His promises is empty

I am a bit regrade what he did.
I sms to him saying he can pass to my family if I am not it tonight.

He replied mention he will pay me 200 and say apologies to me.
He never appear.
I asked all my family and they said no one is appear tonight to find me.
I really regrade what he did to me like that. He pay me tonight is already delay one night what he promise he will pay end of this month.

What happen to him, his promises is empty!!!
