So late wakeup this morning.

Just watch a movie until lunch time.
Took a snap after that.

Wakeup again at 2:00 something, tea break with Xing and sent back the car to him.

感冒不吃藥自療法

一、熱鹹檸檬茶
　　用新鮮檸檬切一、二片薄片，放些鹽巴約一公克，再沖熱開水一杯，並趁熱喝。
趁熱喝非常好喝，如放久了就會變苦。熱鹹檸檬茶能順氣化痰、消除疲勞，飯前飯後都可以喝，不會傷胃。
每一杯可沖三次，第二、三回沖時，不需再加鹽巴，注意不可沖冷開水。
在感冒剛開始時每天多喝幾杯，就不至於惡化，而且好得很快。

　　檸檬經熱開水加熱後，會產生一種天然的化合物---羥苯甲基氨基乙醇，這種物質是一種類似天然的類固醇，
能解除感冒、身體循環淤阻充血的症狀。而鹽巴可平衡體液，中和疲勞引起的痠痛，
就好比打點滴一樣。而兩者相加，更有特殊的順氣調整身體機能的療效。

二、蔥花稀飯
　　稀飯煮熟，加一大匙蔥花，每餐吃一、二碗，熱呼呼的蔥花稀飯一下肚，身體馬上溫暖起來，
然後再蓋個厚被子，出身熱汗，感冒自然就減輕了。

※吃生蔥可以殺死口腔中的病菌，因為蔥的表皮細胞中含有大量的揮發性油（蔥蒜辣素），
因而，在感冒流行時，吃點蔥大有幫助※

三、紅糖薑湯
　　三公分長的生薑二、三塊，拍碎，加二大匙紅砂糖，煎湯，每天早晚飯後喝一杯。
或到超市便利商店買可隨沖之薑茶包來泡，一樣有效果。

※生薑可逼出寒氣，紅糖富含鐵質，補血補充力氣，對付病毒※

四、熱番石榴茶
　　兩個平常吃的台灣小番石榴，或一個泰國大芭樂，每個切成四片，加入七碗的水，
煮開後再再以小火煮五分鐘，去渣當茶喝。

※熱番石榴茶有清熱、解毒、利尿和消炎的作用，尿尿次數增多，感冒病毒就會隨小便清出去※

五、薏米扁豆粥
　　至米店買薏米及扁豆，以薏米及扁豆各半碗煮成粥，每天早晚飯前吃一碗，喝到好為止。

※薏米扁豆強健脾胃去濕氣，能加強腸胃吸收能力，胃腸吸收能力好，自然有體力來對抗感冒病毒※

六、地瓜薑湯
　　以一個大地瓜削皮後切成小塊，一塊生薑切成薄片，加水六碗煮熟後，再加五大匙紅糖，
每天早晚飯後喝一杯，地瓜補充營養，生薑可去寒，一定很有幫助。

七、薄荷茶
　　至市場或青草店買新鮮薄荷葉，每次用一兩沖熱開水喝，每天早晚飯後喝一杯，
適合口乾、喉嘴痛、沒有痰或痰黃黑的熱感冒，喝到好為止。

※薄荷，味辛苦，性溫，含薄荷精及單寧酸等，能發汗、退熱和殺菌，可治傷風頭痛、
支氣管炎、防止痙攣、宿食不消、健胃及通利關節等※

八、紫蘇茶
　　至市場青草店買紫蘇葉，每次用手抓一把，加水五碗，煮滾再煮三分鐘，每天早晚飯後喝一杯，
喝到好為止。紫蘇，味辛，性溫，常用於發汗袪寒、降氣化痰、肺氣喘急、心腹脹滿、安胎及魚蟹中毒。

九、熱梅茶
　　每次用五個醃漬蘇梅或紅鹽梅（可到大超市購買），沖熱開水一大杯，攪拌五分鐘再喝，
早餐與晚餐各喝一杯，喝到好為止。

※梅子內含蘋果酸、枸櫞酸、琥珀酸等，有顯著的抗菌作用，對於各種細菌如大腸桿菌、
痢疾桿菌、傷寒桿菌等，均有抑制的作用。因此，對感冒有一定的效果※

十、檸檬汁
　　用半個檸檬榨汁，加一小匙蜂蜜，三餐飯後沖一杯冷開水喝，喝到好為止。
檸檬汁有豐富的維生素Ｃ，能生津止渴、健脾開胃、強壯身體、減少咳喘。

So fast, Friday again.
I like Friday rather than Monday, I think most of the people like Friday.
It's almost weekend, feel a bit free for today and a bit lazy too.

Plan my trip to KL

I already book tickets to KL next year.
Plan to book the hotel.
The flight charge is a bit chapter compare usual price.

To KL is RM$89.99 and back to Miri is RM$19.99, tax is RM$65.00 for each trip.
So the total price for the trip is about B$119.00 and I added the insurance for this trip so it about RM$15.00, add B$7.00 + B$119 = B$126.00. Very cheap if you compare the price in Brunei.

I did check that day from Brunei RBA, checked today for next year June 2007, it's cost B$622.00 is cost about B$570.00 and Malaysia Airline will be B$50.00 cheaper, about B$478.00. So AirAsia airline still cheaper to KL.

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an Exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the US that he termed as 20-20-20 ." It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, Looking at the computer screen.
I Thought I'd share it with you. 20-20-20

Step I :-

After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your Head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This Changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II :-

Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III :-

Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes Of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

Wake up

I thought I can wake up a bit earlier today as I sleep at 10:00pm last night.
I also thought my cannot sleep well problem raise up again but it was not.
I just can sleep quite well these days again after the ceremony.
I didn't practice QiGong for 3 days, cannot be like that, but I did practice the simple routine during surfing computer.

I hope I can wake up a bit earlier tomorrow.
He is still not pay again. I don't like that!

Back from Bandar

Back from Bandar at around 7:20pm.
I drove a bit fast and starting our back journey at around 6:15pm.
Took about 1 hour journey.

Afternoon ceremony last for 2 hour 30 minutes.
Raining in between but will not interrupt it's running.
Good fire, big fire.

Everyone seem very hard work for this ceremony anyway. Good and nice placing and decoration.

We all took our lunch and dinner next door. Very simple lunch but very delirious foods for dinner. I ate quite a lot although I always told myself not to eat too many. Too delicious some I cannot stop.

I tried to find Xing but finally knew he was left before me, but we meet on the road finally. I drove too fast and I don't think he can caught me.

Anyway, drove safe back to Seria. Good experience and good day for today.

BruNet on and off again this morning, but mostly off. I even cannot sing in to msn. I tried more than 10 times to sign in, still cannot. I really don't know what happen. Something wrong with my PCs. I don't think so, really disappointed for this Brunet broadband services!

Clearing all the emails

I use to clear all my emails on every Friday night.
Last night clear all the emails again and found why so many emails that cannot be category. Finally tried to make it to all the folders.

I just don't know if I go holidays and will have how many emails I will unread.
Just cannot too worry for this matter, just let them in and I will clear all when I am back.

Lunch with M

Went to go this morning normally. Went to Chapter at 11:00am. They have stuffs to do there and I meet several brothers and sisters.

M finished her work at around 12:40pm. So we went to have lunch at Rock Garden. M ordered all the dished, nice and delicious dishes anyway. We finished our lunch at around 1:40pm.

I sent Xing, Qing and Lily to Chapter.
Then I drove back to Hotel to meet M. They were still there, so I went up to check M and FS okay or not. Then I helped them to bring down some luagge.

Ching, Ming and his friend went up to find M, but we were downstair already. We just wait for one minutes then they came down already.

So we helped M to put all her luagge to Ching's car. They went to BSB. M mention his best friend will book a room at Empire for her to stay. So good friend. He promised last time then her friend kept his promise this time.

We will met again M on this coming Sunday.

I am the first one who arrived chapter last night, too early at 6:30pm.
Wait until 7:45 then Lai came.
We do a bit preparation then back home at 10:35pm.
Xing always like to wasting time here and there when back from Chapter. This is his style.

He even called Ai Lian before back home.
M and Kong brought by OJ boss which I don't know when. They are good friend and old classmates, heard from Wong.

I like to take cloud photos so I took lot of cloud photos.
I think I will post it here.
Everyday will have different cloud, some of them is very beautiful and some of them is not so beautiful. I just like to shoot the beautiful one. Morning sky cloud and others sky cloud will be different. Sometime the morning sky cloud with sunshine will create a very beautiful scenery. Anyway, I will post it here after I download the photos.

Tonight Mr. Wong will teach the 5th routine. I mean the QiGong lesson.
He mention he will teach very fast for this 5th routine.

I will reported it after his teaching.
The 4th teaching teacher may talking too much, this is his second time teaching but the first time teaching 4th routine. So all of four teacher have to discuss for what we have teach.

We will have meeting after this 5th teaching.

Hari Raya visiting

Went with niece this afternoon for the first time Hari Raya visiting this afternoon. We planned to go on 2:00pm. I have my snap at 12:30pm then waked up at 1:55pm, just the right time to go.

I decided to use my car to go. Ang and me drove the car to post office, wait for Ying and Lo. They arrived after 10 minutes.

We went to Jalan Dipa Negara, Mumong for visiting.
Lot of nice food. Laksa, vegetables and some satty source with bread and rice.
We visited for about 45 minutes then back home.

Oh yes, the person we visiting was my niece's calleuge.

Talk to Xing Lian

Called Xing, he was working today.
So I talk to Lian. Suddenly I just want Lian knew that thing happen to Ying thees days.

I asked her it is Ying a bit strange thse days. She said yes. So she mention why I didn't visit her thse days. As I told her as her sister did called and scold me on June. I just wonder why she will do like that. As from that day started, I didn't went to visit Ying anymore until I did saw her with Zen on the road that day.

I just hesistate whether I want to talk to her, but finally I decided to turn down my car windows glass and talked to her. She acted just like normal, not much strange things happen.

So I just wonder it was his siter problem or her problem, or both or them got problme.

Never mind, after that day then I manage to talk to her, then everything should be okay. I just want to forgot the "scold" stuff. Tried to get rid of it. It's not really easy. Time can change everything.

After talked this incident with Xing Lian, then I felt more comfortable again. Better than the day I talked to Xing.

Good stuff happen for today.

On and off broadband

Tonight BruNet broadband is on and off.
Sometime even cannot surf to the page.
Disappointed, but luckily I lived in Seria, better than the user lived in Temburong who complain for one month and no one entertained the user, so poor.

When Talikom became TelBru, how much it changed? I really don't know, just that we can paid our bill on Friday? Just that only, we really need the best services we paid!

Went to KB today

Got Wong call this morning at around 8:00am something. Promised him went to Kuala Belait at 9:00am.

I surfed and watched TV. Blogging, checked emails and surfing until 8:45am.
Arrived KB at 9:05am, Wong called me while I drove toward KB.

He waited outside the house. We have our breakfast at KB noodle store. Met Kok Ming and Len Cai. Just back to Wong's house. Copy one MP3 for his daughter which I promised her I will do it when I came to her house. Accidently found that WMP can ripped audio music. I flet happy I knew how to use this function although it may already used by so many people out there.

It ripped to .wma file format but after I rename the folder, I cannot found this ripped wma files anymore. Strange! I got this strange feeling these days, but still can find my folders, but I coun't find this time.

I login to BruNet to update AVG antivirus for this PIII PC. Then it was about 12 noon. Wong invited me to have lunch at one of the QiGong's friend's food store, but the whole food store buildding was closed today. I didn't notice this food store building have closed or not as I didn't to this food store for quite sometime.

So I went to Protet Restaurant. Then my sister with her kids appeared suddenly, we sat together. Our orders arrived a bit late. My sister paid the bill, use my credit card. Oh, yes, I managed to replace my HSBC credit to new one, this time it can be use with no error anymore.

So We went to get my Healthy machine at Kok Ming's house. Went to Er Dharma sister house to fill in the forms. Then I went back home at around 1:15pm.

Chatted with Singapore's friend after back home. Teached her to download Free AVG antivirus program. Oh what a terrible experience to teach her using Yahoo chatting program. Finally she manage to download the file. I don't know she can installed it successfully or not. Hope she will.

Took snap until 3:56pm. Took a tea break, still expired white bread with coffee.
Watched TV until 4:30pm. Blogging, surfing and emiling time again.

Met some friends at Yahoo 360

I started to invite friends from all over the world these day at Yahoo 360. As I joined in a friend group and post a message there said I like to meet friends all over the world, nor matter how old they are, what races they are.

Then I got 12 emails mostly from USA. So I starting to communicated with them and they starting to post some comments to my Yahoo 360. Some of them starting to send messages to me and one of them I just got his teaching to upload my mp3 to play on Yahoo 360. So good intrustion, I really met some good friend.

One of the BeiJing friend writing was so pesimistic. Saying may go to suicide and felt no mean of his life, but then he found a good job. So net friend encourage him not to give up so fast. lucky him to change his mind to a bit more positive.

So I spent more times over there but I will not stopping writing my main blog here. Yahoo 360 will be a bit different from here. Different blog have their own features.

Then he have the request, may be I misunderstanding his meaning, as I wrote a very strong legal thing to him.

He reply in strong action. Too many reason he have then I already express my feeling to him.

I totally NOT agreed with that! It's a BIG different to me to pay earlier or later.
Earlier and later payment is IMPORTANT to me.

I just cannot stand to wait and wait from 9th to the end of the month.
When you agree to pay on xth and after I 100 times chasing, then you pay on 31st of the month. I totally get very very very tired!

It's really a BIG different to me you pay on time or NOT on time. That's my own feeling.

Nor matter what happen to you. You agree pay on xth then you have to do it.
Just keep your promise. It really a simple thing.

Don't always keep saying I sent the wrong sms. Human being always will mistype something but should never forget what they promise!

I really felt tired!

Disappointed by Friend

I really disappointed by a friend who owe me money.

He came severa month ago and prusude me to borrow him some money. He told a very good story that this money was not for himself, it's for his female friend. He brought me to his car, drove around and around. He really have a good presuation. So I agreed to borrow money with interest. The amount was B$2,000.00

The first month interest was pass by his friend, also my friend as this friend owed him money too. He sold a PDA to this friend. So I got the first month interest easily. The second month seem a bit delay but I finally got it after the several days. The third seem I really forgot, I think he also tried to forget it and didn't pay me any money at all. The fourth then I remember to remind him, he pretend so pitty, mention this and that. He also didn't mention the last time due. He pretend only pay that money interest. I kept send sms to him, he sometime reply and sometime ignore it. Mention I used internet sms sending make me confused and sent it wrongly to the sms provider. I still kept sending sms to him and chase him. He have some many reason to dely the payment. Like "I did sms to you saying that I will delay a bit for your payment"; "I will pay you tomorrow"; "I am dealing with bank now and try to make a loan from bank, then I can seldom your total payment"; Okay, he sent Cash, but NOT full amount to my house. Then sms to me that he will settle the rest of the amount on few days times.


Until the firth month I didn't saw the rest of the interest payment. I sms again, asked him to settle the left B$40 at first. He reply: " relax , I already have plan to clear u off. So I able to clear u off. But give md this few day to clear urinterest. Thanks. I totally broke n waiting for pay." "I will pay you these few day"; "Give me your bank account, I will bank in for you"; "what is your account numnber? I lost it", I sent again. No bank transaction at all after few days.

Yesterday I sms him when he can pay. He sms back say:" Huh? I already bank in last nite la. Check again n gve me ur acc number 2 double check". I checked and found no money bank it. My bank system is so good then if you bank it or out money, then the bank system will sms me instantly. Very fast and effection. So I didn't received any bank sms and I also checked with bank, NO any sign of his payment at all.

I really disappointed by this kind of friend. I don't know can call him friend or not like this. I knew him for more than 10 years I think, but for B$2,000.00 I really saw his real face. How can I trust a friend like this. He really make me angry and cannot trust him anymore.
