How to open the .uif file?
A Strange UIF file extension.
I have downloaded a file with uif extension. Only MagicISO.exe can open this file.
A very rare file extension people using and it was non popular file extension.
Anyway, I can open the file with the free trial software.
It can be extracted and also can run direct from the program, quite similar with WinZip or WinRar.

Using last afternoon the acupuncture's method, I used the Seiketsu machine - Foot-sole Massager to massage my food and also this Seiketsu Ultra Long Electromagnetic Wave Massager. Let me so tired and having a very good sleep last night. I think I did not use it properly before and now it I knew how to use the machine.
I will keep using it and make me more healthy.

Quad 2 core Acer desktop PC

I have a good sleep last night anyway after visit Miri acupuncture. I just took only lunch time and dinner. Then everything felt okay.
Today was the time for me to test the quad 2 core Acer desktop PC. It's flying. With 3 Gbytes ram and 500 GBytes HDD and good 512 GeForce display card really make this PC great. The NetCom gave me a good price at B$1,403 with 19" Acer flat LCD. I thinking if Brunei broadband is upgrade to one Mbtes like the rumour saying, then I may order one set for my self. Just think about it. The worst thing is I still using this P4 PC at home and it work still okay after I formatted it. It still stuck 100% CPU sometime only but still working fine.
I think I have to wait for sometime to have a good deal for new model of this quad 2 core desktop PC.

Formatted my PC
Finally decided to formatted my home desktop PC as it run the realplayer HK drams very slow until I cannot watch the movie smoothly.
So I repartition it into two, D: drive is mainly for my data and I also found a good way how to default the "My Documents" to Drive D:.
Starting formatting at 6:00pm, WindowsXP installed after one hour. Then I starting to install what I want:
Office 2003, Sygate firewall and also watching Taiwan's TV program Golden Music Award 2008.
This morning continue downloaded WinRAR, installed necessary programs I want.
I found there was no sound for this desktop pc. So have to solve now!

Saturday busy life
Back from Miri at around 12:00 noon. Take a break, drink 3 in 1 coffee and eat one snack. Going to have a nap. She knocked the door then I have to wake up to tide up the flag. Took shower first before doing it.
Ready went to KB PC shop to get office PC. The lady told me that their Bandar office forgot to bring the PC. Have to wait until Monday. She did call me but I was in Miri. Okay, never mind, just that I didn't know this kind of services is acceptable or not.
So called Yue to return her camera to her, and she want the photo CD too.
Call Wee and he was not free, but he called me when I arrived home at 3:05pm. So went to his house.Back home at 5:00pm, felt a bit tired. Have a tea break and starting to backup my P4 2.40 CPU data. I have to format this PC by today!
6:00pm started my pc format project. 8:00pm finished installing WindowsXP. Started installing necessary applications.

Qing birthday
SMS and called Qing for dinner. As she was not replay my SMS, so I have to called her when I am in the office.
She decided to have dinner with me at 5:30pm. She will waiting me to fetch her near the bridge.
I arrived her place just right time, she was waiting already. She told me So just left to Bandar. She also told her So felt a bit worry about her as Qing is birthday today and she felt she cannot do anything. Qing replied her that she have to have this kind of life like that, not that today is her birthday then it will make any different. Qing is get use to it already, I mean she use to live herself alone for many years already.
She decided to eat the fish cake at Seria noodle store. I also ordered the same dish which with noodle. She only ordered fish cake with soup.
We chatted happily and almost forgot the time was passed so fast. We left the noodle store at 6:40pm as the sky was getting dark.
She thanks to me as I brought her some birthday presents. She like them so much. Hope she have a happy birthday today!

Finally got a better sleep last night. I think may be the QiGong practice somehow help me for my sleeping problem. Anyway I will go to visit doctor tomorrow.
There will be a busy weekend, boss will not in this morning and our office will have the quad PC for Fatt. I think I getting exicted to test this quad PC. I think I also cannot expecting too much as I did test the Dell and Acer quad. The result is good only, not the best.
Will bring mum go Miri too for visiting doctor. She requested via ah Ying. Geak mention it was a strange action, but as she requested from Geak several times and cannot get a better result and response, so this is her way to request.
Sunday I will go to Loo's house to teach him how to use email. I think half an hour or one hour is enought for him and I have to talk less and focusing just teach email only.
Our office will have a Seiketsu water filter which is R.O. water which I did heard their introduction. We really need to drink pure clean water.

Transfer 1380 to K Ming HSBC a/c.
Checked credit card info, found a strange transaction. Bank need a a hard copy of the record. They mention they will checked within one week.
Checked B$9.00 BWN-KL air ticket, several days starting from Nov 2008 to 19 Jan 2009. Tickets still available. Tax is B$109.00. So the total price will beB$209.00. I was not booking yet as I still have to think about it.
Install Nero 8.2.8.0 to my notebook. This version changed a lot and adding lot of application. I think we have to be aware of the file extension changing. It will change your default mp3 player application to nero player. So I unselected all the files extension association.
Still felt a bit tired after not sleep very well last night. Still go to work and did not told anyone about it. As I will visit doctor on coming Saturday, so I will take one pack of the medicine that doctor gave me last time.

Three Brunei ISP
May subscribe to DST GO!Broadband and cancelled the Espeed which slower 10 times or more than that. DST claim that they have 3.5 GBytes internet speed and 7.2 Gbytes download speed. How true it is then I have to tried it and will let you know.
What I heard these days is the DST GO!Broadband is NOT so stable and it will disconnected for one hour and back to normal again. The DST guy told me that she did have the 6 Gbytes downloaded speed experience. No proof for that.
BMobile broadband is keep silent at this time and they have the B$60 plan which have free SMS and some talk times. I think I have to bring all these 3 internet provider to compare.
DST have a one and two year contract plan which cost B$1,011 for one year contract. Then after the contract I have to pay B$78.00 monthly. This plan will include a FREE USB modem and I can have a half price of their Router which cost B$600 normally.

Cancelled my BMobile phone account

My BMobile account finally deleted on 12 June 2008. I decided to cancelled this 3G phone account for a long. I just want to do the internet surfing when I subscribe this mobile phone account, but the company make it too expensive to use it as a internet modern. So I use it for one year? Not sure.
My nephew told me he want this phone number, but I just got his message after I cancelled this BMobile account. Good to have this video phone account and now another company DST have the same one, DST video phone now is NOT stable. My younger nephew tested it that day. So I have changed this DST EASY plan account to 3G already on 28th at ICC, Bandar Seri Begawan.
Good to see some good competition. Got more choice for cusumers.

新村互助社42周年晚宴
I attend this dinner.I bought B$10.00 lucky draw ticket, then I got a 21" Pevy TV. Good luck to me and I did chanting a lot during the dinner.
There were 29 tables that night.

Sunday life always a easy going day.
Wake up a bit earlier and switch on my PC as usual. My PC is getting old anyway. I just keep running 100% CPU usage these days but now seem okay. So sometime I use my notebook instead of this old pc. I want to format it but it will take time and reinstall back what I wanted, so just keep it until it almost dead.
SMS to Xing asking him want to buy B$999.00 notebook or not with DST GO!Broadband package. It really good deal to his daughter. I called his daughter right away. She was with father, they will fetched me to breakfast.
We met Kok Ming as usual. We chatted and talked until 10:15am. Xing's daughter finally decided to buy the B$999 notebook with broadband package. Xing will called his son who is in Bandar to check first before buying. I really hope he buy for ah Hua.
Back home to watch live broadcasting from Seattle's temple.
Today also a bit slow but can view the video and sound. Espeed still very slow for live broadcating.

Bandar Trip
Went to Bandar Seri Begawan this morning.
Ying requested me yesterday and I agreed I want to go.
She mainly want to go to ICC to check some Plasma or LCD price. This time is Samsung and Philip TV. We looking for at least 40" TV. Philip 42" LCD B$1699, Samsung 40" LCD B$1799.
I also bought a Multi-charger for mobile. It only need a normal AA battery then it can charge the mobile, it also can charge Nokia, Sony Errison and LG phones. Bought DVD disc which cost B$12.00 at half price at WYWY as they are clearance stock. Bought a handle for kitchen which cost B$9.90.
Did not manage to watch movie as we did not have enought time. I like to watch "Get smart". May be next time.

A busy day
Seem like a busy day for today.
Non stopping doing office stuffs, self stuffs and also can went to massage during lunch time.
Burning DVD for QG and myself.
Order BRC and cement for office.
Doing paper work for office.
Update my daily expenses.
Today lunch is a piece of yam bread only. Do not want to eat a lot today.
Today's feeling was free. May be last night have a good sleep until 4:55am. QiGong some how help me sleep well and also the Meditation QiGong too.
Ying and Ang came to office at around 9:30am something. They cooked by themselve and have their breakfast.
Ah Shao called Ying mention have to fetched her at flat. So Ying have to go to met Shao and Cai Ying at flat. I called Ying not to come early before 1:00pm as I was out during that time.
Gave Ying and Ang missed call when I was back to office. Found the room was locked. Ang help me to open the door finally.

RTB visitng last night 汶萊電視台的到訪
Radio Television of Brunei Darussalam visitng our KB QiGong practice last night. They came early at around 7:00am as what they promised.Then the two coordinators came at around 7:15pm. They started to interview one of our student Madam Yap and retired doctor Dr. Aye.
Then we started our regular practice at 7:35pm.

Received William Lee's reply email. Nice to received his email. Long time did not communicate with him as he is father of a 8 months old infant. He mention he felt tired after all day work.
Best wish to Mr. Bok who is going to marry on 20th July, 2008. Just say sorry to him then I am not going to attend his wedding.
Still waiting for the Dharma sister's sms who mention she will send me a message when she arrived Edmonton, Canada. Hope she can attend Guru's ceremony which held in Vancouver.
Today have to go a Dharma sister's house to do some special work. Wish the family have good luck what we do for her.
My boss will fly again to KL for some course. Hope this course can make his life change a bit.

suggestion seems to be a very viable one.

就可以辨識中風：
It is possible to diagnose a stroke.
S ： (smile)
要求患者笑一下
Ask the patient to smile
T ： (talk)
要求患者說一句簡單的句子
(要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and
consecutive)，e.g. The weather is sunny today.
R ： (raise)
要求 患者舉起雙手
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time

另外一項中風癥兆是：
要求患者伸出舌頭，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
One more diagnose method of stroke is: Tell the patient to extrude his tongue.
If
the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of
stroke.
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打999 ！！！
並且把症狀描述給接線者聽。

SMS to Dharma brother asking him can I checked his notebook or not.
He reply lated saying that he managed to run the notebook as he did not key in the password only.
Call Xing to have breakfast with him. I walked to the place. I have to wait for half a hour then I saw him with his daughter came in Seria noodle store.
We finished at 9:00am, and we ready to go home as Xing have something to do this morning.
Oh, yes, I will go to Temburong this morning with QiGong group. 15 people will go.
Will try to take lot of photos to show you here.

House cleaning
P Ying and Ang was busy cleaning the house.
Cleaning start since this Monday, today should be the last day for the cleaning.
I also help a bit for the cleaning. Bought "Bao" and milk tea for two of them yesterday afternoon.
SHE did not said anything when I am back home on that day I brough her to Miri.
I also brough the Seiketsu cooking set to them this morning, mainly the "Eletronic cooker".Lunch with them at Pandan Tujuh AyamKu restaurant.
We back to the flat and Ying's mum and Loong was there already. Loong also help to brought Ang's PC to the flat. Hiang did the whole house painting last week. He mention he will do the curtin for the house.
They should finished the work around 4:00pm. I back home at 2:00pm.

Wakeup early to surf

Wakeup early to surf, still not have a very good sleep last night although visit doctor yesterday. I think I was on my regular routine of wake up early stage. So at least I felt the internet speed is quite fast. I surf a while then found my PC run slowly.
I really don't know my P4 2.6 PC. It is infected with viruses? I was scanning through using Mcafee antivirus and NOD32 antivirus programs. Mcafee reported it was free from viruses as well as NOD32.
That day I tried to install AVG free antivirus version 8.0 which include antivirus and anti spywares, but my PC hanged after restarted.
So I have to restart my PC and boot into safe mood. Deleted the new AVG antivirus program.
Restarted again, and it work fine. The main problem now is this PC keep running on 100% CPU usage. Strange, the best way is to reformat the HDD. It failed to boot this morning after my second wake up. So I have to use my notebook to surf. Luckily I have this 12" notebook. Fast and good enough for me to surf and do my regular stuff.

Teeth Grinding (Bruxism)
I have this sickness Bruxism - Teeth grinding since I was young.
I tried to find some information for the treatment but there is no very good treatment for Bruxism.
Most of the information said that Bruxism is cause by pressure, but I don't think it's related with my case as I bitting my teeth during sleep since I am a teenager.
One of the most common treatment is using the "Mouth guards" when sleeping.
I also did found a equipment to stop Bruxism - a product called GrindAlert. I really don't know how true it is. As this product located at USA, costly at US$395.00 and I don't think I can try it for free 21 days.
I think I have to visit the dentist to get some help.
I tried to find some information for the treatment but there is no very good treatment for Bruxism.

Family gathering

I went to my second brother house for family gathering. Sure that she was not going.
Almost all the family member going. Hiang was the first time going H's house.
YKP and K Wai's family also all appeared.
Yun and the two kids, his wife did not appeared.
Loong drove me there and I just back home after the dinner. We arrived at 7:00pm, and left the house at 8:20pm as I left quite tired last night.
I will post the photo on facebook, not here as it was quite personal photos to show here.

L King will go to HK on coming 19th~22nd June.
I paid the most expensive expenses this month, more than my salary. Terrible experience.
Two weeks did not got to QG practice, this was the longest period I did not appeared.
S Fatt mention he got the B$50 awarded by the bank after the ceremony. Making him good luck.

A mother's love - SiChuan Earthquake story 1

When rescuers found her, she was already dead, crushed by the collapsed house.. Through gaps in the rubbles, they could see her posture.
双膝跪着，整个上身向前匍匐着，双手扶着地支撑着身体，有些象古人行跪拜礼，只是身体被压的变形了，看上去有些诡异。
Kneeling on both knees, her entire upper body bent forward, held up by her two hands pressed against the ground, as if performing the ceremonial bow in an ancient ritual. Except, her body had been compressed out of shape and looked somewhat eerie..
救援人员从废墟的空隙伸手进去确认了她已经死亡，又在冲着废墟喊了几声，用撬棍在在砖头上敲了几下，里面没有任何回应。
A rescuer extended his hand through a gap and confirmed her death. He called out to her, and tapped on the bricks with his shaft, but received no response.

Miss Dental appointment
Missed Dental appointment again on this afternoon.
What I remember the time is 3:30pm. So I have to call the clinic and luckily I managed to get a new appointment on coming Saturday. This is the second time I missed the dental appointment again. The first time have a long time for about one month, today a bit lucky that I can make it on the day after tomorrow. Hope I will NOT miss any appointment from now on.

心理的恐懼
今天回家還是要敲打門。
她又上鎖了兩把鎖。
有時真的蠻氣的。 但還是要敲打門。
前門加上兩把鎖, 後門加上三把鎖。已經把她的心門鎖的緊緊的。
我在台灣時, 她一定要等到賢回家才去睡。賢就試著很遲回。她還是在那裡等。
是心理恐懼嗎?

聽到很不好的消息
才回到汶萊, 就聽到很不好的消息。
師姐的紙盒沒有到. 她是昨晚到的。 人到但有一紙盒沒到。
她在吉隆坡時, 櫃台人員要她開她的紙盒, 之後沒注意櫃台人員有否貼上標籤。
回到汶萊時, 發現紙盒沒到。她去訊問櫃台, 要她做報告。她做了報告。訊問加做報告已用了好幾個小時。還差一點和有關人員大吵。
昨晚回到時, 她還是在等待有關人員給她答覆。等了好久。還沒見到有關人員出現。我們離開機場時她還在等, 不知要等到何時。

Mr. Wong Mann Siong Birthday
25-April-2008 is Mr. Wong Mann Siong Birthday and his retirement's day.He have a dinner at AyamKu Restaurant on 25-April-2008.
The dinner start around 7:45pm. Lot of delicious food.
Then the Karaoke started.
Lot of singer and QiGong student sing the song.
Lot of funs and happiness of this dinner.
Dinner end around 10:30pm.

Today diary
Waked up at 4:03am, went to toilet then tried to sleep again. Cannot sleept so waked up again at 4:37am. Switch on my laptop and write something.Shao finally moved out and finally slept at her new house last night.
Ang told me that.
Tonight will be Mr. Wong retired dinner, about 120+ people will attend this dinner. Hope everyone will be happy on this dinner. Have to take some good photos for this dinner.
Oh, regarding good photo, I saw a very beautiful scenery yesterday when I drove back home, so I cannot stand for it and managed to take the beautiful photo.
Hope I can see all this beautiful scencery in my life.

Start my KK trip story
Have to start my KK trip story begin with the airport photo:
Our Journey start very earlier in the morning. I wakep up at before 4:00am
that morning as our flight was at 7:35am.
My QiGong student fetch me at around 4:25am, then we went to have a breakfast at Seria. Arrived airport at around 6:00am.
Checkedin and met the rest of the students.
Arrived KK airport sharp.
The bus is waiting for us, we request to have a breakfast. The tour guide agreed and bring us to one of the shop.
I took this photo after our first meal at Kota Kinabalu:
