I found my Windows Vista explorer always hanged and cannot run stable most of time, so let me tried to find a file manager which also cannot support viewing the Chinese character. Just found this one:

Still trying to use it, but it really support Chinese character, and also, it free to use.
After testing, this unreal commander 2.02 cannot support using Ctrl key to select individual file which is common in Windows Explorer..
