Installed my office car alarm on Wednesday afternoon. It's only take 50 minutes to complate the whole installation. Cost B$55.00, at around US$35.00, very cheap, right?
It worked fine after the installation, I installed this alarm is not maily for security, it only easy for me to open and close the door easily, especially during raining season.

QiGong tonight again

QiGong tonight again. I think tonight still have new student coming. They can come but I really hope they come every time we have the practice.
The new student will come and go as some of them just try and watch this qigong.
More than 30% of the new student will leave after sometime, this is normal as it happen everywhere in this world. We all knew that, so we still can accept lot of student at the moment but I hope our teacher can handle.

Not going anywhere tonight

Tonight not going anywhere.
Surf to my Yahoo email, do some editing. Get rid of some of the old and new junk emails. Sometime we just keep our emails, but we never come back and read it, so better delete it forever.
So Gmail said that we don't need to delete any our emails, but I still keep deleting to keep my mail box like NOT so full. I like that kind of feeling.
These days received too many forwarded emails from one of my Singapore friend and niece, so sometime my mail box just full! So have to clear out the forwarded emails, then it sometime will become junk mails!

Just login and use all four messegner, it good for those who have four messenger account.

Long long didn't use this Installed ICQ 5.1, but I manage to find out my login id and try to change the password. It failed to change as it said I need to download the program then I can change the password.
So I downloaded the program yesterday and installed today.
Try to change the password, I use my normal password, cannot. Have to very unique password, so I make it to old brunet.bn password. It's okay.
Sad to say not even a person login, all not using icq? I think most of them use msn or yahoo messenger already.

This information is worth reading. By understanding how the VISA &
MasterCard Telephone Credit Card Scam works, you'll be better prepared
to protect yourself.
What the scammers want is the 3-digit PIN number on the back of the
card. Don't give it to them. Instead, tell them you'll call VISA or
Master card directly for verification of their conversation.
My husband was called on Wednesday from "VISA", and I was called on
Thursday from "MasterCard".
The scam works like this: Person calling says, "This is (name), and I'm
calling from the Security and Fraud Department at VISA. My Badge Number
is 12460 your card has been flagged for an unusual purchase pattern, and
I'm calling to verify. This would be on your VISA card which was issued
by (name of bank). Did you purchase an Anti-Telemarketing Device for
$497.99 from a Marketing company based in Arizona?"
When you say "No", the caller continues with, "Then we will be issuing a
credit to your account. This is a company we have been watching and the
charges range from $297 to $497, just under the $500 purchase pattern
that flags most cards. Before your next statement, the credit will be
sent to (gives you your address), is that correct?"
You say "yes". The caller continues - "I will be starting a Fraud
investigation. If you have any questions, you should call the 1- 800
number listed on the back of your card (1-800-VISA) and ask for Security.
You will need to refer to this Control Number. The caller then gives you
a 6 digit number. "Do you need me to read it again?"
Here's the IMPORTANT part on how the scam works. The caller then says,
"I need to verify you are in possession of your card ". He'll ask you to
"turn your card over and look for some numbers". There are 7 numbers;
the first 4 are part of your card number, the next 3 are the security
Numbers'that verify you are the possessor of the card. These are the numbers you
sometimes use to make Internet purchases to prove you have the card. The
caller will ask you to read the 3 numbers to him.
After you tell the caller the 3 numbers, he'll say, "That is correct, I
just needed to verify that the card has not been lost or stolen, and
that you still have your card. Do you have any other questions?" After you
say No, the caller then thanks you and states, "Don't hesitate to call back
if you do", and hangs up.
You actually say very little, and they never ask for or tell you the
card number. But after we were called on Wednesday, we called back
within 20 minutes to ask a question. Are we glad we did! The REAL VISA Security
Department told us it was a scam and in t he last 15 minutes a new
purchase of $497.99 was charged to our card. Long story made short - we
made a real fraud report and closed the VISA account. VISA is reissuing
us a new number. What the scammers want is the 3-digit PIN number on the
back of the card. Don't give it to them. Instead, tell them you'll call

Talked to Xing last night
Called Xing for Chapter's matter. Told him he have to do something for chapter.
He asked to have tea break with him, it was about 8:20pm.
He came at around 8:35pm. We went to Seria restaurant for a tea break.
We chatted for chapter's matter and I thinked it was the best to chatted Eng's matter.
I told him Eng's sister scolded me on the phone on June. I just don't know why she will acted like that. I didn't do anything wrong to her and Eng. Why she suddenly said like that.
Xing told me he didn't know that and she did mention he felt there was something wrong happen on Eng. Eng seem different from normal, she was not happy. She not like the same as normal.
So may be Eng's siter don't want me to let knew many thing, but she have to tell me, I will not ask anything, but why she just scolded me like that? I got too many question on my head and cannot get the answer.
After I talked to Xing, I felt better and I hope I solved my sad feeling.

Oh God, Buddha I lost my password to login to one of email account. That email account I seldom use and today I tried to login. Oh...no...cannot login. I am sure that my login id is correct, the password...aiyaya...lost!

I starting to give comments to other blogger as I think comments is important for all the writer and invite them to surf to my blog and give comments to me too. It is the way I do to attract other to write to blog. My blog is not so attracting but it really my daily dairy anyway. Although it is not so attratice but I don't mind.

I sms to Xing to invite him to have breakfast. He reply and mention at 8:00am, I asked him to fetch me.
Wong also called me to have breakfast, I told I will breakfast with Xing. So he mention he wil came to Seria to have breakfast with us.
Xing arrived at around 7:50am. Lian, his wife was with him.
I tried to hints Xing he can brought one more friend who I expected, but he did say anything.
Wong came after we arrived Seria noodele store at around 8:00am.
We have our breakfast for about 2 hours. Xing left first as he have to go to workshop. Wong fetched me went to his house to check the player for QiGong practice. His brother was still doing it. Two speakers was installed but no wire connection yet.
We stayed there for about half an hour then we left. I backed home at around 10:40am.

Yesterday I heard my friend who may don't see to see me have some problem. I heart suddenly become very sad and worry about her.
I think she must have something and don't want to contact others, but she only contact one of our friend. He must knew something but didn't told us, and he must warned by her not to us about her problem and stories.
So I did angry with this matter as she may seem me NOT a good friend who I really consider she is my very best friend. I really don't know why she will become like that, something like no stable mood. On low mood. I really want to find out why. Breakfast with Henry
After chatted with Joe online. Went to have my breakfast at Seria noodle store. Do bought 5 package of noodle for my sister who ordered this morning. Then I read my sms, I found Henry told me to have breakfast at KB WYWY. Oh I really forgot it. So after breakfast, I went to office. Went direct to WYWY to meet with Henry.

He ordered the Penang prown noodle, I only ordered a hot lemon.
Office called me to do something, so I spent 20 minutes to finished the job and went back to the restaurant.
I ordered a yellor bread with cheese. Very nice and it cost only B$1.00 which at half price. It was because WYWY is on half price breakfast until 10:00am, so we chosed this place for our breakfast.
We finished our breakfast at 10:20am. Henry paid the bill as he mentin I did bought him the lunch that day. He also bought some noodle for his family members.

Last night still got lot of student, more than 50+. Good sign, Doctor and his wife kept coming, and brought one more friend.
Still the same, seperate into two team.
The new student still learning the first step. The hardest part for last night practice for the first step. All student willing to learn and tried so hard to try. Good.
I really hope they can get something and tried to learn by hard.

Finally I saw her today!
Finally I saw her today!
This morning saw his vehicle, I make a phone call to him.
Invited him to have morning breakfast.
He said:" I go down to KB and come up."
"Only you one person?" I knew he is with someone.
"Does not have, I am with my wife and them."
"Oh, good. "
I saw he drives toward KB direction. I drove behind him.
Then they arrived KB Wisma Yakin.
I finally saw her. She was with them together. When I was drive behind them, my heart beat so fast. I am spying!
I do not go directly to the office. I look for Mr. Wong. He not in. Mrs. Wong in. I chatted with and discussed with her this morning's dircovery. I must give vent to my mood. Otherwise I can very depressed return to the office. I so. After chats, my mood became very good.
I thought, I must put this matter on the one side and cannot think it again.

We have our first KB QiGong gathering at Juli's house on 7th September, 2006 7:00pm.
I am the first one to arrive her house, then the rest of the QiGong brother and sister came.Mr.Wong came after his work at 7:00pm in Seria. The last one was Mr. Cham. He brought red wine and satty. Everyone brought their special dishes. I brought frust salad, red wine and Martell wine. Some even brought several dishes and dessert.
We started our porklack dinner after Mr. Cham came.
No much thing that lady's first as it was only not more than 20 people. Oh, yes, ah Foo was not coming as he got something to do. The rest all came. The party was mainly to thanks Juli for provide her house for QiGong friend to practice. As the KB QiGong team was open to public official on 4th September, 2006. So it was the end of practice at Juli's house.
We chatted and laught a lot during the dinner. I took several photos during the party. Mr. Wong gave us a short talked and thanks Juli to provide the place for them to practice. Encourage all the student to practice this QiGong seriourly, patiently and confidently.
Then Mr. Wong invited Mr. Cham to share his own experience before and after practicing this China HeXiangChung QiGong. He mention he felt a bit lazy and because friend invited him, then he keep coming to Seria field to practice. He suffered from urine acid for about 10 plus year. Almost every month this urine acide will attacked his knee, and sometime swells. Afyer he practice Qigong in the first month, he also suffer attacked by urine acid. Then after 2~3 months practicing, he forgot he got this suffering again. He even forgot he have to visit the hospital reuglarly, he missed the routine visit several times already.

Visit friends
This afternoon, I suddenly went to find friend's father who want to join in the QiGong practice. I did introduce this QiGong to him on last visit to my friend. Today I went to send the form for him, I didn't pass him the information of the QiGong, I promise I will.
I encouraged him to have to look on Thursday when we are practice at KB Tamu area. I hope I really can see him and his wife come on Thursday.
Then friend's mum bring me a cup of coffee and some biscuits. I really thanks to her.
I chat with my friend, and we chatted happily. We communicated and talked regarding our friend status. Then I quickly called a friend who we didn't contact so far, he didn't answer instantly. We talked about IT things and he mention he went to Singapore recently. Pen drive was expensive over there, 1 Gbytes about S$36.00 which is expensive then the one I bought at KL which is RM$70=S$30.00. So Singapore IT stuffs not really cheap.
I left his house at around 3:30pm.
Back to office and found my 2 GBytes pen drive is lost. I thinked I should drop it at the bank. So I really to find it. When I tried go to my car, then I found my pen drive was on the sand area just in front of me. So lucky these days. The mobile and pen drive can be lost and found. Thanks Buddha and God.
Then Henry was called me back, then I told him Fred is searching for him, He mention he did reply his emails but some how Fred didn't receive it. So I ask him to call him directly at his home. I gave the number to him. We chat for 22 mninutes as we really didn't chat for a long time. I invite him to have breakfast with me. He promised will sms me on Friday morning.
Back home at around 4:20pm

Tonight QiGong practice

Tonight QiGong practice is great. Two team, the old QiGong student practice the 5 steps on the other side. The new QiGong student continue the first step. I practice the 5 steps in front of them. Then I went to help the teacher for take care the new student. Today got 5 new student joined in again.
Tonight student about 50 plus. Good sign of involce this QiGong practice. Hope all of them can practice until learning the whole 5 steps.
My second brother really felt something. He mention after practice the first time yesterday, he got a very good sleep. Tonight he felt a bit tired and should very tight after practive some new movements. Good for all the new students. I hope he can practice at home frequently.
Back home at around 9:35, a bit late tonight.

Today activities, Qigong practice start at KB
Today felt not so busy. Went to have tea breakfast as sister didn't have her breakfast. Called Chen to have breakfast with me as I want to ask him about the "long wave machine". As Mr. Wong have problem after using the machine. I got the answer and feetback to Mr. Wong in the afternoon.
Met Rose during breakfast, chatted with her regarding the Korea matter, her elder daughter really like Korean's stuff, I decided to give her a small gife.
Went to Bank for depostied cheque for company. Ask my credit card overdue matter, checked it was paid automatically by the system, but the bank authority still sent me two same letter regarding that I have to paid the rest of the payment.
Suspect my last month credit card payment a bit strange. I will tried to recall back how the payment make to someone that I knew. We really have to keep a copy of what we are paying for our credit card, if not, we will lost money for our credit card.
To buy Canon PIXMA models iP1000 at price B$73.00, really good price and the important thing is the black catridge price is at B$10.50. Tested this printer and it worked fine. Have my afternoon tea break at Mr. Wong's house.
Back to office at around 4:20pm. Backed home and practice QiGong.
Went to QiGong practice field at 6:45pm with my brother, arrived there at 7:05pm. A lot QiGong student was been there already.
As we have to wait Mr. Lim from Bandar Seri Begawan, so the new class of QiGong started at around 7:40pm. End at around 9:05pm. Back to home at 9:30pm.

A good start for tonight QiGong practice
AQG:2~5 S:10mA good start for tonight QiGong practice. Today is a big day for Kuala Belait QiGong team to have a new lession for all the new students. Tonight about 50 new students and I really hope all of them will practice until the last step.
All together with Seria QiGong students and KB students, about 80~100 students. So good start for this new lession. Hope this good and happy learning atmosphere continue.
Hope all the teacher and student can practice together to get a good result. All techer and students still learning from each other.
BruNet Broadband slow again

Don't know why, BruNet Broadband slow again for this morning. The other pc is ok. It is because of PC problem? Same rounter, faster pc but cannot logint o Yahoo email, log several times then can access to msn messenger. It's not like the Yahoo Email login during morning period. It just open the page within 1 second normally, but today I cannot even open the page.
Manage to open the blogger page.

You see, it only cost about US$10.78(not sure for the money already, but it not more than US$20). I don't have any e-money. So cannot claim the money.
Today I tried to seach for a answer, that the result:

New York - Exercise can help people with large waistlines reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes, Finnish researchers said on Friday.
Type 2 diabetes, the more common form of the illness caused by an inability to make or properly use insulin, is linked to being overweight or obese.
But scientists from the National Public Health Institute in Helsinki found that people with large waistlines who exercise were less likely to suffer from type 2 diabetes than their less active counterparts.
"People who were obese were more likely to be diagnosed with glucose intolerance and type 2 diabetes but if they were physically active their risk was significantly lower," said Katja Borodulin, who headed the study.
Glucose intolerance is an early indication that glucose is not being processed efficiently in the body.
"The novelty value of our study is that we used waist-to-hip ratio which is a measure of abdominal obesity and not body mass index (BMI) which was used in previous studies," she added in an interview.
Diabetes affects about 194 million people worldwide. Experts say the number could rise to 333 million by 2025. The illness also increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, blindness, kidney damage and nerve disorders that can lead to foot ulceration and amputations.
Borodulin and her team studied the impact of exercise on 1,812 normal and overweight people in the study published in the journal Diabetic Medicine. They found that physically inactive people with large waistlines had a 5.5 times greater risk of suffering from diabetes than active people with small waists.
They added that 30 minutes of exercise five times a week could help people with large waists lower their odds of suffering the illness by 4.2 times.
A large waistline, high blood pressure, raised insulin levels, excess body weight and abnormal cholesterol levels are a cluster of signs of metabolic syndrome. If someone has three or more symptoms they have the syndrome and are at a higher risk of suffering from heart disease and stroke as well as diabetes.
Simon O'Neill, of the charity Diabetes UK, said the research showed that exercise reduces the risk of developing diabetes regardless of a person's waist size.
"Your waist should measure less than 31.5 inches for women, 37 inches for white and black men, and 35 inches
for South Asian men. This can be achieved through a healthy diet, alongside regular physical activity," he said in a statement. -- Reuters Limited

Notebook at my room

Wakeup this earlier morning, still listening this online radio station, so many good music I heard. May be on this earlier time then they will play many songs, not like last night, they kept talking, laughing and play less songs.
Forget what songs they played.
Now I listening to Kenny G live music, good for morning. Relax muisc. It's really nice to hear during evening when you travel back from a long way to home. You should listen to his music then you really will get a relax feeling. I have this feeling long time ago.
Managed to chat with good friend from Canada online yesterday, although we just talked not more than 2 minutes, he was busy on a phone. So never mind, I did meet him that is enought, at least I knew he is okay. A bit worry for his health.

Saturday Morning Breakfast

Normally I wake up quite late on Saturday. No work, feel relax on weekend.
I waked up a bit earlier at 4:55am at first, then use the ultra long wave machine to do the routine treatment, feeling good.
So I waked up again at 5:48am, just right time my nephew and niece went for a breakfast which they prepaired to go. I didn't promised them I will go as I knew I will wake up a bit late normally.
Nephew drove the car went to Seria new noodle store. Only two stores open this morning.
We ordered drinks and foods, it came quite fast as there was no much people.
Loong and me finished the noodle after 15 minutes. Then we went back home first for going to toilet. My elder brother went to fetch the other two who still at Seria noodele store.
Starting my morning surfing and blogging. Send tons of emails to friends, relateive for the Korea Trip. Hope they will join in. I've been to Korea, nice scenery and worth to travel.

Went to buy noodel for my mum.

Second time teaching

Last night was the second time QiGong teaching.
Quite a number of student came, only left 3 students didn't appeared.
It was at good atmosphere for last night teaching. Fiona suggested to have a porklat party at Julie's house on next Wednesday to thanks Julie to provide her house for QiGong practice.
Talked eating, everyone was happy. So will be around 20 persons will join the Wednesday party.
I not teaching much, just practice 5 steps in front of them, and watch them to practice on second time practice. Just give two students to a bit change of the movement.
Last night was the second time QiGong teaching.
Quite a number of student came, only left 3 students didn't appeared.

Today activities
Today seem a bit busy. After doing the rountine work at office. Send boss to paid the mobile bill, sent him to School as he had the meeting. So I called Mr. Wong that I can bought modem for him and went his home for installed the modem.
Found the modem was faulty. It had no dial up tone, and it effected the telephne to no dial up at all.
Lunch at Mr. Wong's house and watch QiGong celebration 1119 2005 DVD until 12:25am. Went to buy food for the kids. Arrived school at 12:45, just right time to fetch the two kid, but today will fetch boss too.
Back to office for a rest. Went out to bought stuff for Geak, paid car tickets, returned back the modem and got a new one replaced.
Went to Mr. Wong's house and fix the modem problem. Finally got it fixed. That day I thought I can ger rid of this PC problem, but finally have to fix for him.
Went back to town to buy newspaper for boss. Tried to search USB hub for Mr. Wong, NetCom have the B$20 which required power supply. Yappe have one I wanted but it showed USB 1.1 which cost B$25.00, went to SK, they don't have the stock but it is the USB hub I wanted. So didn't buy anything succesfully. Bought a cake for my afternoon tea break at Mum's baker. Boss also bought another newspaper. Luckily he didn't bought the same one. Fetch the kids to tuition, brought my own cake to have my tea break.
Finished my tea break at 3:50pm. It's time to go home.
Thinking to have QiGong practice, but failed to do it. Teached niece to practice the first step.

Kuala Belait Carnival Photo

Felt a bit dizzy this morning

Felt a bit dizzy when wake up, but still decided to practice QiGong at 5:45am.
So wakeup at right time and started to practice QG 1~5. As dizzy so the number 5 step was not fully completed.
Prepaired the oat breakfast just like everyday morning. It's a kind of routine I have this oat breakfast. No whole wheat bread again as I found this food is not suitable for me A blood type.
So sometime will ate some cakes, noodle and other foods when I arrived office. Sometime my sister just bought for me, and sometime I just went out to have the second breakfast. Mostly ate noodle, fry or normal boild noodle.
Hope my dizzy is going to stable, if not, I may stay home for one day. Still can write blog, should be okay, right?

QiGong teaching
QG:1~5 x 2
Tonight starting my first QiGong teaching.
Not maily to teach tonight, just act as a assistant for the main teacher.
The main teacher teach, then we just assist the QiGong brother and sister to do the right thing.
A bit late arrive there as this is the first time I've been to this new place, near Pandan Lapan Rumah Jati area. Simpang 24-31. They didn't told me the correct simpang(junction)So I went to the wrong place. Another thing, the main teacher didn't told it was started at 7:15pm.
Reached there at around 7:18pm. I think. Practice twice QiGong 1~5, rest for 5~10 between that.
After two session of practice, then the main teacher teach the minor acting which the student didn't noticed. I just assist only.
Back home at 9:02, arrived home at 9:11pm. 9 minutes journey. Still okay for me. Just wait until Thursday, they will have the practice same place, same time.

Doing Praying tonight
Will go to Dharma sister's house for doing the praying for her grand mother.
Mr. Xing will fetch Mei Fang first then me.
Hope everything is going smoothly tonight.
Another good news(may be) is Mr. Wong told me that I pass the QiGong teacher's test at KL. Have to pay B$240 for two year license fee. I will meet Mr. Wong to have breakfast tomorrow morning at 7:30am.

Afternoon Massage
I use to have the regular massage on every Sunday starting from June(if I am not wrong). Last from one hour to one and half hour.
So today called Mr. Wee first as I didn't came to massage twice Sunday, the first Sunday was I am at KL, the second week was I am at Mr. Wong's house for his PC servicing, that was modem faulty.
Mr. Wee did called me at 1:15pm after I called him. I found I missed his call when I arrived his house. So I have to wait for him, he backed at 2:18pm.
After the massage, I went to KB office to take back my green bag which I left on last Friday. I went to took some photos at KB Carnival. No much interesting me. So, after took some photos, I bought some cake and get ready to have a tea break at Jo Guan, then I found the shop was closed. The other cafe was opened but I didn't intend to go there.
So back home at 4:30pm, felt a bit tired(cause by the massage, good reaction).
Ate the cake with Ali coffee then I think I will have a snap after this.
Will try to post some photos here after wake up later

Breakfast with Mr. Xing
SMS Xing asked him want to have breakfast or not. After putting down the phone, my sister already buy breakfast for us. So just have the breakfast, ate the noodle first.
After a while, Mr. Xing with his family drove his car came, so I also came with him to have a tea break.
Meet Mr. Wong's wife, Fiona and asked her remembered to take back her daughter's PC which just installed the new sound card. I updated all the necessary softwares and scanned viruese using two antiviruses software. There were Free AVG and Norton antivirus; AVG found some Trojan viruses which can healed. Good for this AVG, a bit better than Norton Antivirus program.
After a while, Mr. Xing with his family drove his car came, so I also came with him to have a tea break.

I am watching TV until near 12 mid night last night. Watching Discovery channels, one is about "hunting" , a real ghost story discturb the 7 year old boy, but finally his mother get help from someone to get rid of the ghost called "man".
The next program is about the "perfect storm" - ice storm. Occured at Toronto, Canada(I forget it is the correct city or not) on 1998. It was a 7 days ice falling from sky, no electrity, all major electricty gone. Ony left one major line. The storm was gone after 7 days. The sky starting to snowing again. Very good documentary film.

Watching DVD movie friday night
Already planned not to go to QiGong practice for tonight. Thinked that Mr.Wong will not called me tonight as he didn't have a good experience after the Wednesday teaching, but I found he did call me at 5:17pm. It was late at night around 9pm something, so I didn't call back to him.
Watching a B$2.00 a bit clear but very boring movie. Let me try to search for the movie on the net, see whether have the information or not. All the name of the movie: Garden State. I will bought this movie as the cover said that it have 4 special award. May be I don't know how to watch this kind of drama movie.

Saturday's life

Saturday's life will be a lazy one, and it is not schedule's life, but today I will have to install one simple sound card. Hey, just not plug in firmly. Not even have to install the drive, WinXp detect it and installed the driver. Thanks WinXP plus and play feature.
After QiGong, just watching TV. Just don't want like rest of the same Saturday, keep non sto watching TV. So have to do something. Practice QiGong is the first step, although it's only practice one step only.
After installed sound card, update all the necessary files for this PIII pc. Slow running program but fast internet updating/ Now BruNet broadband seem a bit faster. Update Norton antivirus, AVF antivirus, Spybot 0 Search and Destroy. Ad-ware antispyware SE. Need to do full system detection of viruese and spywares.
It's normal to have 2~3 standard spywares, but I hope no viruses detected! Hope the two antivirus program can kill all detected viruses.

Still need to exploring this free web hosting. Actually I have a paid web hosting but seem it cannot upload my own files. I still have to do some exploration.
This freewebs.com seem have a better interface but still have more to explore. I select the template mood and not the html mood, but I will try to check whether it can be switch from each other.
My web page is just a very simple one right now. Hope I can make it nicely in the future.

Not much photos posting
I found I didn't much photos on this blog recently.
Even the two photos I took at Kuala Lumpur. No time, no such things, we all will have time if we arrange properly.

Also went to Seria QiGong practice again. I also do the "stand" Gong.
They having a no final decison meeting after the practice.
Luckily meeting just took a short while, last more than 20 minutes. Felt lucky just back to home directly as He have to fetch a QiGong friend back home.

Deleted accidently
Delete accidently my nephew hotmail account emails.
He login and didn't sign out. So I login to msn messenger, check email. A warning told me that "you already sign in" want to continue sign in or not, so yes. Then I found why there is so much email I don't know...So starting to delete, then check the address, oh no, it's NOT my account. So just sign out.
I told this to my nephew and ask him to sign out completly next time.
Luckily I didn't delete any important emails. The deleted emails should still in junk folders.

Don't drink cold water after meal and others
Drinking Cold water after meal = Cancer!
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this "sludge" reacted with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Mobile lost and found
My Mobile came back to me, it really lost and found.
I found it lay on my bed last night when I get ready to sleep.
It really appear suddenly in front of my face, my praying is successful again. This is the second times my praying is make impossible thing came true!
I don't care who put it there(I knew who!), it's back! It's back! I am too happy to have it back! I really have to take real care for this mobile again! Thanks Buddha, thanks God! Thanks everthing!

Mobile Lost
So sad, I lost my mobile at home. I may knew who took it, I ask, no ask.
I also cried out for the lost!
Making no mood at all yesteday and today.

Watch Dharma DVD failed
Just like to watch my own Dharma DVD but failed. I use my Dharma original one still the same thing, data error occured when playing in half way. So that's why it was also data error while I tried to do the disc copy that day. Four DVD disc got the same problem. S I have to reported to my Dharma brother ASAP.
Lost and found
I went to have my breakfast at noodle store at Kuala Bealit this morning at around 9:00am. Left after half a hour. Went to featch someone back home. Then I found my office mobile lost after I back to my car.
Then I almost 100% sure that my mobile phone is at noodle store. It was heavy rain at Seria when I tried to drive back to Kuala Belait.
Arrived at noodel store at 10:31am, the noodle store close half way but no one there, I wait for 20 minutes. No one can. I chantted a lot.
Back to office for my lunch.
After lunch, sister told me that my brother may knew the noodle store's owener.
After he called then found my office mobile phone really lost in the noodle store's place.
My brother called and mention he will left the store after half a hour.
I quickly drove my car to get back the mobile phone.
Thanks Buddha that I really got back my Mobile Phone.

Can you hear me

A man feared his wife wasn't hearing as well as she used to, and he thought
she might need a hearing aid. Not quite sure how to approach her, he called
the family Doctor to discuss the problem. The Doctor told him there is a
simple informal test the husband could perform to give the Doctor a better
idea about her hearing loss. "Here's what you do," said the Doctor, "stand
about 40 feet away from her, and in a normal conversational speaking tone,
see if she hears you. If not, go to 30 feet, then 20 feet, and so on until
you get a response."
That evening, the wife is in the kitchen cooking dinner, and he was in the
den. He says to himself, "I'm about 40 feet away, let's see what happens."
Then in a normal tone he asks, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
No response.
So the husband moves closer to the kitchen, about 30 feet from his wife and
repeats, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
Still no response.
Next he moves into the dining room where he is about 20 feet from his wife
and asks, "Honey, what's for dinner?"
Again he gets no response.
So he walks up to the kitchen door, about 10 feet away. "Honey, what's for
dinner?"
Again there is no response.
So he walks right up behind her. "Honey, what's for dinner?"
"James, for the FIFTH time I've said, CHICKEN!"
*** MORAL OF THE STORY:
The problem may not be with the other one as we always think - could be very
much within us.! So don't always blame others for the things that we
ourselves may lack.

I need a big hug
I need a big hug, so Hug your friends, your enemies, everyone!! With all the other forwards out there, I thought this would be a good one to start. The hug is my favorite sign of affection. It can mean so much, and so many things at the same time. It can be a sign of love, friendship, comfort or anything.

三天很快過
三天的氣功課程很快就過了.
那是在吉隆坡上的氣功課程. 日期是2006年8月11日至13日.五點半就要被吵醒喔.
六點吃早餐.我還是吃的蠻多的.7點15分上車.
8點30分開課.中餐.兩點再開課.上到5點.第一天上到八點多.第二天上到五點.第二天因有考試,上到中午.兩點多考試.不是很緊張.

Back from KL

Went to KL at 10th, back today at 11:30pm arrived home.
Not taken much photos, I think only two as my batter is not charge properly. Then I buy two batteries after the QiGong studying...

Got back my CI

Got back my CI yesterday.
Went to Bandar at 2:00pm at planned. Arrived at 3:00pm something, got my CI, it's only 3:08pm. Back to Seria at 4:01pm, too fast driving.
Prepaired my travel stuffs at night. A simple luagge.
Have to inform my friend to fetch me tomorrow early morning.
Got back my CI yesterday.

Didn't write any blog
Didn't write any blog thsee days.
That day just found that I didn't do my Visa, so today morning rush to Bandar to do it.
Not easy to find the place, but finally got it. Turn two big rounds and found the place.
Do the visa is easy, just 10 minutes only. Need to fill in a form, two photos with B$9.00 only. The form required one dollar.
Then back to KB for work, took one hour.

【大紀元1月7日訊】一項綜合半個世紀以來各國社會學研究成果的最新調查發現，包括丹麥在內的北歐各國國民是世界上最快活的人。美國加州大學戴維斯分校的心理學家麥可．哈格特是這個調查的主持人。
哈格特發現，同社會上人們常見的觀點相反，歐洲電影中所描述的性格沉悶的北歐人卻是世界上最快樂的人，而笑口常開，濃情似水的義大利人反而是地球上倒數第三最不開心的人。調查包含了21個國家，中國沒有在內。
快樂學並非是一門新興的學科。有半個世紀歷史的快樂學研究在當初卻為正統學者們所不齒。早期的快樂學研究者把研究的題目稱為"生活滿足感"或是"生活品質"，免得招來社會學和心理學家們的冷嘲熱諷。
如今，快樂學研究得以登堂入室。去年夏季，歐洲一家知名的學術出版機構-克魯沃學術出版社開始正式發行一本題為《快樂研究學刊》的雜誌。這本雜誌是由荷蘭鹿特丹尤利斯莫斯大學的社會學教授茹特．費豪文主編的。
這本雜誌的創刊號發表了一些調查結果，這些結果同人們的直覺正相反，例如：人們如果生活在貧困線以上，更多的金錢並不能帶來更多的快樂。
加州大學的社會學家哈格特說，快樂學研究還不能達到正規學科嚴謹的標準，但是快樂學的研究人員已經開發出一套相當複雜的同被調查者面談的方式，以期了解被調查者的精神狀態。
世界各國進行的快樂調查都發現，使一個人快樂的最主要原因包括：同家人、朋友的緊密關係，廣泛的政治自由，高收入以及社會貧富差距不大。
哈格特發現，世界上最快樂的國家往往是人口較少的國度。丹麥在快樂分級的10分中得到了7.96分，緊隨其後的是荷蘭、挪威和盧森堡，美國排名第5。其它按得分排列分別是：墨西哥、菲律賓、巴西、愛爾蘭、比利時、英國、德國、西班牙、南非、印度、法國、日本、韓國、義大利、葡牙和希臘。
美國排名的依據是1980年以來芝加哥大學全國輿論研究所對近2.4萬民眾的調查結果，歐洲排名的依據是1975年以來歐洲委員會對10萬歐洲居民的調查，而其它各國的排名主要根據是密執根大學的數據庫資料。
這個排名結果有些出人意外。經常烏雲密布的北歐地區卻是最快樂的地方，而陽光燦爛的葡萄牙、希臘和義大利卻是最不開心的國度。
哈格特解釋說，丹麥之所以名列前茅是因為那裡國民收入水準高、人口少。再加上丹麥人世界觀相近，都居住在相同的地域，交流起來容易的多，大家也都了解他人的想法。丹麥沒有種族問題，犯罪率低，政治上自由。
哈格特還認為，北歐地區各國國民快樂的原因也許同那裡先進的社會福利制度有關。這種福利制度一般來說平撫了貧富差別，而貧富懸殊正是引發各種社會制度下社會苦難的主要因素之一。
哈格特說，日本和韓國在快樂尺度上的低排名十分出人意外。他的分析是，在不少亞洲國家中，個人的快樂同家族的財富和榮譽相比總是處於次要地位。
