之行而成佛果。
於是大乘自讚：
大乘心──菩薩淨土。
大乘因──菩提心。
大乘道──究竟佛果。
大乘無上法──一乘之法。
大乘現證──修行「祕密乘」，現證本界體，故名大乘現證。
●
佛陀有三轉法輪之說：
佛在「鹿野苑」對聲聞乘人，說「苦集滅道」之四諦，有「示勸證」之三轉。
示轉──此是苦。此是集。此是滅。此是道。
勸轉──苦當知。集當斷。滅當證。道當修。
證轉──苦已知。集已斷。滅已證。道已修。
這是三轉法輪。
佛說「四諦法」及「十二因緣法」，這都是佛陀親口宣說的。
我個人覺得：
小乘以苦、空、無常、無我來修行，是偏向「出離心」。
大乘以中觀、瑜伽、六度來修行，是偏向「菩提心」。
苦、空、無常是人世間實有的現象。
佈施、忍辱、精進、持戒、禪定、智慧是修大乘的法門。
小乘也修戒、定、慧。
其實我們以「小乘」為基。以「大乘」來度眾，二者融合的修行，豈不是善哉！這是我的主張。
釋迦牟尼佛先說「小乘」為起因，如果沒有「苦」、「空」、「無常」，豈能發出修行的心？
把佛說的小乘法與外道相等，豈不是侮辱了佛陀？
如此對嗎？

Sunday QiGong AGM 2009

Back home at 6:00pm yesterday after shopping at The Mall in Gadong.
I bought 3 set of headphone at B$9.90 but they charge me B$10.00, I just wonder why I did not told them they charge wrongly. The two very young lady just use the calculator to count 3 set of B$9.90 for the total. Wow, I think our teenager's brain is getting a bit rusty. Cannot count in the simple mathematics counting. Never mind, so the three set of headphone cost me B$30.00.
I tested three headphone on the sport. Good quality anyway for this price.
They started their AGM 2009 at 10:21am and end around 12:00 noon.
Lunch for about one hour. Then we go to The Mall for one hour plus shopping.
After I bought the headphone, I joined with Feng, Ying and Hock for tea break. Feng bought me drinks and toast.
She bought me guava too when we left The Mall.
Felt a bit tired and still on my notebook and tested the headphone. Slept at around 11:10pm.

Yearly QiGong Memeber Meeting

Today will go to Bandar Seri Begawan for attending our yearly "QiGong member meeting".
Will start our journey at 8:00am in the morning. After the meeting, there is a lunch providing by the authority. Then we will have a discuss session between Kuala Belait QiGong student with BSB QiGong student.
After then we will have some shopping.
Hope we back home a bit earlier. Not too late.

《真佛論佛》 突出的雞胤部派 ‧蓮生活佛盧勝彥‧

有人問我：
「盧師尊對日本佛教，有一部份的出家人（沙門），家有妻小，經營事業，到寺院服務，如上下班制，這等沙門，你認為如何？」
我答：
「在佛陀時代，僧團制度裡，沙門修行，是絕對禁止沙門有妻子的，也絕對禁止與女子交合。八正道之中的正業，是指身口意的三業清淨，離一切之邪妄，而非今人解釋成正當的事業。佛制的僧團，沒有上下班制。」
我說：
「佛陀時代的僧團，主旨只有一個，修行悉地，沒有其他的紛雜。出家沙門守戒、修定、修慧，達到證果，無有二心。」
我又說：
「在原始佛教之後，演變成部派佛教，分上座部及大眾部。上座部年紀較大，是長老居多，稱守舊派。大眾部是年輕的沙門，屬改革派，在戒律及法義上有了不同的見解，也漸漸地產生了歧見。」
我說：
「其中有一部派，是從大眾部分出來的，是突出的雞胤部派。我個人對此部派非常注意，這個部派類似日本佛教部份娶妻生子的沙門。」

雞胤部派，是小乘二十部之一，又稱灰山住部。是佛陀入滅之後，自大眾部分出來的。
修行以「論」為主。
認為「經」、「律」是應機而說，故輕視之。
主張──
沙門只要女子同意，可以交合。
可以經營正當的生意。
食不忌。
住不忌。
行不忌。
對佛制的戒律輕忽。不注重外在的形式。
然而，雞胤派的「沙門」，並未流入世俗，反而對修定、修慧非常的重視及精進，這也是極為突出的地方。
部派佛教的時代，對「雞胤派」是容許的，也未受輕視。
精進於修定、修慧，極為突出。
《宗輪論》述曰：
「憍矩胝部，此是婆羅門姓，此云雞胤。上古有仙人，貪欲所逼，遂染一雞子。後來所生的後代，就是雞胤族。也算是婆羅門中，仙人的種姓。雞胤部派弘揚佛法的對治法，對戒律及經典不弘揚，是佛陀世尊的方便教法。」
小乘佛教原本對戒律非常重視的，律藏裡有五戒、八戒、十戒、具足戒等等。
比丘戒二百五十戒條。
比丘尼戒三百四十八戒條。
這是小乘行人之所受持者。
但是，印度、中國、日本的大乘行人，也一樣受此具足戒。
這些戒律雖然是小乘行人所說的，但，大乘行人也受具足戒。這是因為三乘淨戒中的儀戒，是佛制法中「沙門」之常規。
雞胤部派是小乘大眾部所出，但不重視戒律，只重修定、修慧，是非常突兀的。
我對現代佛教中，日本部份比丘，娶妻生子，經營生意，上下班。……
不敢茍同。
但，也不能輕視。
我說：
「在另類的行者之中，也一定有特殊的成就者。」
有人問我：

Went to QiGong practice again. SMS to Mei and she reply may go, but I knew she will not going if she said "may be". Anyway, hope to see her on Thursday as I decided not to go today as I will go to chapter.
There were about 25 students including 3 new students came last night. Finished practice at 9:13pm.
Watching Taiwan 超偶 Super Idol for about 15 minutes.
Read through the information which my niece brought back from PC fair. Not many information and the price was more or less the same.
What I want is a 22" LCD, price B$399.00, still no charge since I checked the price on March. What I found on http://dell.com.sg their 23" latest LCD only sale at S$279.00. This is really a very special promotion. I already select and it on my cart. Just need a bit time to communicate the purchase support. I want to know when the product will be send and will take how long for the product to send. Any local support?
I think I will buy this LCD anyway.

amr player
I recorded some audio files using my Sony Errison mobile phone K770i.
The recorded files is under voice.amr format.
Some I tried to find the amr player.
I found the free amr player, downloaded it and tried to install it on Acer Desktop.
Error when installing.
So I tried to open the files in my Acer notebook, then I found the .amr files can be read by Real Player. Problem solved.

《拈花手的祕密》 盧師尊的印證 ‧蓮生活佛盧勝彥‧

有一名韓姓弟子，從遠地他國，飛到「西雅圖」來，他要我印證他的開悟。
韓姓弟子修行精進，能「見鬼神」，「能神行」，頗有「神通力」，他能幫人問事，解決眾生的疑難雜症。
韓說擁有：
天眼通。
宿命通。
神足通。
韓姓弟子對我說：
「請師尊印證我的開悟。」
我問：
「你近來如何？」（機鋒）
韓答：
「見了很多大人物！」
我問：
「還見小人物嗎？」（機鋒）
韓答：
「見！」
我問：
「你到此求開悟印證，是為了什麼？」
韓答：
「為了真佛宗的將來。」
我說：
「你還有你的將來，還有真佛宗的將來，不算開悟。」（這句話是勘驗）
韓問：
「那我現在的境界是什麼？」
我答：
「你不過比一般人見聞多一些而已，你不過比一般人高明一點而已！」
我對韓說：
「繼續參悟！」
韓說：
「不會。」
●
有一位僧人，引一位童子，來參訪「道怤禪師」。
僧人說：
「這位童子很奇特，能預知預見，常常愛問佛法的事，請和尚勘驗，到底是怎麼一回事？」
道怤禪師先請童子倒一杯茶給他，童子倒了一杯茶，道怤禪師喫了茶後，將空杯遞給童子，童子近前，伸手來接，此時，道怤禪師卻把空杯縮手回去。
童子接了個空。
道怤問：
「還道得嗎？」
童子答：
「將來得。」
僧人問：
「此童子見解如何？」
道怤答：
「此童子也只是一兩生是一位持戒的僧人！」
●
我提示：
我寫的韓姓弟子的那一則，與開悟「明心見性」一點也牽扯不上，完完全全毫不相干。神通力和明心見性，毫無干係！
尤其，開悟者無大小人物。
開悟者，無始無終，沒有過去、現在、未來。
真佛宗的將來？
我說：
「將來個屁！」
至於，道怤禪師與童子的這一則，重點在「得」與「不得」。童子答「將來」，便是未悟。
應該答什麼？請聖弟子答來！答對了，給「獎狀」一張。

Sunday's life

Still wake up earlier today, doing Dharma practice and QG, will having breakfast with Master and Dhama brother and sister.
Still not sure whether will go to Bandar or not, Xing sure will go and I have to ask Ming want to go or not.
Last night's talk is great, topic is "Hospice Care" "臨終關懷".
Tonight will have the second part talk.
Hope will have more people come to listen to this most important topic in our life!

Update my MSN to latest version, should be version 8.

Saturday's life

Wake up earlier although today is Saturday, got something to do.
Still doing my daily Dharma practice and practice QiGong.
Do regular download.
7:45am, it's time for me went to Seria to pay the electrical bill, and fetch Qing after the payment.
Everything seem going smoothly today although the payment got lot of people queue up, I decided to get my mails while waiting. After paid the bill, it was right time for me to fetch Qing. She was waiting for me when I arrived.
We ate and chatted. I cannot surf as my notebook was ran out of battery. The shop will charge B$1.00 for the power source. So I just switched off my notebook.
We visited Mei Fang after our breakfast. Qing ate just 2 small pieces of toast as she mention her teeth pained.
We met Mei Fang and we chatted until 11:20pm.
The lotus photo was taken at Mei Fang's house.
We went to WYWY for our lunch, Fang was not will us as she have to look after her grand son.
I manage to surf at WYWY. I have to asked them to switch off the modem then switch on again then I can surf.
Finished our lunch around 2:15pm. Bought chicken rice for Mei Fang. After sending lunch for Mei Fang, I brought Qing back.
Back home around 2:30pm. Xing called for tea break. I called Ming.
We waited at Nam restaurant for 50 minutes, Xing mention his car was ran out of gas, and he tried to fetch me.
We chatted about half a hour and left as Ming got something to do.
After we all knew the result of the Master status. I went back home.

蓮生活佛盧勝彥 《真佛論劍》 僧團分裂之苦惱
如果以世俗人的眼光來看，釋迦牟尼佛的煩惱是非常多的，佛陀有：
病苦。
六師外道的攻訐。釋迦族的滅亡。
二個緋聞。
(孫陀利女子的譭謗，戰遮少女的謗佛)
謠言。
惡名流布。
諸多陷阱。
(火坑、毒飯、刀劍)
僧團分裂。
其中，我認為最令佛陀感到「痛心」的事，是「僧團的分裂」。
後人在評論佛陀的一生之中，最大的打擊是「僧團分裂」事件。
「僧團分裂」起因於「提婆達多」，是斛飯王之子，阿難尊者之兄，佛陀之從弟。他出家學神通，身具三十相，誦六萬法藏。
在《十二遊經》中記載：
「提婆達多，四月七日食時生，身長一丈五尺四寸。具三十相莊嚴。」
這個人在佛陀的身旁甚久、又親近。後來竟然要爭佛陀領導僧團的地位，想要當佛教的領導人，佛陀不從他。
提婆達多便煽動僧團?的僧人五百名，脫離佛陀的僧團。
這?的「五百」僧人，是很多很多的意思，而不是真的只五百人。
導致「僧團分裂」。
提婆達多提出「五法宣言」：
一、 糞掃衣。
二、 常乞食。
三、 一坐食。
四、 常露坐。
五、 不受鹽及五味。
提婆達多主要是攻擊佛陀的「中道」。因為佛陀穿錦衣，受眾生供養，住竹林精舍、給孤獨園的豪宅……。
僧人受煽動，便跟隨提婆達多而去。
我們曉得佛教的五逆罪，「殺父」、「殺母」、「殺阿羅漢」、「出佛身血」、「破和合僧」。其中最重的罪，竟然是破和合僧。
為什麼破和合僧的罪最重？
答案是：破和合僧，是離間僧人，壞人正法，殺人慧命。
佛陀認為：
慧命第一，破和合僧等於壞人正法，殺了無數無數的正法慧命。
(此罪比殺人更重)

我個人認為，釋迦牟尼佛的一生，遭受了大風大浪，也可算永無寧日。這個「僧團分裂」的打擊是最大的。
後人以為：
「人間本來就是這樣的……。」一種無可奈何的哀嘆！
然而，在我「明心見性」的人看來，這個打擊，尤其是「僧團分裂」的打擊，釋迦牟尼佛應該是心不動的。
為什麼？
因為釋迦牟尼佛在娑婆世界成佛，祂是早已清楚明白什麼是娑婆世界。因為明白，所以心不動。
我可以簡單地說：
「這麼大的事，也等於沒有什麼事，這樣大家明白否？」

Watching the unfinished movie: 新海神号历险记 Kurl Russell acting:Poseidon.
I think it was a old disaster movie. Poseidon is a very big cruise. Good movie anyway.
Slept at 10:24pm.

Friend gathering

Gathering with QiGong friends last night at around 9:00pm.
Feng Mei called me after they finished the practice.
Quite long time I did not joined them for the practice.
Sure that there is reason causing and my own health problem.
But now all the reason is gone and may be I have to rejoin for the practice.
I really not sure about that.
Good thing that I still practice QiGong in every morning, although sometime I did not all the routine. Just try to keep this routine will do not want to stop it.
It was fun to have the gathering anyway.
We chat a lot.
The most important thing was I want to met Feng Mei for returned back 2 CDs, and sent the 2 ring tone for her requested. It was take too long for me to do this sending.
Finally I've done all the job for her and also for another QiGong friend.
Actually I want to pay for this break, but some how someone pay for it.
I really enjoy this kind of gathering anyway.
I told Feng Mei to have a gathering before she fly to Canada.

About 30 years ago, a Mr. Zhang who worked in the Public Sales Department of a Taipei Brewery, sat for Overseas Study Selection Examination, and passed with flying colors. Before leaving, unfortunately, the medical examination at a public hospital discovered that he had a tumor growth in his lung about the size of a child's fist. Thus, he was not able to make the overseas trip for further study.
三十多年前有一位服務於公賣局台北啤酒廠的張先生，參加該啤酒場選派技術人員到 國外深造的考試，以優異的成績及格。在出國前經某公立醫院體檢發現，罹患有像小孩拳頭大小的肺部腫瘤，因而不能出國。
Mr. Zhang was very disappointed. He thought that diagnosis could be wrong. So he went for a 2nd check-up in another hospital but the result confirmed that there was no error in the previous diagnosis. The young Mr. Zhang was in great despair after the confirmation. He made several calls to Mr. Wei, his old classmate who was the Mayor's secretary of Huangsun County , Taidong County Government.
張先生非常失望之餘，一直懷疑診斷有誤；於是再到另一家醫院檢查，結果還是證實原來的診斷並無錯誤。當時年輕力壯的張先生得到這樣的絕症，在人生絕望之餘，多次打電話給當時任職台東縣政府黃順興縣長機要秘書的魏姓同學。
On hearing the bad news, Mr. Wei rushed to Taipei to see Mr. Zhang on Sunday. Mr. Zhang briefed Mr. Wei in detail about his despair and pessimism, and entrusted his friend regarding his affairs after his death. It happened that Mr. Wei was a good friend of Dr Lu Geling, who in 1949-55 was in charge of the Maijie Hospital , and was a researcher and specialist in cancer.
魏姓同學便利用 星期日趕到台北和張先生見面，張先生向魏同學詳述相關絕望的詳情和悲觀感受，並請位同學協助其後事，恰逢魏同學與前任馬偕醫院院長1949－55年專精於癌症臨床研究的呂革令博士係知交好友。
He suggested to Mr. Zhang to seek Dr Lu's treatment immediately. Mr. Zhang initially refused to consult doctor anymore as the result might add further misery to him. But Mr. Wei said that he had called Dr Lu and made an appointment with him. So Mr. Zhang felt obligated and went with Mr.. Wei to meet Dr Lu.
當即建議前往訪求呂博士醫治，起初張先生說不願再看醫生，以免徒增傷悲；但魏同學說先前已以電話請教過呂博士並安排好時間，張先生只好偕同前往呂博士住處造訪。
When meeting Mr. Zhang, Dr Lu said: " Mr.. Wei is my best friend and he has introduced you to me. We are fated to know each other. Let me ask you do you know why is that cancer is referred to as terminal illness?" Both Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wei did not know how to answer.
呂博士和張先生見面就說：「魏先生是我的好友，介紹你和我認識是我們緣份，感謝。我請教你：『癌為什麼叫絕症，你可知道嗎？』張先生和魏先生都不知道如何作答。」
Dr Lu explained: " There are only 2 approaches so far to treat cancer today. The 1st is to destroy the source of the disease.... The 2nd is to increase the immunity to fight the disease.. But the strange thing is that, whether we use Cobalt 60 or other drugs to destroy the cancerous cells, before they are killed, the good cells are destroyed first.. On the other hand, no matter what nutrients or supplements we use, before the good cells have a chance to absorb them, the cancer cells have taken them up. This simply speeds up the growth of cancer. Therefore, both approaches are doomed to fail, that is why cancer is terminal."
呂博士又說：「人類醫治癌症 到目前為止只有兩條路，第一條路是消滅病源，第二條路是增加抵抗力。但很奇怪的是，癌無論用鈷60或其他藥物去消滅癌細胞，可是癌細胞還沒被消滅，好的細 胞卻先被殺死。另無論用什麼營養、補藥，好的細胞還未吸收，癌細胞卻先吸收、讓癌長得更快；因此可說上述兩條路都行不通、所以叫絕症。」
Dr Lu continues: "Human beings are the most intelligent creatures and they had successfully put men on the moon . But why there is no one ever questioned the above 2 approaches for cancer treatment which lead to ultimate death, and try to look for a 3rd approach? When I was conducting clinical research in Majie Hospital , I had many opportunities to work with many colleagues who had assisted me in the hospital. I found out that the blood tests of cancer patients showed 100% acidic results.
呂博士又說：「人類的聰明連登陸月球也都已經成功，但為什麼沒有人去懷疑上述兩條治癌的路是在 鑽牛角尖，另外找第三條路？我以往在馬偕醫院做癌症临床實驗，並得院內各部同仁協助的機會，我發現癌症病人血液檢查的結果百分之百都是酸性反應。
Those Buddhist monks and nuns who are long term vegetarians and live very close to Nature, their blood are prevalently weakly alkaline and none of them has yet been detected of any cancer illness. Therefore, I can boldly concluded that under weakly alkaline condition, cancerous cells are not able to grow, or even to survive.
長期素食、且生活接近自然的佛寺僧尼，由於體質都偏屬優質弱鹼性，所以尚沒有發現罹患癌症的病例。因此我大膽的斷定在弱鹼性體質的狀態下，癌細胞是無法生長、甚至是無法生存的。
Mr. Zhang, I would suggest that starting from now you must reduce your intake of the acidic meaty dishes. Consume more alkaline food. Also you can take green algae and soup made from water chestnuts with skin. Modify your physical condition, and try seriously to have a regular life style which is close to Nature.. If you live for another 5 years, you should have no further problem. Best of luck."
張先生我建議你從現在起少吃酸性的葷食類，多吃鹼性食物，另外可吃綠藻和帶殼菱角湯，改變你的體質，並勵行接近自然的良好生活規律；如果五年內不死、你就沒問題了，祝福你。」
Mr. Zhang followed Dr Lu's suggestion and was serious in changing his eating habits. Every day, he ate green algae, drank chestnut soup, became optimistic and did an appropriate amount of exercise. One year later, he went back to the same public hospital for a check up. It was found that the tumour not only did not increase in size, but was also skrinking. It's a miracle to the hospital staff who examined him. Five years later, the tumour had shrunk to almost disappearing stage. Now after almost 40 years, Mr. Zhang's health is totally normal, and is living a very pleasant life.
張先生依照呂博士的建議，認真改變吃的習 慣，每天又吃綠藻、喝菱角湯，樂觀加上每天適當的運動，一年後再到同一公立醫院檢查結果，發現腫瘤不但沒有長大、反而已呈現萎縮狀態，遂令醫院檢查人員驚 為奇蹟，五年後竟完全處於萎縮、至近於消失狀態。經過了將近四十年歲月，現在張先生的健康情況完全正常，生活起居甚為愉快。
After Mr. Zhang's case, a Mr... Chen Tianshou, who was previously Head of the General Administration of the Taidong Provincial Hospital , was also diagnosed with lung cancer. When Mr. Wei knew about it, he told Mr. Chen what Mr. Zhang had gone through. Mr. Chen started to follow Dr Lu's recommendation of changing his physical condition.. Just like the case of Mr. Zhang, he was able to recover fully from the cancer.
繼張先生之後，有位前台東省立醫院總務課長陳添壽先生，同樣得到肺癌；魏先生得知後將張先生的經過轉告陳添壽先生，陳先生乃依照呂博士的建議進行改變體質，結果與張先生同樣癒癌症。
At that time, Dr. Lu and his family had migrated to the United States . When he returned to Taiwan and met up with Mr. Wei, he was told of the 2 cases of Mr. Zhang and Mr. Chen. Mr. Wei suggested that let both of them make detailed briefings in person, so that Dr. Lu could publish a report on this self-curing method.
那時呂博士全家已移民美國，事後呂博士回來台灣再與魏先生見面時，魏先生將張先生和陳先生的經過告訴呂博士，並提議由他們倆位親自向呂博士陳述，請呂博士發表其改變體質之自療成果報告。
Dr Lu very humbly replied: 'I am too old and I do not have any clinical records of the cases.. Please tell your friends and relatives, if they agree, please continue and spread the words to others"
呂博士謙虛地回答說：我年事已大，且沒有臨床紀錄不能做為成果。請魏先生轉告親友，如果友人認同的話，請他們繼續做體驗並廣為宣導。
One should take care of oneself and also should be caring about others. 85% of cancer patients are having acidic condition in their physical bodies.

Blood of healthy persons is weakly alkaline in nature, with a pH of about 7.35 to 7.45.
健康人的血液是成弱鹼性的，約是pH7..35〜7.45左右。
Babies' blood is also weakly alkaline.

As adults age, their bloods become more acidic in nature.

Acidic physical condition manifests itself in following ways:

3. Feeling tired even after a little exercise, and feeling sleepy the moment one gets into a bus.

4. Easily out of breathe after going up and down the stairs..

5..... Fat and with lower stomach protruding,
5.肥胖、下腹突出。
6. Move slowly and movement lethargic.

Why does the body physical condition turn acidic?
為什麼會形成酸性體質？
1. Excessive intake of dairy acidic food.
1.過度攝取乳酸性食品。
a) Meats, dairy products, eggs, beef, ham, etc are acidic food
a）肉類、乳酪製品與蛋、牛肉、火腿等皆屬於酸性食品。
b) Taking too much acidic food will cause the blood to become acidic and viscous,
difficult to flow to the end of blood vessels, leading to cold feet or knee, stiff shoulders and insomnia.
b）攝取過量的酸性食品血液會傾向酸性而變黏稠，不易流到細血管的末稍，而易造成手腳或膝蓋的冷寒症，以及肩膀僵硬和失眠等。
c) For those who are young and strong, it's alright to consume suitable quantity of meats, but for older people, vegetables or small fishes are the more suitable diet.
c）年輕力壯時吃適量的肉類是對的，但老年人則以蔬菜或小魚為宜。
2. Any irregularity in the pace of life will cause the body physical condition to become acidic.

a) Irregular pace in life will lead to mental and physical stress

b) According to statistics, people who sleep late are more likely to have cancer than normal persons, by as much as 5 times.
b）據統計，晚睡者罹患癌症的機率比正常人高出五倍。
c) Human beings originally lead a life with regular tempo in this world. It's not possible to store up sleep or food and not possible to live a healthy life by mixing up days and nights.
c）人類本來就活在節奏的世界裡，無法事先儲備睡眠或飲食，也不能日夜顛倒。
d) Human organs are controlled by the autonomic nerves. During day time it is mainly sympathetic nerves activities, and at night it is mainly the parasympathetic nerves which are functioning. If this order is disturbed and reversed, then will encounter all sorts of sicklnesses.
d）人體內臟受自律神經控制，白天主要是交感神經活動，晚上則由副交感神經工作，若使其錯亂及倒置，就亦百病滋生。
3. Over tensed becoming emotional.
3.情緒過於緊張。
a) Social stresses in view of civilized society.
a）文明社會會造成的壓力。
b) Job related or mental stresses....
b）工作上或 精神上的 壓力。
c) For a person suffering mental stress, a temporary release of stress may lead to death. This is known as the syndrome of imperfect adrenal cortex function.
c）當一個人承受精神壓力後，一旦緊張鬆弛，時會造成猝死，稱為潛在性副腎皮質機能不全症。
4. Physical Stress.
4..身體的緊張。
a) Before any operation it would be necessary to check whether the renal cortex does function normally.. If the adrenal cortex is lacking, or if the stress imposed by the operation exceeded the ability of adrenal cortex to cope, it could lead to death or other adverse impacts.
a）動手術之前應先檢查腎上腺皮質機能是否正常。如果副腎皮質機能較差，或手術壓力遠超過副腎調整功能，則可能造成病人死亡或其他不良影響。
b) If the patient's face is puffy, it would be necessary to ask for the detailed patient's medical history and medication status. For patients taking adrenal cortical hormone, extra care should be exercised when acupuncture treatment is given..
b）若發現病患臉部浮腫，需詳加詢問病史及服藥狀況，為長期服用腎上腺皮質賀爾蒙者，施以針灸要特別注意反應。
c) Avoid stress due to physical labour or excessive exercise, or playing card games and driving through out the night etc..
c）勞動或運動過度，通宵打牌、開車等壓力都應盡量避免。
Appendix: Acidity/alkalinity of Common food stuff
附錄：常見食物的酸鹼性
1. Strongly acidic food: egg yolk, cheese, cake baked with white sugar or persimmon, mullet fish roe, dried cod, etc.
1強酸性食品：蛋黃、乳酪、白糖做的西點或柿子、烏魚子、柴魚等。
2. Mildly acidic food: ham, bacon, chicken meat, squid, pork, eel, beef, bread, wheat, butter, horse meat.

About 30 years ago, a Mr. Zhang who worked in the Public Sales Department of a Taipei Brewery, sat for Overseas Study Selection Examination, and passed with flying colors. Before leaving, unfortunately, the medical examination at a public hospital discovered that he had a tumor growth in his lung about the size of a child's fist. Thus, he was not able to make the overseas trip for further study.
三十多年前有一位服務於公賣局台北啤酒廠的張先生，參加該啤酒場選派技術人員到 國外深造的考試，以優異的成績及格。在出國前經某公立醫院體檢發現，罹患有像小孩拳頭大小的肺部腫瘤，因而不能出國。
Mr. Zhang was very disappointed. He thought that diagnosis could be wrong. So he went for a 2nd check-up in another hospital but the result confirmed that there was no error in the previous diagnosis. The young Mr. Zhang was in great despair after the confirmation. He made several calls to Mr. Wei, his old classmate who was the Mayor's secretary of Huangsun County , Taidong County Government.

On hearing the bad news, Mr. Wei rushed to Taipei to see Mr. Zhang on Sunday. Mr. Zhang briefed Mr. Wei in detail about his despair and pessimism, and entrusted his friend regarding his affairs after his death. It happened that Mr. Wei was a good friend of Dr Lu Geling, who in 1949-55 was in charge of the Maijie Hospital , and was a researcher and specialist in cancer.
魏姓同學便利用 星期日趕到台北和張先生見面，張先生向魏同學詳述相關絕望的詳情和悲觀感受，並請位同學協助其後事，恰逢魏同學與前任馬偕醫院院長1949－55年專精於癌症臨床研究的呂革令博士係知交好友。
He suggested to Mr. Zhang to seek Dr Lu's treatment immediately. Mr. Zhang initially refused to consult doctor anymore as the result might add further misery to him. But Mr. Wei said that he had called Dr Lu and made an appointment with him. So Mr. Zhang felt obligated and went with Mr.. Wei to meet Dr Lu.
當即建議前往訪求呂博士醫治，起初張先生說不願再看醫生，以免徒增傷悲；但魏同學說先前已以電話請教過呂博士並安排好時間，張先生只好偕同前往呂博士住處造訪。
When meeting Mr. Zhang, Dr Lu said: " Mr.. Wei is my best friend and he has introduced you to me. We are fated to know each other. Let me ask you do you know why is that cancer is referred to as terminal illness?" Both Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wei did not know how to answer.
呂博士和張先生見面就說：「魏先生是我的好友，介紹你和我認識是我們緣份，感謝。我請教你：『癌為什麼叫絕症，你可知道嗎？』張先生和魏先生都不知道如何作答。」
Dr Lu explained: " There are only 2 approaches so far to treat cancer today. The 1st is to destroy the source of the disease.... The 2nd is to increase the immunity to fight the disease.. But the strange thing is that, whether we use Cobalt 60 or other drugs to destroy the cancerous cells, before they are killed, the good cells are destroyed first.. On the other hand, no matter what nutrients or supplements we use, before the good cells have a chance to absorb them, the cancer cells have taken them up. This simply speeds up the growth of cancer. Therefore, both approaches are doomed to fail, that is why cancer is terminal."

Dr Lu continues: "Human beings are the most intelligent creatures and they had successfully put men on the moon . But why there is no one ever questioned the above 2 approaches for cancer treatment which lead to ultimate death, and try to look for a 3rd approach? When I was conducting clinical research in Majie Hospital , I had many opportunities to work with many colleagues who had assisted me in the hospital. I found out that the blood tests of cancer patients showed 100% acidic results.

Those Buddhist monks and nuns who are long term vegetarians and live very close to Nature, their blood are prevalently weakly alkaline and none of them has yet been detected of any cancer illness. Therefore, I can boldly concluded that under weakly alkaline condition, cancerous cells are not able to grow, or even to survive.

Mr. Zhang followed Dr Lu's suggestion and was serious in changing his eating habits. Every day, he ate green algae, drank chestnut soup, became optimistic and did an appropriate amount of exercise. One year later, he went back to the same public hospital for a check up. It was found that the tumour not only did not increase in size, but was also skrinking. It's a miracle to the hospital staff who examined him. Five years later, the tumour had shrunk to almost disappearing stage. Now after almost 40 years, Mr. Zhang's health is totally normal, and is living a very pleasant life.

After Mr. Zhang's case, a Mr... Chen Tianshou, who was previously Head of the General Administration of the Taidong Provincial Hospital , was also diagnosed with lung cancer. When Mr. Wei knew about it, he told Mr. Chen what Mr. Zhang had gone through. Mr. Chen started to follow Dr Lu's recommendation of changing his physical condition.. Just like the case of Mr. Zhang, he was able to recover fully from the cancer.
繼張先生之後，有位前台東省立醫院總務課長陳添壽先生，同樣得到肺癌；魏先生得知後將張先生的經過轉告陳添壽先生，陳先生乃依照呂博士的建議進行改變體質，結果與張先生同樣癒癌症。

Waked up earlier this morning as may be I slept earlier last night at around 9:30pm.
May be the acupuncture's medicine may be felt tired.
So during watching the DVD movie: Race to Witch Mountain, I felt tired.
Hiang also want me to stop the movie and he want to watch with him tomorrow night.
Still felt a bit headache, normal to me. It will gone in the afternoon.
Hope today is a good day, and everyday is a good day.
Today is the first day for the kids to start their second term schooling day.

Went to Miri today.
Just back from Miri for doing the praying for my two brothers.
Went to visit the acupuncture, went to e-mark, then back home.
Arrived home at around 1:20pm.
Did not get the skin medicine as the medicine is not arrived yet.
Doctor mention that I still not enough sleep, but I think it's was okay for these days.

明天會更老 －－ 值得一讀的文章

應邀去北加州台灣大學校友會杜鵑花之夜演講，主題是人到中年後的困境，全場七百人笑聲不斷，表示有共鳴，能開開自己年紀的玩笑，也算是一種成長後的開朗豁達。
有首歌唱的是明天會更好，為了是給人信心與鼓勵，其實現實生活裡明天會不會更好不知道，但明天會更老是確定的。歲月要走過，才知道它的凌厲，到了某個年紀不得不承認地心引力的厲害，器官樣樣俱在，只是都下垂，所謂的：「萬般皆下垂，唯有血壓高。」有人因此特別忌諱說老，連「我先走一步」也不能說。
中年後的身體起了很大的變化，蘋果變成梨子型，「坐著打瞌睡，躺著睡不著。想記的記不起，想忘的忘不掉。」更糟的是哭的時候沒眼淚，笑的時候一直擦淚。頭上是「白髮拔不盡，春風吹又生」，男士們的髮型也個個如小說家莫言所說的「地方支持中央」──兩邊往中央梳，遮住稀疏的部分。皮膚不長Pimple(面皰)開始Wrinkle(皺紋)，酒窩變皺紋，皺紋變酒窩，無意中發現本來以為額頭上的幾條紋路只是抬頭紋，現在卻是不抬頭也有，還好這個時候有老花眼白內障，也不怎麼看得清楚。
記憶力明顯衰退，從一個房間走到另一個房間，就是想不起到這兒來要做什麼？忘了剛剛說過的話，變得一再重複碎碎唸。一位老先生甚至說他有一次竟然笑到一半忘記為何而笑。
聽力也不行了，一位做了二十幾年百貨公司銷售員的女士，因為耳朵背，被換到抱怨部門去，反正聽不到，隨您抱怨。另一位女士說她坐公車，站在她前面的一個男孩一直跟她! 講! 話，她因為聽不到就提醒對方不必講了，那男孩竟然說他只是在嚼口香糖，沒有和她說話啊。
高科技不來電也是年歲漸長的特徵，家裡一停電，所有的鐘都閃在十二點；有一位朋友要去歐洲玩，女兒說：「媽，現在沒有人用傳統相機，這個數位相機您帶著，只要按一按就可以了。」媽媽沿途拍了五百張，回來往電腦裡一放，怎麼五百張都是鼻子？原來媽媽把相機拿反了。
少年夫妻老來伴，中年夫妻怎麼辦？有人形容食之無味，棄之可惜，彼此的壞習慣改不了，有的夫妻是什麼項目都可以吵，從來沒有妥協過，想想婚前是好有話說，婚後變成有話好說。
每個來到世間的生命，像整存零付一樣，一點一滴地離去，剛剛才是意氣風發的少年，一轉眼變成哀樂中年，還有人要譏笑說這些人是：「知識退化，器官老化，思想僵化，等待火化。」所以心裡建設靠自己，要人老心不老，皺紋長在臉? 皺紋不長在心上。再想想許多人沒有老的權利，年紀輕輕的就歸道山，生活態度也要調整，以前用健康換金錢，現在要用金錢換健康，有所謂的人生三歷：少年爭取的是好學歷，中年成功與否看經歷，年紀越來越大就要看病歷。有好的健康才能說人生如倒吃甘蔗，好日子還在後頭，Robert Browning的詩說的是：Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be

真是一篇笑聲中不免閃著淚光的文章。是啊！日子一天一天過，人也一天一天老，常拿自己開開玩笑倒也無妨，只不過更需要樂觀看待每一件「老」事，心中所想、手中所做都是「明天會更好」而非「明天會更老」。老，並不可怕，怕的是就此停頓，不再學習、不再進步，那可真是「! 知識退化、器官老化、思想僵化」啦！
應邀去北加州台灣大學校友會杜鵑花之夜演講，主題是人到中年後的困境，全場七百人笑聲不斷，表示有共鳴，能開開自己年紀的玩笑，也算是一種成長後的開朗豁達。
有首歌唱的是明天會更好，為了是給人信心與鼓勵，其實現實生活裡明天會不會更好不知道，但明天會更老是確定的。歲月要走過，才知道它的凌厲，到了某個年紀不得不承認地心引力的厲害，器官樣樣俱在，只是都下垂，所謂的：「萬般皆下垂，唯有血壓高。」有人因此特別忌諱說老，連「我先走一步」也不能說。
中年後的身體起了很大的變化，蘋果變成梨子型，「坐著打瞌睡，躺著睡不著。想記的記不起，想忘的忘不掉。」更糟的是哭的時候沒眼淚，笑的時候一直擦淚。頭上是「白髮拔不盡，春風吹又生」，男士們的髮型也個個如小說家莫言所說的「地方支持中央」──兩邊往中央梳，遮住稀疏的部分。皮膚不長Pimple(面皰)開始Wrinkle(皺紋)，酒窩變皺紋，皺紋變酒窩，無意中發現本來以為額頭上的幾條紋路只是抬頭紋，現在卻是不抬頭也有，還好這個時候有老花眼白內障，也不怎麼看得清楚。
記憶力明顯衰退，從一個房間走到另一個房間，就是想不起到這兒來要做什麼？忘了剛剛說過的話，變得一再重複碎碎唸。一位老先生甚至說他有一次竟然笑到一半忘記為何而笑。
聽力也不行了，一位做了二十幾年百貨公司銷售員的女士，因為耳朵背，被換到抱怨部門去，反正聽不到，隨您抱怨。另一位女士說她坐公車，站在她前面的一個男孩一直跟她! 講! 話，她因為聽不到就提醒對方不必講了，那男孩竟然說他只是在嚼口香糖，沒有和她說話啊。
高科技不來電也是年歲漸長的特徵，家裡一停電，所有的鐘都閃在十二點；有一位朋友要去歐洲玩，女兒說：「媽，現在沒有人用傳統相機，這個數位相機您帶著，只要按一按就可以了。」媽媽沿途拍了五百張，回來往電腦裡一放，怎麼五百張都是鼻子？原來媽媽把相機拿反了。

《真佛論劍》忘了忘了忘了 -‧蓮生活佛盧勝彥‧
有人問我：
「二○○八年十二月十三日，在新加坡，你主持了時輪金剛大法會，有六萬人參加，你感覺如何？」
「很好！」我答。
「哪一點好？」
我答：
「忘了！」
又有人問我：
「二○○八年十二月二十一日，在台灣，你主持了吉祥喜金剛大法會，有三萬人參加，你感覺如何？」
「很好！」我答。
「好在那裡？」
我答：
「忘了！」
還有人問我：
「透過你的著作，你的回憶錄，平凡人生的開始，知道你幼年常受欺負，常常被打，很多無法忍受的故事，你現在感覺如何？」
我答：
「忘了！」
「真的不憶起？」
「真的忘了！」我答。

我在二○○九年的元月，我到了台灣的高雄，那是我住了十九年的地方，高雄的變化太大了，沒有一棟建築物我認得的，沒有一條街我認得的，全部不一樣了，我的童年、少年、青年……。
我張大了口。
全忘光光。
我也住台灣台中十九年，台中市火車站前依稀依稀記得一些些。
其他的，全變了。
「測量學校」沒有了！
（變成中正理工學院，又變成國防大學）
五八○二測量連，沒有了！
（我根本不知，還有測量連沒有）
製圖廠還在。
（但，馬路從廠前穿過，也完全變得陌生了）
台灣台中。
我忘得差不多光光了。
我回到台中，常常問人家，這是什麼路？這又是什麼路？
因為我全忘了！

當我回到美國西雅圖的時候，我始終有一個做夢的感覺。
住在西雅圖也是夢。
回到台灣也是夢。
我的整個人生都是夢。
夢過了，也全忘了！
佛法告訴我們，行者要把自己的心，當成了平鏡般的古潭。
一隻雁子飛來了，潭面上有影子，真正飛過了，就又沒有影子了。
一群雁子飛來了，潭面上有一群雁子的影子，真正飛過了，就又完全沒有影子了。
我的心一絲不掛。
無事。
無心。
這回，我回台灣，見到了我這一生，第一位法律顧問，「黃清華」律師，他也是我的著作的法律顧問，我見了他，竟然認不出他。
我們哈哈哈大笑。
相見如在夢中！

3则小哲理
【和尚与屠夫】
从前有一个和尚跟一个屠夫是好朋友。和尚天天早上要起来念经，而屠夫天天要起来杀猪。 为了不耽误他们早上的工作，是他们约定早上互相叫对方起床。
多年以后，和尚与屠夫相继去世了。屠夫去上天堂了，而和尚却下地狱了。
Why?
因为屠夫天天作善事，叫和尚起来念经，相反地，和尚天天叫屠夫起来杀生……
小哲理：
你做的东西是不是都是你认为对的，却不一定是对的。
【一道终身受用的测试题】
你开着一辆车。
在一个暴风雨的晚上。
你经过一个车站。
有三个人正在焦急的等公共汽车。
一个是快要临死的老人，他需要马上去医院。
一个是医生，他曾救过你的命，你做梦都想报答他。
还有一个女人/男人，她/他是你做梦都想嫁/娶的人，也许错过就没有了。
但你的车只能在坐下一个人，你会如何选择？
我不知道这是不是一个对你性格的测试, 因为每一个回答都有他自己的原因。
老人快要死了，你首先应该先救他。
你也想让那个医生上车，因为他救过你，这是个好机会报答他。
还有就是你的梦中情人。错过了这个机会。你可能永远不能遇到一个让
你这么心动的人了。
在200个应征者中，只有一个人被雇佣了，他并没有解释他的理由，他只是说了以下的话：
'给医生车钥匙，让他带着老人去医院，而我则留下来陪我的梦中情人一起等公车!'
每个人我认识的人都认为以上的回答是最好的，但没有一个人（包括我在内）一开始就想到。
小哲理：
是否是因为我们从未想过要放弃我们手中已经拥有的优势（车钥匙）? 有时，如果我们能放弃一些我们的固执，狭隘，和一些优势的话，我们可能会得到更多。
【皮鞋的来历】
很久很久以前，人类都还赤着双脚走路。
有一位国王到某个偏远的乡间旅行，因为路面崎岖不平，有很多碎石头，刺得他的脚又痛又麻。回到王宫后，他下了一道命令，要将国内的所有道路都铺上一层牛皮。他认为这样做，不只是为自己，还可造福他的人民，让大家走路时不再受刺痛之苦。
但即使杀尽国内所有的牛，也筹措不到足够的皮革，而所花费的金钱、动用的人力，更不知凡几。虽然根本做不到，甚至还相当愚蠢，但因为是国王的命令，大家也只能摇头叹息。
一位聪明的仆人大胆向国王提出建言：「国王啊！为什么您要劳师动众，牺牲那么多头牛，花费那么多金钱呢？您何不只用两小片牛皮包住您的脚呢？」国王听了很惊讶，但也当下领悟，于是立刻收回成命，改采这个建议。据说，这就是「皮鞋」的由来。
「心若改变，态度就会改变；态度改变，习惯就改变；习惯改变，人生就会改变。」
小哲理：
想改变世界，很难；要改变自己，则较为容易。
与其改变全世界，不如先改变自己--「将自己的双脚包起来」。
改变自己的某些观念和作法，以抵御外来的侵袭。
当自己改变后，眼中的世界自然也就跟着改变了。
如果你希望看到世界改变，那么第一个必须改变的就是自己。

蓮生活佛盧勝彥: 我不贊成死刑

《真佛論劍》
現今世界各國，有實施死刑者，有廢除死刑者，二者之間頗多爭議。
實施死刑者，認為有一等人，十惡不赦，罪大惡極之人，如果不施死刑，無法服人心。
例如五逆罪：
殺父親。（次重罪）
殺母親。（次重罪）
殺阿羅漢。（次重罪）
出佛身血。（次重罪）
破和合僧。（極重罪）
這些都是令人髮指的，忍無可忍。在佛法來說，「破和合僧」罪最重，因為令人離開三寶，只要令人離開三寶，便永入惡趣，求出無期。
「破和合僧」外看比殺業輕，但，在佛法來說，竟然比殺業重，何以故？
答案是：
「殺人心靈。殺人性靈。殺人佛性。」
所以，叫人離棄「真佛」，即是等同殺人佛性也，其罪不共戴天。是可惡中的至大可惡。
又例如：
殺生、偷盜、邪淫、妄語、兩舌、惡口、綺語、貪欲、瞋恚、邪見。
以上是十惡。
有人先姦後殺，屢屢犯之，實在令人髮指；又有人又盜又殺又淫，更是令人髮指不恥，罪大惡極之人，怎能不判死刑？
然而，據我所知，如判死刑，如槍斃而死、吊絞刑而死、電椅而死等等等等。
死者臨刑，心含怨氣。
入中陰身（靈魂）。
一、意有怨。
二、緣有怨。
三、生有怨。
四、蘊有怨。
五、種有怨。
（此怨即瞋恚心也）
再轉世成人，更增長「瞋心」，成為「無慚愧」之人，將來行惡更大。
我認為：
倒不如「無期徒刑」。在此期中，施以感化教育，洗心革面，自然死亡。因此，監獄弘法，有其必要性，不可忽視。
死刑固然可以大快人心，世人如釋重擔。但，中陰之身，含怨氣更重，將來再生之人，仍然是罪大惡極之人，不可不慎！
又：
我覺得以「人」來判處「人」的死刑，似乎是不對的。我個人以為，這紅塵之中，聖賢很少數，一般都是凡夫俗子。
凡夫俗子來判處凡夫俗子死刑，有的固然該死，也死得其所，處其死刑，實在不為過。
但，仍然有冤枉者，白白送掉一條命，自古至今，多少冤獄，屍骨如山，怨氣豈不沖天。
像：
文天祥。
岳飛。
袁崇煥。
等等等等。
多少冤魂，鬼唱詩。
我認為：
「人」不能判處「人」死刑。以佛法因緣果報來說，自有琰魔法王（閻王）處之，自有自心三惡道現前，判決不是在人，而是自心。
如此才是正理。

Left Seria around 10:00am.
Back home and continue my blog writing. Do some setting in Roodo.com blog.
Copy some files to my backup hard drive and my notebook.
This afternoon will be a bit busy as got something to do.
Today also my sister in law went to HK-ShenZhen with her kids . Their main traveling place is ShenZhen

Ready for everything to meet Qing this morning.
Pass her photos to her and show her all the photos taken at the Singapore ceremony.
Surf to Taiwan web site and found the Taiwan ceremony will have the live broadcast.
So decided to find someone to help for this live broadcast.
Back home around 10:30am, went out again to buy telephone which ready for the live broadcast tomorrow afternoon.
Inform Ye for this event, she passed me the key so I can test the 1 Mbytes broadband.
I really hope this 1 Mbytes broadband have a better result than the 512 Kbytes.
Bought 25 meters telephone cable, cost B$27.00 with the plugs.
Hope I can test it by this afternoon.

This incident happened recently in North Texas . A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke
which she put into the refrigerator of the boat. On Monday she was taken to the hospital and placed in ICU. She died on Wednesday.德州北部最近發生了這個事件。有一婦女星期天去划船，她帶了些可樂罐頭，放在小船的冰箱內。
星期一她送進了醫院，安置在加護病房。 星期三她死了。

The autopsy concluded she died of Leptospirosis. This was traced to the can of coke she drank from without using a glass. Tests showed that the can was infected by dried rat urine and hence the disease Leptospirosis.
驗屍結果她死於! Leptospirosis (細螺旋體病)，追蹤到可樂罐頭，她沒有使用玻璃杯喝。實驗證明罐頭受到鼠尿感染
細螺旋體病毒。
Rat urine contains toxic and deathly substances. It is highly recommended to thoroughly wash the upper part of soda cans before drinking out of them. The cans are typically stocked in warehouses and transported straight to the shops without being cleaned.
鼠尿含有毒性和致命物質。在喝罐裝汽水之前，強烈建議汽水罐的上部要清洗乾淨。因為罐頭從倉庫運送到商店是沒有清洗的。
A study at NYCU showed that the tops of soda cans are more contaminated than public toilets (i.e).. full of germs and bacteria. So wash them with water before putting them to the mouth to avoid any kind of fatal accident..!
NYCU研究顯示，汽水罐上面充滿毒菌和細菌，比公共廁所還多。因此開罐對嘴喝之前用水洗乾淨，避免發生任何致命事故。

Try out new Yahoo Messenger
Today starting to use Yahoo Messenger as my new PC did not setting the msn messenger start automatically.
So try to use this Yahoo Messenger. I did used before but this new version seem a much better version which can import address from Gmail, Yahoo, hotmail and even Multiphy account. Very good features.
Try to import MSN contacts, Gmail contact and Facebook contacts but it seem not working.
Try to import hotmail email address in Yahoo messenger, this time okay.
Have to try out other address books like Gmail.
So try to use this Yahoo Messenger. I did used before but this new version seem a much better version which can import address from Gmail, Yahoo, hotmail and even Multiphy account. Very good features.

突然 「心血來潮」

《通天之書》突然 「心血來潮」‧蓮生活佛盧勝彥‧
二○○八年七月六日的晚上，我、蓮香上師、陳曉峰，三人在超級市場。
主要是蓮香上師想買一種特殊的肥皂，這特殊的肥皂是：
天然的。
無添加香料。
無特殊製作。
無刺激性。
這種肥皂，才能適用於特殊體質的皮膚，而不引起敏感性。
我們三人在超級市場走啊走的。
突然，有一股無形的力量在頭頂上方，心突然震動了一下。
這是「心血來潮」的現象，這種現象很難去形容它：
全身凝固。
氣由下向上，至頂上「百會穴」。
周身毛細孔賁張，放出光明。
忽然香息周遍。
身子氣動，觸動了心。
我對蓮香上師、陳曉峰說：
「我需要精神集中一下，閉一閉眼。」
我走到較僻靜之處，站立，內觀《通天之書》，內書：
「慧琳即將往生。」
我即刻站立，一手扶住食物櫃，即刻「出了幻身」，一剎那就飛出，馬上到了往生者之前。

且說這位慧琳居士。
在諸弟子的念「上師心咒」之中。
看見蓮生師尊至，並化為阿彌陀佛，右有觀世音菩薩，左有大勢至菩薩，西方三聖來迎接慧琳居士。
慧琳居士，口誦：
「盧師尊化佛在中間，觀世音菩薩在右旁，大勢至菩薩在左邊，西方淨土頂上現，等我九品蓮花見，一起共西行也。」
說完。
慧琳居士就往生了。
（原來這位慧琳居士，自知時日不多，寫信至真佛密苑，要求盧師尊一定要接引，我回答一定親赴接引）

慧琳居士臨終時，曾大喊：
「盧師接引我！」
大喊：
「嗡。古魯。蓮生。悉地。吽。」
於是，我在超級市場，突然「心血來潮」也，雖然在超市，我也能夠一手扶著食物櫃，立定，出現幻身，去接引弟子。這位弟子縱然千里萬里，我一樣能剎那即至，這就是幻身一念的妙用。
蓮香上師及陳曉峰問：
「怎麼回事？」
我答：
「辦事！」
詩曰：
觀音助遠接。
勢至輔遙迎。
盧師頂上現。
淨土大光明

The Active Directory Domain Service is currently unavailable
I have this problem when I have a new AMD Acer computer with Vista Home Premium installed.
I use Microsoft Word 2007, try to print to a network share printer. It used to work on one of my another office Vista PC.
Normal solution is:
On Word, click Print, on printer dialog box, click Find Printer button, then I can install the network printer driver. Then it work okay.
But this time my new AMD Acer PC got this error message:
So direct key in the error message on google.com.
Then found the solution.
1. Go to Control panel, double click Printer.
2. Right click anywhere on the printer window, select "Run as Administrator" , click continue.
3. Add network printer as show:
4. Then select the available network.
5. Click install driver button.
6.
Then it should successfully install the printer you select.

Just back from Singapore-Johore-Miri. Arrived home around 8:30pm. A bit earlier than I expected, good feeling when back earlier. As I thought it may took me back home at 9~10pm. Good that everyone not feeling so hungry as we did ate our lunch at Johore Senai airport, and have snack on board.It was not a very tired trip.
A excited and good feeling trip.
A very short and fulfill trip.
Not bought lot of stuff, but full of happiness in my heart.
Just like to finished one big project.
I like the "Thanks Guru" lunch.
Make me felt great and some parts of the programs touch my heart.
Will tried to post photos on here.
Just download all the photos to my notebook and backup one set to my one TBytes hard drive.

Feeling okay today after taken the medicine I use to take last night.
Will call Qing to make sure I will go to Seria or not.
Today also my father pass away anniversary day. May go back to do some praying.
The most important thing today is traveling from Miri for my flight to Singapore.

明天要飞了
明天要飞了。
今天终于把行李整理好。
今天早上确认了在柔佛的德士。心中踏实了许多。
不像前几天那样担心了。
工作回家后，在把行李整理好， 那在心理就更踏实多。
虽然时常都有旅行， 但这一次好像有太多的心理负担。
可能想得太多了。
不去想了。
不再想了。
让我好好的睡一个好觉吧！

Late back home last night, should be morning at around 1:50am.
Tired but exited, wake up at normal hour.
Although not enought sleep, but today work still okay.
Managed to arrange the trip from Johore to Singapore.
Got all the phones list on hand and printed this time. Not like last time I type all the data but did not print.
This trip make me a bit tired, may be I thinking too much.
Still need to check all the stuff. Hope no miss anything.
Although I always travelling, but this time seem a bit tough.
After confirmed the taxi in Johore Bahru, and Mr. Xing confirmed to be the driver of going down from Brunei to Miri. Seem everything going smoothly.
AiLian called asking who will go to Bandar tomorrow morning. I really not sure but still gave her a Dharma brother's name. May be he can help. I really not sure.
Called Qing asking her about her tomorrow trip. She mention she will followed M Fang son's car which will be 6 person in one car, so that's why AiLian think it may be too crowded.
Left office at around 4:10pm. Told one of the staff that I was on leave starting tomorrow.
Not in the very good traveling mood, may be not slept very well last night.
Mind was very clear that I have to finished today's job.
Final checking for my luggage. Should be everything okay.
I pray again and do the "smoke offering" tonight. Pray everything going smoothly for tomorrow trip.

M Fang back to Brunei

Met MFang and Qing yesterday afternoon.
Finally met MFang again although she traveled a very long journey starting from Edmonton. Stay one night at Vancouver, then fly to KL-LCCT, KL-Brunei. In between then, she have to carry her two big bag which was over weight and charged by AirAsia. She did not told me how much AirAsia charged her for the over weight. She was too tired and have to ask the taxi help her to carry the two bag to KL-LCCT when she touched down at KLIA.
Arrived KL-LCCT, back to Brunei at night on Sunday.
Met MFang and Qing yesterday afternoon.

ATM machine awareness!

Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine.
There was an old man looking at me and suddenly called me. He said he doesn't know how to read, so he gave me an ATM card and asked me to help him take money from the ATM machine.
I answered him 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.
' Then he said 'never mind..' and just continue to find other people to help him...
REMEMBER: ATM machines have CCTV. If you help him, and later he says you have robbed him or stole his ATM card, or even his ATM card wasn't his too. So please be careful for these frauds.

當電梯突然斷電

誰也不知道意外何時發生 , 發生時也或許會慌亂忘記 , 不過多點知識也不錯噢！

有一天搭乘電梯，就遇上了電梯突然斷電，雖然緊急供電系統幾秒後就開始作用， 可是電梯還是從 13 樓迅速往下墬。還好當時記起曾經看過電視教的， 趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下，好在電梯在五樓終於停止了 ,.. 真的有 撿回一條命的感覺！
當你面臨生死一線間時，當下的你所做的每一個動作將決定你的生死與否。生活 中，難免會坐到電梯，但是！萬一遇到電梯發生事故，迅速往下墜落時，你可能只有一個念頭 ：「站在電梯裡準死定了！.... 」
可是今天 .....
我在電視的一個外國頻道看到一個非常好的節目。其中，他們還請了專家示範電梯下墜時保護自己的最 佳動作：
第一、 ( 不論有幾層樓 )
趕快把每一層樓的按鍵都按下。
第二、如果電梯有手把 ，一隻手緊握手把。
第三、整個背部跟頭部緊貼電梯內牆，呈一直線。
第四、膝蓋呈彎曲姿勢。
說明：因為電梯下墜時，你不會知道它會何時著地，且墜落時很可能會全身骨折而死。
所以：
第一點 -是當緊急電源啟動時，電梯可以馬上停止繼續下墜。
第二點 -- 是為了要固定你人所在的位子，以致於你不會因為重心不穩而摔傷。
第三點 -- 是為了要運用電梯牆壁作為脊椎的防護。
第四點 --是最重要的是因為韌帶是唯一人體富含彈性的一個組織，所以借用膝蓋彎曲來承受重擊壓力，比骨頭來承受壓力來的大。
這個資訊絕不虛構，我個人覺得相當重要，想讓大家都知道，以防萬一。

約人吃飯

好彩不是去了才被臨時 '放飛機'.
往往有許多事都不是我們能預料到的.
就算是一餐很簡單的午餐約會.
你不能來也沒辦法, 我們只是同門而已.
又是很簡單的午餐約會.
問題不大.
至少還有人要和我一起吃...
還不知到那兒吃呢...

He was just sat beside him. Second line, 6 from the right.
Another new teacher was in the first line, fourth from the right.
This photo was taken by the time we having the break on 15 Nov 2008 at 10:49am, the authority gave us little time to take this photo, a bit rush. So one of the new teacher was not in this photo.

Sunday and Monday

It was a tired Sunday yesterday night. Back from BSB around 7:30pm although I am not the one who drove up and down from Seria.
Bought some vegetable and fruits for myself. Cost B$26.25.
After bath, slept at 9:30pm after reading my favorite book.
Feel like a busy day on Monday.
No computing in the morning before work. It was not a normal action to me.
Boss not in, I am the first one who arrived the office. Felt great.
Doing the routine stuff.
Felt busy but actually it was not.
Get some healthy drink during work, so have a late lunch which done by myself, no oil at all. Vegetable, vermicelli with some unhealthy fish roll.
Help friend to install his Chinese input device which I bought for him for six month before.
Easy to install with the device which have to plug in when installation.
Tested okay, and I install some special Chinese fonts for him.
Updated AVG antivirus for his poor notebook...

有一位「楊異」的小孩，天生就是一副「呆相」，如同「白癡」一般。
年紀已六歲了，連話也說不清楚，家長教他什麼，他都不會。
表面上看不出來，但事實上是低能兒，他什麼事均忘記。
從一到一百，也不會數。
加減乘除均不會。
食、衣、住、行均要人服侍。穿衣、吃飯都不會。
六歲了，連上廁所也不會。把屎尿拉在褲子裡。
父母急了，帶他來找我，我翻開《通天之書》一看，竟然是「洗腦」二個字。

我出了「幻身」。
到「楊異」的夢中，他夢見盧師尊把他帶到天河。
把他的頭殼打開。
用天河的水，拼命的沖洗，洗掉很多骯髒的東西，又把腦子裡打結的，一一解開。
最後再把頭殼縫好。
然後盧師尊從「天河」再把「楊異」送回夢中。他一直在夢中。
說也奇怪。
「楊異」自從做了此夢，一切記憶完全恢復，說話清楚了，一切事情自己能料理，食、衣、住、行，一一正常。
交代任何事，均記住。
上廁所，不用人教。
功課一學都會。
六歲的「楊異」竟成了「天才兒童」一般。
書只看一遍。
全部記得。
「楊異」的父母原本煩憂這位低能的孩童，但，如今卻憂愁一掃而空，比正常的小孩更優異。
我告訴楊異的父母：
「此子全憑天河的聖水洗淨其腦部，而聖水的由來，是觀世音菩薩淨瓶所流出，你們當感念觀世音菩薩，虔誠誦心經，念大明六字真言，或虔誦觀音聖號。」
「楊異」的父母照辦。
此事轟動全台。被讚為神醫。
曾經有一位僧人，也是如此，讀經旋記旋忘，永遠也記不住。
夢中見盧師尊至。
帶他去天河「洗腦」。
夢醒後，一目十行，一一記得牢牢的，整本經，全記得住。
如此奇異之事，僧人特別來感恩我的幫助。
人間有「洗腦」。
天上亦有天河「洗腦」。
聽到這些真實傳聞的，對盧師尊的「天河」洗腦，莫不肅然起敬。
詩曰：
天河可洗腦。
世上實駭聞。
確實有此事。
光明入丹墀。

Truly amazing and they are made of frosting!
Marzipan Babies Thought you'd be as fascinated with these as I. These are made with marzipan....really unbelievable! While some of the faces may look "crafted" rather than "real", every detail is amazing, and the rest looks VERY real. Be blessed and enjoy the talent given one person by God.

1.0 TB Buffalo Drive Station - External USB 2.0 Hard Drive
Bought a new 1 Tera Bytes external HardDrive on KL trip. It was in the rush as the shop was going closed at 9:30pm. The first shop assistant told me that they only 320 Gbytes exernal harddrive which cost RM$240.00. He mention it was the largest harddrive available, but my target is at least 500 Gbytes. So went to second shop and found this Buffalo Drive Station.
Test tonight and found it was very easy to install. Just plug in the USB cable and the power, that's it. My desktop PC found the harddrive.
The price for this harddrive is RM$499.00, I asked for discount and I got a very good price which at RM$450.00.

Back from Kuala Lumpur last night at around 10:10pm, a bit tired but still have a bath before bed. Clear out all the dirty shirts. Went to sleep around 10:30pm.
After morning pratice, took this photo with Master Chao Guo Qing. 鶴翔庄混元氣功第二代掌門人趙國慶老師在早晨練習後和功友合照.
Just finished uploaded all the photo to photobucket this morning.
Uploaded 160 photos.
It was a enrichment two and a half day course for me. Learn a lot and tried to get to knew new QiGong friends from West Malaysia.
Some students have to travel 3 hours from Jahore Bahru to attend this course.
Back from Kuala Lumpur last night at around 10:10pm, a bit tired but still have a bath before bed. Clear out all the dirty shirts. Went to sleep around 10:30pm.

《真佛論劍》
鄭武光是蓮僧上師的父親。
他因為「椎間盤」異位，嚴重到無法行動。醫師建議需要開刀並安置鋼釘於脊椎中固定之。
這種開刀也算是大手術吧！
鄭武光請蓮僧上師轉告盧師尊，祈求盧師尊加持開刀順利，手術成功。
鄭武光是在八月二十二日手術。
地點是屏東市寶健醫院。
我聽了鄭武光的祈求，於是修了一壇「蓮花童子相應法」。
我進入蓮花童子的心。
與蓮花童子合體。
變身為蓮花童子。
當我變身為蓮花童子時，由心中發出了「嗡。古魯。蓮生。悉地。吽。」的咒音。
這是「咒自在」的音。
十方如來悉知。
此咒能於十方摩頂加持。
這即是楞嚴經云：「心持咒印，顧盼雄毅了。」
我入定。
咒音傳千萬里。
這時，鄭武光在開刀的前一天，他整天都聽到根本上師心咒的咒音。
「嗡。古魯。蓮生。悉地。吽。」
滿天的咒音在耳邊繚繞。
他清楚感應到盧師尊的到臨加持，鄭武光的手術。
一切順利吉祥！一切圓滿！

咒音有何功德？
我說「蓮花童子心咒」，有含「大輪金剛咒」、「日光菩薩咒」、「摩利支天咒」等等。
大輪──即古魯。
日光──即蓮生。
摩利支──即悉地。
尤其是「悉地」二字，是成就了七種功德的：
一、加持施主成就。
二、加持信根成就。
三、加持戒德成就。
四、加持聞德成就。
五、加持物色成就。
六、加持法味成就。
七、加持香光成就。
我這咒音，是能加持聖弟子的，聖弟子有何厄難，自持咒、他持咒、盧師尊持咒，皆有七大加持的能力。
聖弟子聽到滿天咒音，就已經得到了加持力。看見盧師尊，便得加持。聽見咒音，便得加持。感應心知，便得加持。
等等等等。
為什麼「蓮花童子心咒」，只這幾音，便是超級大法力？
「嗡」──宇宙之大能。
「古魯」──大法力的持有者。
「蓮生」──蓮花化生之無量光、無量壽。
「悉地」──加持、護持、擁戴、佛國。
「吽」──一切成就。
我告訴大家：
只要持此咒，咒行圓滿，一定往生摩訶雙蓮池淨土。
只要持此咒，咒行圓滿，一定得大法力加持，所求皆能如願。
只要持此咒，咒行圓滿，一定得護持，一切厄難退散。
日吉祥，夜吉祥，一切時中皆吉祥。

Toyota Vios vs Nissan Latio

Nissan Latio
Just finished upload all my DC's photos for Alex and Estella yesterday.
Managed to copy the video into DVD with help of Mr. Loo on Friday night. A bit blur and I think the result still okay as it was my first video taking.
This morning will tea break with Dharma brother and will test the Nissan Latio. As his son want to test drive before buy Toyota Vios or Nissan Latio.
My nephew told me the pron and con for this Vios and Latio.
Vios is assembly in Thailand and Latio is made in Japan. Both price is very close. About B$21,000.00
Vios is more lighter than Latio which Vios will hear a very noisy engine when drive very fast, but Latio is more quiet than Vios.
Latio have a good feature of it's automatic gear. I forgot the technical team for this gear feature.
Latio is more solid than Vios so Vios can pick up very fast. Latio will be a bit slower.
